They were so pleasant and I appreciate them not making me feel bad for not knowing how to make the simple fix. I started using the Chelmsford Staples years ago when my computer crashed and my regular tech couldn't my hard drive info back but Staples did. Top notch tech support. Ray Boutin

Bought a Epsom 2 yr ink printer not a cheap product it was over 500$ tried to return it immediately. Because I realized there was no way I would need all that ink and was worried it may Dry it if not used within a certain amount of time . The UNTRAINED EMPLOYEE THAT TRIED TO HELP ME TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. Was unable to do the return because even though I had my card I purchased it with and am a rewards member he couldn’t figure out how to give me even a store credit . Long story long I’m stuck with this printer I’ve tried to return 3 times at 3 different staples. And was just told Nothing can be returned after 14 days! Hello Ever heard of Covid 19 ! That is absolutely ridiculous. Unless you are a very Sure Shopper, DO NOT SHOP STAPLES
Kimberly Oyola: I put in an order to have prayer cards laminated on Friday. I told the clerk I would cut them myself to save myself $30 where it was already costing me $50 to have 110 cards laminated. I told them I need them for Sunday morning cause the ceremony started at 1pm. They called me at 12:35pm telling me my order was ready😡. I had to leave where the ceremony was to go pick up my order. In the time it took to go retrieve my order and get back I missed the whole ceremony 😢 and still had to cut out these prayer cards that came out awful. They were all crooked and close together they couldn’t be cut even and every sheet had to be cut individually for if I tried to cut more than one at a time I would have cut into the pictures themselves as you can see in the picture I posted and this isn’t even the worst sheet that there was. Needless to say it was more stress added to an already stressful and emotional day and I was so disappointed. I will be calling the store also with my complaint and I will never use this location again😤😡!

I had NEVER EVER experience this kind of customer service before, he was also rude to the customer before me, and also a customer on the phone. I hate to complain and write a bad review but he need to work on his customer service skill. All the other workers were very friendly and polite except for this one manager, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Christina Rohrbacher: I thought I could make an appointment for a quick flu shot but clearly this was a huge mistake. The pharmacy is dirty, I waited 20 minutes just to get the shot, and they didn’t have access to the patient questionnaire I filled out online. The pharmacy techs were openly discussing not feeling well and being sick but coming to work anyway. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.
Cindy Barnhart: I thought today the pharmacy staff did a great job. I was getting a covid booster and they were having trouble getting it to go through. But they got it to work and I got my booster shot. Very nice and pleasant people. Thank you for all your help!!

Bibixinh Do: I went to the store today 08/27/2022, around 8:40. I tried to look for some make up items and I had trouble finding them. I asked the worker (Maria) there to help me and she was not FRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. She ignored me the first time when I asked her about the mascara. She told me I don’t work in the make up section and she just walked away and she did not even wait for me to finish my question. I came to the counter and asked if there is anyone working in the make up section to help me find another item that I needed but she just said NO. I left Walgreens without getting any items and just a dissatisfied service.

Amanda was not desculating but escalating the issue by escalating with hand movement. Amanda so called store front Mgr. .made me upset. I replied I don't use foul language..but if I would I'll vomit everything I have. Your rude as aMgr. Amand in lowell Broadway store..said .. I'm a rapper andwill curse you out...n threatened me withnon entrance to the store. I'm a pastor..at 17 usmc veteran. Vietnam. 23 Nicaragua..died twice.. I am returningtothestore to report Amanda's actions. I'll have my video on when I return to speak to Amanda's Mgr. It would of been very nice n ez to walk me me to the items and show it was the stores items on the the wrong place. But Amanda..with dirty clothes..n.dirty mouth. To have been professional and informative..instead of stating I'm a rapper n curse me out.

Freidrichm: This has got to be the messiest, slowest and most disorganized pharmacy in Lowell . You do your part, call, set an appointment, come on time, and they still keep you waiting, no explanation, the line to pick up meds is always long, the employees are always confused about what is what and who is who. Get it together!

