kenia rivera: Don't bother coming to this spot. Only open from 10:45a - 3p, seems like they can't staff the place. Portions are laughable, they took my order on a sticky note and still managed to mess up the order. They also don't set up the food in front of you anymore. They're in the corner and you can't see a single thing going into your food, my order has consistently been wrong. Spend too much money for 1/3 cup of rice and 4 steak pieces, it's a joke.

I was informed that it was online order only. The online app was not saving customizations like extra cheese, or light salsa. Ask the staff if when my order came up, they could just call my name I said, it's the app wasn't saving my customizations and I was rudely told that they are not going to talk over the counter. It's online only. At the same time this is transpiring a gentleman came in that had never ordered online before , he was having trouble with online ordering and asked if he could just place his order at the counter since they weren't very busy and he was told that he can just go down the street to Chelmsford if he wants to order at the counter, he walked out. long story short I asked for a refund on my order, which I was told could only be done by calling customer service. I asked for a printed receipt with my order number. I was also told that they wouldn't do that for me. When I asked if they could just make the order, the worker said to me "so you're going to have me make your order and you're going to call for a refund after that I got angry and raised my voice and she refused to make my order so I walked out with my son and had to rush him back to school and rush, back to work. Not the first time having experiences like this at the Westford Chipotle. I know they are understaffed, I really hope that management sees these reviews and can make some changes.

JJ C.: Multiple times I have mobile ordered from this chipotle, because you can only mobile order which is fine. However, half the time I go to pick up my order the restaurant is closed despite the mobile order going through and the hours online saying the restaurant is open. I am glad they close if staffing ratios are not safe, but I wish there was some way for the store to turn off mobile ordering when they're closed so I stop having to bother customer service for refunds. Then, if I actually have successfully been able to get my order half the time I wait a long time for it (often twenty to thirty minutes past my pickup time-which is fine as I know the staff are all working SO SO hard and probably doing the job of 5 people as 1 person) but my order often ends up being completely wrong (not just one or two fillings, usually every filling is incorrect). I know the staff inside is working so hard despite the challenges they face, and they will always be kind and hardworking, but just be careful when ordering here!

This restaurant offers online ordering for both takeout and seated dining. The dining room is generally well-kept. Additionally, there is a lot of parking at this plaza. Chipotle offers tasty, quick, and healthy meals.

Fourth, there was no fajita veggies available. Fifth, my guacamole had a huge chunk of hard avocado, it basically took up the entire ‘side’ container!! I also bit into something hard and it was the stem of an avocado! I try to be understanding of of little things when they happen but this was just one disappointment after another, starting with trying to order online, then trying to call and not being able to speak to a human!! I’ve seen all the bad reviews but figured I’d give it another shot anyway. Definitely never again!! We wasted our money and had a very disappointing lunch.

I have had a few issues in the past where some items are either missing or done wrong, but this time I was faced with both. Netty: I'm giving this location a 5 star rating solely on food only. This particular location always has really fresh and perfectly prepared food. The service on the other hand is very poor. No one converses with you. It is very strange, they seem extremely unhappy. I'm as polite and friendly as can be and still no positive response back. I work in the service industry and we should 100 percent be interacting with the customers. At least one person in there should be keeping people updated on when they will be waited on. "We will be right over" is all anyone needs when you are standing there awkwardly for 5 or more minutes with many people working and not saying a word to you. I think this location needs employee pep talks or something before each shift. If you want great food come here but don't expect a smile.

I got my food at 6:33 and had to ask them three times about my order, people who had their orders promised by 6 were getting their food before me. When I got my order it was incorrect too. I feel really bad they are understaffed but they shouldn’t be accepting orders and promising that they are ready at a certain time.

