James Brennan: The Service that was performed was good, took a little longer than expected due to the large scope of work. There was an issue that occurred when the Mechanic while test driving my vehicle was involved in an accident where damage occurred to the passenger's side of my vehicle. There were no injuries reported. I just got my vehicle back from my Body Shop. I will be meeting with the Service Manager at Great Lowell G.M.C. to discuss this issue going forward.
Michael Cardoza: Firstly, I brought my vehicle in for an issue that I feel GM should have recalled. It took a over a week for the team to find the issue, which isn't a terrible thing as I was not comfortable driving it until they could pinpoint the issue. Also, they did not have a loaner car for the 10 days that they had my vehicle, which is insane to me. All other dealerships (especially for a $80K car) that I've been to have loaners on hand. Once the car was ready, after spending $2K on sensors that should have been recalled because they caused my vehicle to completely shut down (could have happened while driving), Greater Lowell GMC gave my Yukon Denali back with massive scratches on the drivers side door. Although they "buffed" them out, they are still there as all deep scratches are. No offer to properly fix the scratches that were not there when I handed them the vehicle.The only reason there is a mediocre rating here is because the other GMC dealership I had the vehicle at said I could bypass the sensor issue without any issues, which was not the case and frankly completely unsafe. Lowell GMC at least told me to bring it in immediately and not to drive it there as it was dangerous.

There were a couple things to fix which they took care of without a problem. I feel they were honest with me. The car was competetively priced and in great condition given age and miles. I live in New Hampshire, they worked with me getting the paperwork sorted. When I picked up the car, they stopped me and asked me to get out, they wanted to put some gas in it. I was already in the drivers seat ready to drive off happy. I was even more pleased and would definately buy from John and his team again.

Robert Redding: Went for an oil change and tire rotation 4stars....tried to get me install a cabin filter and engine air filter $$$$200.00. Auto Zone $40.00...zero stars for that move.
Steve Beachy: Brought in my 2019 Cherokee for a check engine light issue related to the evap system. They replaced the gas filler assembly ($700 later) and cleared the light. It came back on after approx. 40 miles. I tried calling the dealership but did not receive a reply back. I made another appt. But that is 10 days out. We will see what happens.
Anthony Grieco: This place is absolutely unprofessional. It may have a modernized establishment, but the workers there are miserable and unprofessional… yelling, swearing and demeaning each other in front of customers. If you hate what you do, do something else. Your misery is your fault, no one else’s.

I brought my TRX in for service and was told by the service manager that they did not want to take on the work because I did not by the truck from them. He explained that he did not want the hassle and was told to take my truck back to the dealership that I purchased it from - which is over 90 mins away vs 495 who is 20 mins away. Makes me want to buy my next car from them - what a joke and unfortunate experience.Edit:I called the dealer I purchased the TRX from and they were in shock to say the least! I'd love to hear back from 495 on this matter.

Anthony Clark: They were very friendly but shady on giving details up front and had to question them about everything to get information regarding buying out my 2020 Jeep Gladiator lease throughout the entire process. I have a credit score over 800 and the best interest rate they could give me was 8.8% while looking at Bank of America, I was offered 5.79%Definitely not good service when they told me that they will comb through all loan providers on my behalf to find the best rates and to do all the paperwork. In the past they would also try to get out of covering factory defects which are covered under warranty. Had to replace rear window because defroster defect in addition to replacing the cpu for locking the breaks on the highway for collision warnings when no vehicles were in front and the windshield was perfectly cleaned. Also had to replace center dash radio/computer screen because flickering like an old tv set from day 1. The sensor for the washer fluid breaks every year when the outside temperature reaches near 100f. And the jeep logos behind the front wheels look like they are melting and peeling off.
Tiffani Martin: I came in for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. They did oil change but said they couldn’t do the tire rotation. They said they did the multi point inspection but they lied. Two weeks later my brakes started making a noise. Knowing a bit about cars I realized my break pads must be low. I brought it in and looked at them and they were horrible even was riding the metal. This place said all was good with my jeep when I was given it back. This place is not doing their due diligence and rushes through the process. 0/10 would not recommend!

