Steph: Brought my 1 year old son there for his first ever haircut. I called 3 times to clarify if they specialize with young children. I said that he is still very young and moves a lot. They said they could do it. Lies. The way they handled my baby was not it. She was so goddamn rough and couldn't handle him telling me he was too young. After the fact she made us get in that chair if that was the case tell us beforehand while we are seated waiting. Then charged us with an $18 haircut that wasn't even finished. Proceeded to tell me oh yourson is too young for haircut, have to be older. Told her well I called 3 times now you want to switch up? Never will bring my baby back. Sanford Chapnick: I take my haircuts very seriously. Once I find someone good, I stay with them for years. After at least 10 with my last one I needed a change. Finding someone new who has real talent especially for men (I'm not a barber kinda guy). Every once in a while you get lucky with Google reviews and I sure did this time. Mia is flat out talented and it was a pleasure sitting in her chair. I showed her some pictures and she confident. It was the right amount light conversation and she finished in no time. Best compliment I could give her is that my girlfriend absolutely loved it and couldn't stop running her fingers through my hair all night! Thanks Mia! 😊

S.B. Haider: Great service. Expert care. Pleasant staff. No excess conversation with me (just how I like it). I wanted a clipper trim with slightly longer on top and brought a picture off Google images as an example.I got exactly what I wanted, plus my beard was lined up and my hair was styled with hairspray. Their standard is $12 for men's and their timings are said to be 9-7 but I found that they opened closer to 10am. Maybe it's because of daylight savings.

I went to the shop to do cornrows showed the lady what I wanted ..got nothing like it! plus the hair was too tight, I had to take it out after two days. The lady did my hair complaining about the toughness of my hair although I had straighten it, complains about the length of my braids and she only had to do 6 cornrows . She ended up increasing the agreed price of braiding after my hair was done .What hurts me the most is that I had to take it off immediately and could not braid it for some weeks cause my scalp was soo bruisedService:Hair extensions

Rose doesn't know what she's doing she will over treat your hair until it breaks off and falls out. Could be a little neater in the shop, but also understand that cutting hair can be a bit messy. Hope the nearby bridge work is done soon, so parking accessibility and traffic flow improves.
Ijebusonma Agundu: I used to like their services a lot. I love the owner of the store. I just feel like the ladies that are there doing the hair love to gossip. I know they are Nigerians (mostly Yorubas) but as a Nigerian lady who understands some Yoruba its so discouraging to hear the things they talk about (like oh you lost weight/oh you added weight/oh you look sad). All of that feels unneccessary and unprofessional. As for the pricing, these two ladies negotiate in Yoruba on what a price to give (so prices are not set). That feels like cheating. I also hate how they complain about how bad my hair is, with all the treatments I have used from them- I have not see any significant growth. I love the owner of this store, she does brows so well. I just wish they can make a valid price list that is displayed to the customers instead of creating prices in their heads to overprice. I do not think that is the way to go. This is another reason why I try not to come to their stores for my hair, I know that I would be spending 250-500$ each time.Service:Hairstyling
