Ishan Pai: I came here today for first time. Love mexican food in general , but this place is up to the next great level. I totally love the flavors involved here in every dish that they make. I got the shredded chicken chimichangas, and my friend got a fish dish which was quite big. Portions are quite generous, and they make you full. Although i would love some level of spice too, it caters to most of your tastebuds. Overall, they serve great food and service. Would recommend it to everyone!

Pankaj Arora: Looked at the Google reviews and went to this restaurant. We were served crushed chips to begin with. The burrito had way too much oil in it. When we told the waiteress that the chips are all crushed, she replied saying it was the end of the batch and still did not have the courtesy to replace them.Overall bad experience and won't recommend.

Francis Ekidor: Wonderful service great food! Husband and I went out to dinner with friends before a concert in Lowell. Though the restaurant was very crowded service was friendly and prompt. We were sitting outside and when it started to sprinkle they Moved us to a table with an umbrella. The food was very fresh and seemed authentic.

Karina Rijo: When the restaurant first open up it was amazing good service but now not so great now ! They make up prices as they go I thought it was the language barrier, but I also to speak Spanish I went there 2 times in one week and it was 2 different prices same exact meals. I asked her in Spanish she tried to say I ordered something I even showed her the old receipt I gotten to find that the customer service is rude now like it’s a bother for you to get food that you are paying for. If local and want something quick and in a rush go there if u have time and looking for good consistent food and good service go to California burrito !

Em: Seems like their employees are miserable working there, perhaps forced. It reflects in the way they treat their paying customers, and the way how the food is prepped and handled. It makes me not really want to go back specifically because of the current kid who prepares your food. He doesn’t prepare it in good nature. Q ball: Went there with my wife Saturday to have a couple of beers and listen to some music i order 2 bottles of beer at the bar the bartender comes back with 2 cans of beer nasty cans and then gives me a bill for 15.15 that's crazy for 2 cans of beer out ranges over price walk in walk out more faster went down the Street to Panela columbian restaurant bar music was great and the Atmosphere was good price for 2 bottles of beer not cans better priced 6-7 dollars cheaper its not worth the trip for me for drinks don't know about the food

Sara Vega: I ordered the pupusas and the sweet plantains. I gave it a three because it’s kind of hard to find anywhere else that makes pupusas in Lowell so that’s a plus. The pupusas were normal size and tasted great, but I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in the overpriced sweet plantains. Everyone knows plantains are CHEAP. They usually cost 3/$1 or 2/$.89 at the grocery store so for a restaurant buying bulk I’m sure it’s even cheaper. If you go to ANY Spanish bodega you get about 10-15 fried plantains or tostones for about $5 or less so the fact they sold me less than one whole actual plantain worth is a ripoff lol. They did taste good but overpriced.

Amber “Spelfie” Hamm: I called ahead to find out if they have a Taco Tuesday special and was told they have $2 tacos with beef or chicken.With a whole whopping 4 other tables with people already eating, and a couple at the bar, it still took our server 10 minutes to take our order.After ordering only 2 horchata and 5 beef tacos, it took approximately half an hour to get our food. Food was ok, but when we got the check, paid, and left; my friend told me they had charged us $4 each for the tacos instead of $2.I wish I had gone to Taco Bell.

tee tee: My boyfriend wanted to come for his birthday last night and I really wanted them to sing happy birthday but the service was so horrid I couldn't even ask for that Very surprised they still charged us for drinks we refuse to drink because of how dirty the cups were and my food came wrong twice and not once an Apology the server rushed us didn't say thank you, have a goodnight, or even I'm sorry about your food and or dirty cups I wish they would care about the customers more and made sure they were satisfied before leaving

If I wanted to watch TV while eating, I would eat at home. The music was also very loud which made it difficult for us to have a conversation. There was a family seated in the booth next to ours who were extremely loud and obnoxious. They were using Facetime and carrying on loud conversations, and using strong profanity. They also jostled the bench seat (connected to my seat) multiple times, so my seat kept getting bumped.Cleanliness:The menus (kept at the table) were grimy. I'm not sure if they ever get cleaned. I had to step around food on the floor while walking to the restroom, and the restroom floor was very sticky. Disgusting.Service:When we placed our order, I asked about the ingredients in the chili. Our server did not know the answer, but I do appreciate that she went and checked and then came back to let me know the answer. Overall, though, she was not very attentive. I understand that most restaurants are understaffed, but I could see her leaning against the bar drinking water. She didn't check in on us to see if we needed anything/if the food was okay unless we flagged her down. Our drink glasses were empty for much of the meal. I ordered the bottomless soup/salad/chips, but never had the option to refill my soup which sat empty for at least twenty minutes. When we finally got our server's attention to refill our drinks, she brought them and ran off again before I could ask for more soup. I would not have ordered that if I had known it wouldn't get refilled. She never came back to see if we needed anything else/wanted dessert/needed a box, etc. By that point, we were about ready to go and decided it wasn't worth waiting to try to get her attention again.Food:The food was very tasty, as has always been our experience with take out from here.We will continue to order take out, but will likely never eat here again.