Grim Reaper: Just know what your looking at when you buy a car from them.....they sell a lot of patched up cars. But they got some good stuff, so just know what your looking at and bring someone mechanically inclined with you. Got a 2003 toyota corolla ran good for 3 years until the bondo wore through and the sub frame rotted. Just be careful the dealers can hide rust really good. If it looks to good to be true it probably is. But other than that, they sell some solid stuff.

However, we did not get what I initially wanted, in most cases, I would go find somewhere else, but I was giving proper attention. I was given options and wanted a second vehicle. I got a 09 Honda civic which was in good condition, only minor problem was the starter, during the cold it is difficult for vehicles to start, in addition, they were able to work on my vehicle in such a short amount of time, I highly recommend coming here where they know what they are selling and where it is coming from.

I didn't have plates at the moment but they were willing to help me get towed back to my place over 40 miles away and even took my old wrecked car off my hands for me, which was a great help. It runs great, Marc did some repairs to the car before I bought it and he really did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Definitely recommend Vigeants, after I bought the car I was able to still communicate with Marc to make sure the card passed inspection and it did!Was definitely a tad more expensive than I’d like but the car runs great and I have no issues. Considering the market I figured it would be more expensive than I’d like.It was way too expensive for the car and the dealer took advantage of me being a new car buyer.

I moved and live 2 hours away, he proceeded to say “you will have to pay out of your own pocket”. It’s clear the salesman didn’t care as he already received his commission on the sale. I would never recommend him or this dealership after all of this.

I took the car to Towne Fair Tire in Billerica, who removed a screw from one tire and a screwdriver shaft from the other tire.There was a breakdown in communication between the person receiving my request for service and the person who ultimately performed the service. I felt as if someone took the lazy way out, which is not the standard of care one usually receives from Gervais service.

Well the service pick up and delivery, leaving a loaner car, lasted all but a year at most. "Sorry we can't do that at this time. We have no cars available. We have no driver available." Fine I am not under the impression I am royalty and I am capable of driving to get a service done and waiting (though this service was regarded as guaranteed at time of purchase). I do however expect, at the very least, to have a quick exterior wash done as part of the process. Nope! Not even that. I, unlike the other reviewers, have not dealt with rude employees but the service could certainly use some TLC. When you pay an exorbitant price for a vehicle and are told you will have outstanding "VIP" service and you could get the exact same work done at a fraction of the cost, closer to home at Jiffy Lube or the like, it is beyond frustrating. And don't get me started on booking a service on the app and then being called and told "sorry that day/time is not available"....every. single. time
Donny Wolf: Sovath and Key are good people. (Car Salesman and Financial Officer). We couldn't come to a deal basically because of my credit but the overall experience was better than expected. I wasn't hounded to no end by the car Salesman. He let me take out the vehicle for a test drive on my own. Not too much pressure from these people. Actually, I. THE END we DID make a deal and the car has been great.....

Dont worry, i wont talk to anyone else cause i wont be back.In addition owners claim fake review. Its owned by 2 brothers met them both. I test drove a tundra and tested 4wd and pointed out a bad front hub. Owners didnt want to fix and argued that you couldnt shift to 4wd while in motion. I stated you can up to 65 mph. I was wrong as the other brother h checked manual it stated 67 mph as max speed. Also told me had two people living in a large boat they were selling in back lot.

G Mac: Recently bought a 2012 vehicle from CSAS. First, I let them know I was coming and what my budget was. When I arrived, cars I was considering (via info on Auto Trader) had been pulled out and were ready to test drive. There was no pressure to consider something that was just a "little" above my budget (and that was refreshing!). I brought a trade along with some "issues" (to say the least) and CSAS offered me more than twice what any other dealer had up to this point. So...I made the purchase, having not only bought the car but added a 5 year warranty and still came in $1000 under what I planned to spend. Three days after the purchase, one side of the rear tail lights failed to work. Hey, the car's almost 10 years old - so these things are going to happen, right? Anyway, I called the dealership - brought the car up, received a loaner at no cost, and had my car back in 2 days with the work covered under the warranty. Say all this to say, my total experience with this establishment was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. I HATE car shopping...and this experience was far better than what I'd expected pulling in to the lot...
