Hector Fajardo: I was recommended Bob by family who had also purchased their first home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called a couple of lenders but Bob connected me with a lender that offered a great rate and program. I then provided him with a list of homes I was interested in viewing and we spent a weekend looking at them and a couple more, and throughout he provided great knowledge about the conditions of the homes. Since I had screened houses online ahead of time and had an idea of what I wanted, that weekend was all we needed and we placed an offer around asking price on my top choice home. It was accepted, and after the inspection, Bob helped negotiate for the seller to put several thousands of dollars toward closing costs! The rest also went smoothly and I love my new home though I did have to find a washer and dryer as that was unexpectedly not part of the deal so it's always good to thoroughly read everything as not everything will always be called out. I would definitely recommend Bob! He also helped another family member close recently so we're big fans.

Needless to say if I were to do so I only wanted to if I got every dime for it that I felt it was worth and then some. Conveying the worth that I saw in this home to potential buyers is what Courtney did best. Courtney was listening when I didn’t even think she was. She not only got across to potential buyers the value of this home in today’s market but also the “specialness” that we all see in our homes that sometimes we can’t put into words. She was intuitive and put the same amount of heart into her efforts as she did professionalism. At every corner of the process Courtney was on top of any situation that would arise as if she was selling her own home. I put my heart and soul into selling this house and got equal efforts from her. In the end what mattered most was the number.Courtney’s hands on diligence and persistence in the appraisal situation absolutely 100 percent made a tangible difference in my outcome and final number closing the house at 50 to 100 thousand higher than may have been otherwise had I used another agent. Dan Zhang: Was not given keys at closing, only the code to their lockbox. After closing, I was not told when I had to pick up the keys by (a last minute delay on the seller’s part meant I could not do it that day), nor was I (or my agent) informed when they took the lockbox back with my keys still inside. They then refused to mail the keys back. It’s disappointing that a bit of professional courtesy or communication is too much to ask for right after a transaction has concluded.

We were denied apartments by other property managers and landlords because we were to young. Kethiasy didn’t even hesitate on giving us the apartment we wanted she actually even gave us the option of 2 of them. She makes sure our apartment is always good and if there’s ever a problem she gets it fixed fast. She takes care of the problem and takes care of all of her tenants. You guys will be lucky to be in business with her.

Kayla Alley: My experience with Ketsy as a buyers agent was ok. I give her credit for being responsive. I think in the future researching property values and taking time and assessed value of a home and other condos around it before we put in an offer would have helped my buying experience be a successful one. Researching assessed values online, what other condos sold for in the complex including age of property would have lead us to a successful closing without financial loss.