Kristi McDowell: In 3 years of living within this pharmacy's vicinity, I've not once been able to successfully pick up my medication in a timely manner. They only ever have 1 teenager working the pharmacy, where patients line up down an aisle in a store where mask policies are not enforced while their colleagues do who knows what back there but it's absolutely not processing prescriptions with any sense of urgency and wearing their masks under their noses. If there's anywhere for the omicron variant to breed, it's going to be where a gaggle of sick people are forced to into tight quarters with no protection.
Hamza: I went for a covid test and the result came back way passed 72h.Per regulations, you have to take the test within 72h but Walgreens can't guarantee that.If you ever need covid test for travel, I'd suggest CVS or a CVS rapid covid test (if it's acceptable) but never a normal Walgreens PCR as it's not reliable and you'll be risking losing your flight.

When I asked a associate if they priced matched online, I got a quick No. I also asked another associate and she seemed annoyed and just moved her head side to side.. So I decided to do a online order to pick it up since I was trying to save money. I then asked another associate if they recieved my order and asked her if they did price match, the polite young lady said ✔️Yes, only if the product is the exact one you want in the store and is not on Sale online. ✔️ (The product I needed was not on Sale). SpongeBob SquarePants: My printing order got purposely delayed from 12:00pm (original pickup time) all the way to 4:00pm (the time it was ready for pickup). The store doesn't seem busy, but it made me upset.

Awful customer service where they don't acknowledge you at the counter for multiple minutes. Just say I'll be with you in a minute as opposed to going right in front my and avoiding eye contact. From pharmacist on down.

This happens there more than not they forget about you, for once cvs is better.

Irena Grochowska: If I could give ZERO stars regarding the CVS Pharmacy (located at 425 Lowell Ave, Haverhill, MA 01832) then I absolutely would. This is by far the one and only CVS Pharmacy that of my 71 years of being on this earth I would NEVER EVER return back to nor reccomend to anyone else. There is a very long list of CVS's that I would recommend going to that are far better then this one beyond comparison. This CVS Pharmacy for sure is NOT on that list. Just like the other reviewers before me have mentioned their unpleasant experiences with the pharmacy staff, especially when asking for a simple flu shot, I have experienced the same today if not worse. I came to the CVS Pharmacy to get a flu shot for myself and my family and was told by the pharm tech at the register that I can only get a flu shot if I make an appointment. There was no people behind me in line, the phone's weren't going off, there was a sufficient amount of pharmacy staff that didn't seem busy enough (one was on their phone laughing at what someone wrote) to not be able to give a simple flu shot that would take them no more then 5 mins total. I asked if it's possible to give me a flu shot especially given no one else was behind me and even when calling to the CVS Pharmacy it states that appointments are optional (NOT MANDATORY). The pharmacy tech insisted that I make an appointment for a different day. I asked if I could speak to the pharmacy manager. He went back and I could hear him talking to this lady saying that I want to get a flu shot. She came to the register without a proper introduction on what her title is or name. I was confused if this lady even worked in the pharmacy because she didn't even have the CVS scrubs or lab coat on. Completely unprofessional. Turned out she (Sue) wasn't even the manager but just the pharmacist. Sue was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, COMPLETELY out of line, and confrontational to myself and my entire family. Sue's behavior is completely unacceptable and should NEVER be tolerated at CVS. She yelled at my family and made up a lie saying that they don't do flu shots the day after a holiday (New Year's). I find that extremely interesting especially since 1) it doesn't say that anywhere 2) New Years day was 2 days ago. AND 3) After walking away from the appalling screaming from this unpleasant and unprofessional lady I went ahead and checked myself online on CVS if they do flu shots after a holiday and they indeed do. Many if not all CVS Pharmacies do, it just so happens that only THIS CVS pharmacy doesn't..... This CVS Pharmacy needs some serious customer service training and should work on professionalism. Especially Sue.

Food Princess: Pharmacy drive-thru workers are more often rude than not. Right away you can sense the attitude. I left and returned a different day because that is absolutely ludicrous to ask someone to do. I changed to a different CVS and have had no issues.

Many times I was refused for asking to make change that they claim they can’t but have an ATM machine in there store. 🤔 I had it with this location, next time I’ll just go to Walgreens across the street they have better customer service. 👎🏽
