X: Something off about the salesmen here. I go in a ask for the price on a bike and they tell me $6200 with a bunch of weird fees that they they told me are standard for each bike they sell and make it seem like they’re giving me a great deal by lowering it to $6000. Called around the same day and had 3 local dealers give me a much better price of $5700 out the door for the same exact brand new bike. I called Best Cycle back and they were okay with matching the price however I couldn’t convince myself to purchase from people who are just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. The more i think about it, the more content I feel for walking out. Naults in Manchester treated me much better giving me an honest no bs price from the jump when I called them, that in my opinion is how a true Honda dealer should be.
Jared Anderson: If you're looking for a motorcycle or any other kind of vehicle, avoid this place like the plague. Recently bought a Yamaha R3 and at first I thought everything was great. When I got home from the shop I noticed there was no inspection sticker. I decided to call the shop thinking it might've been a mistake, because I was told by the manager that they'd take care of the inspection and there'd be no issues. They then told me because it had after market tail lights on it, the mechanic refused to pass it. I talked to two different shops and was told it's a HUGE D.O.T violation to sell a vehicle with a temp plate, but no inspection sticker, so i'm also going to look into reporting this to them. I called again and the servicing manager told me "Cops don't really look for inspection stickers" as if he was going to pay for my ticket or increased insurance price for any issues it caused. They NEVER told me or said anywhere in the paperwork that the lights were after market, and also that the exhaust was after market. I barely managed to get it passed at another shop because the tail light was too similar to law enforcement, thankfully though, the exhaust wasn't loud enough to fail. This shop is EXTREMELY deceptive in their sales. When I traded in my Honda Rebel, I overheard the manager say he was going to cover the dents in it with stickers so they wouldn't have to lower the price. After two weeks of waiting for a response I called yesterday and was told I was going to be contacted later in the day by the manager Ray, and no one called me. Once you give this place your money and signature, they don't care about you. I can't stress enough to go to a different shop to purchase a vehicle, I have a couple friends looking into buying bikes and told them the same thing, to avoid Best Cycles Extremely disappointed and without a doubt the worst dealership experience.

Jeff Beall: Five stars for a five star crew. Purchased a new KingQuad with a snowplow and was pleased with my interactions with the sales, service and parts departments. Pricing was better than market rate. Only regret not knowing this place existed sooner. Drove by it a hundred times and never noticed it attached to a Ford dealership. I highly recommend Best for Honda or Suzuki.

Went there looking for a bike similar to a Klr650, they took the time to sit down and talk about what bikes they had in stock that were similar. Even went over some that weren't in my ideas, very helpful!
Kevin Clancy: These guys were super helpful. They didn't have the bike I wanted in stock but went the extra mile to look up and see who had it and give me the phone number. Wish they had the bike I wanted as it is clear they care and are passionate about bikes.
Arthur Tuttle: Best Cyle is the bees knees. Bought, sold, and serviced my motorcycles here. They're good people and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a dealer they can trust.
Logan Pettus: Called to purchase a few odds and end parts for my 04’ CRF450R super moto build… total was about 20% more than online but I figured I was supporting a local business - fine. I was told I would have them in 3-5 business days as I live in Amherst as well.About two weeks later I call and ask for an update as I haven’t heard anything… they tell me it was a mistake and the parts were never even ordered. I tell them to please cancel the order and refund my card. No big deal, the service tech takes my card number for refund.Another week goes by and I don’t see the refund on my account. Still no work from Best Cycle, no update, no call…so I call back.General manager said they never actually put the refund through. They didn’t seem to care, and didn’t offer a solution, he only said that he would do it this time. He blamed the parts system, etc.I also had an issue when asking for transmission oil for my 2004 CRF450r a few months earlier, they insisted they needed the VIN number and did not seem knowledgeable on the specific requirements and specs for Honda motorcycles. I am disappointed because this dealership is in such a great location and they have so many staff members, it is too bad it isn’t well organized.I would suggest you try Naults or any of the other local or online dealers for your work.Lastly, I had a list of approximately 30 OEM Honda parts I needed for a project. I gave the printed list to them and asked for them to price the order out as I would rather support a local business than online store. The online order was approximately $660 and their cost was north of $1,000 for the same exact Honda parts. It seems like they either don’t care about being competitively priced or buy from this popular online retailer and mark it up.Seriously, I would recommend against giving your business to these folks until they get their act together.
Hautläufer: This place is the best! Sales people were super nice, and seemed like they loved there job. I recommend this place to everyone, In my opinion all the bikes there are Awesome beautiful and the prices are 10/10 I think this company will become #1 best motorcycle store, I love it there.
Julie Brandy: We went in to buy a new battery. They have minimal parts because they can't keep staff employed. We learned real quick why. The young gentleman behind the counter was very nice and getting the new battery when the what seemed to be manager came over and asked the kid what he was doing. The kid told him he was helping us get a battery and the manager, very rudely, said ohhh noo your not you got a customer over there (referring to someone looking at machines). The kid seemed confused because he didn't know what he did wrong. We were likely going to buy that trx90 sitting out front but we will take out business else where. Treat your employees better. No wonder you can't keep them!

Mike Gauthier: If your looking to buy a new motorcycle/atv, give these guys a shot. I’ve now purchased, and had service done here and both are top notch. Kyle in sales is absolutely GREAT and went above and beyond to meet my expectations( which weren’t low) to get me on the machine I wanted, at a great price to boot. He even made himself available to answer a couple questions on his day off. Service was able to get me in, without much notice, on a Saturday while I waited. Quality work at a fair price. They definitely earned my business and I’ll be back in the future. All in all these are extremely detailed people who are great at their jobs, even making sure the tank is full before you take delivery. Thanks again to the BEST cycle team

Seriously enough that I was on the floor checking the brakes, tires, how clean the motor was etc... Also their prices are high and I've heard their service center is also bad.

Harish PatelHarishP: this dealership is Ripoff never go there they took my bike for service and popping noice for 5 days next day I got ph call from Chrish and he advice me to tune up carburater and it will cost me total around $ 800 to $900 and specifically ask Chrish that it will fix my popping noice and he says 100 %positive that it will fix the popping noice after 5 days no one call me so I have to call them and went to pick up my bike and meet Ray I think his the manager/owner and I explain about the bike problem and Ray walked away from me and not answering my question also top of everything they blame my pipe for not passing my state inspection sticker so I paid them $700 for not fixing my problem and pick up my bike then down road from them went to bike shop and they did pass my bike and put state inspectors stickerso please people be aware about best cycle center and go some where else

Caleb was wonderful, Lori(?) the floor manager was great, and Scott the finance director was as solid as they come. If there was any issue, it would be that the parts department was a bit rude because we were there after close, but it's but a small blemish on an otherwise perfect location. Highly recommend.

Michael K: Used bike offers are a joke here. They want to make 40% profit on your used bike. Friendly but not reasonable. Even their parts are over msrp prices. Bought a filter and wanted to charge me $25 when msrp is $15.99. I asked what's up with the price. Oh sorry must of rang up wrong. Then it was $18.99. All liars, becareful.
