My hairstylist was finishing up with another client so another girl washed my hair in a rush. This other girl got water all down my back, my shirt was soaking dripping wet. Then I sat there for like 15 mins with my wet shirt and hair til my hair stylist came. She rushed to cut my hair and blow dry it. The whole process was so rushed. Ijebusonma Agundu: I used to like their services a lot. I love the owner of the store. I just feel like the ladies that are there doing the hair love to gossip. I know they are Nigerians (mostly Yorubas) but as a Nigerian lady who understands some Yoruba its so discouraging to hear the things they talk about (like oh you lost weight/oh you added weight/oh you look sad). All of that feels unneccessary and unprofessional. As for the pricing, these two ladies negotiate in Yoruba on what a price to give (so prices are not set). That feels like cheating. I also hate how they complain about how bad my hair is, with all the treatments I have used from them- I have not see any significant growth. I love the owner of this store, she does brows so well. I just wish they can make a valid price list that is displayed to the customers instead of creating prices in their heads to overprice. I do not think that is the way to go.