He got there and it wasn't ready yet so he waited. He contacted us and said that there was only 3 employees working, which I understand if you are understaffed. But he waited over an hour and they told him they were still preparing food from 12:30pm. 2 out of the 3 employees left the store and said that they were done making orders. He waited over an hour just to leave with no food, I'm trying to get a refund because its not cheap and they are being very difficult. I'm never going back to this location and I don't think ill ever get Chipolte again after this.

louise jones: Avoid like the plague. I would summarize my experience as incompetence with attitude. There was one employee who was nice and seemed to be the only one working hard to keep things running, but the rest were either extremely poorly trained or just actively trying to provide poor customer service. I would imagine this is a management issue.
Robert Close: It's amazing how poorly this location is run compared to other stores. They have been out of core ingredients all three times I've been. Last time it was guacamole and corn, and they ran out of white rice during my order so I only got a tiny scoop. And they were incapable of making change?!? I was starving or I'd have just walked out and rejected my order; my food was so tiny and unsatisfying, I ended up throwing most of it out once my stomach stopped growling.Vegetarian options: In theory, they have guacamole and sofritas. Last time there was no guacamole at all, and they didn't have the plant-based chorizo when it was available everywhere else.

Stephen Perry: NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! The worst Chipotle experience I've ever had...Put in a $200 order using the online system for pickup as part of a work event. Arrive at time indicated on the order and the store closed. I could see employees walking around inside, so I knocked on the door. Eventually, an employee came to the door and said they weren't opening because their soda machine was down! I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to about my order and I was told no. A few minutes later, another employee came to the door (as several people were now outside waiting to pickup online orders) and she told everyone the store wouldn't be opening until 2pm, all online orders were therefore canceled, and we would have to request a refund online. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. After that, it took me almost 2 days do get a refund on my order. Chipotle doesn't have a customer service number you can call...everything is through an AI chat app on their website.

This restaurant offers online ordering for both takeout and seated dining. The dining room is generally well-kept. Additionally, there is a lot of parking at this plaza. Chipotle offers tasty, quick, and healthy meals.One thing I found is that this Chipotle serves you less in a bowl than any other Chipotle.

The staff was absolutely miserable and rude and did not listen to simple requests, I understand having a hard day but these workers literally treat customers like dirt. Your job isn’t that hard and you’re making above minimum wage - at least fake it. I asked for light beans and steak, and there was about 6 pieces of over cooked steak. I said just a tablespoon worth of sour cream and as u can see it’s a puddle. Absolutely disgusting and I will never go to chipotle again.

It was pathetic.My wife’s “salad” can only be described via picture. I have no idea how anyone thought this was appropriate to send out. I couldn’t help but laugh when she opened the tin.The chips were stale and chewy. Again, how could this even be possible? Our small cup of guacamole was mostly filled with a huge chuck of a avocado skin. At this point it was becoming farcical. I went back to the location so the wife could actually have dinner. I don’t think I have ever asked to speak to a manager, but that’s exactly what I did. The manager was very kind and remade the salad properly, but as she did so I noticed how filthy the working area was. Food all over the floors, workers walking around on the food, and messy counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in hours. Neither was the manager working on the line. With employees, mostly kids, messing up this bad, as a manager you need to be right there working next to them until they are ready to work on their own.We already didn’t go to Chipotle very often, but now my wife is totally done with the brand. Personally I might hit a Chipotle again in the future but I will legitimately never eat from this location again.

dc: I work down the street so this is the closest chipotle for lunch. Haven’t come here for a year because the service was so bad. Decided to come here for lunch today.Wrong move.Cashier told me I owed extra money after I’d already paid. Screamed at me to “GET OUT” of her store on-front of the whole staff and customers all while I was wearing my military uniform, very very embarrassing. Who else can I speak to about this experience? Manager (Tera) refused to give me any other information as to who was in charge since she was the manager on shift herself. Thank you, again very very embarrassing, I need to speak to someone about else about this.
Chris Cashen: The Bedford location is great, with delicious, fresh meals and excellent customer service. This establishment has been visited twice, and I cannot wait to return to put a catering order for Barbacoa and Sofritas...plus extra guacamole! PS. Their address is 301 Great Rd, not 343 for those of you using GPS to get there.

Chris Davenport: It's 2023 and their dinning room is still closed. They accept online orders for KFC, but not taco bell locking you out of all online exclusive menu items. Can't see full menu until you're at the speaker box in the drive thru. Line is long, out onto the street during peak times.
