Channari Ath: She is so personable and ensured my needs were met. I’ll be honest, I’m very indecisive. I kept pushing her to make the decision for me, but she urged me to express what would make ME happy! That shows me how much she cares about client satisfaction. I had blonde balayage done back in December and it came out beautiful! I recently had my hair trimmed and layered as well as a root touch up. She didn’t chop off my hair, she made sure I was happy with the length before she started trimming. In my experience, she’s the first hair dresser who actually showed me how the color chart works because I kept pushing for more blonde. Turns out, my hair was already the lightest it could be. She’s very professional and made sure that she didn’t damage my hair which is a plus in my book! I’ve learned a lot from her and she gives very good advice about hair care as well.
