This has been a 4 year journey for me to pass my salesperson exam. for the life of me I couldn't pass this exam and to respect the other school I learned nothing. I found FTRS during the pandemic. They have the study guide ON AUDIO! yes! while you drive to work hit that play button. study guide you can print or read the PDF. They have section of questions for each chapter to study with. They have a cram test section where if you take 8 exams and if you don't pass you get money back guarantee. But let me tell you, your not getting your money back b/c YOU WILL PASS!! Your certificate of completion is signed and ready to go. They have a class on what to expect on exam and how to fill out the application. Last but not least, You will meet Talie, She has become my helper, My friend in my head and a big part of my journey FTRS you picked a good one here. I wish I can hug her to thank her for everything she done. If you all new how many times I bothered her and needed her to explain my ADHD self to dumb it down and she never judge me and she was always so kind. Hey WILL SHE A KEEPER! if your thinking about being apart of the FTRS family please do. then in 3 years you can do your broker classes with them and they offer CE which we have to do Biennially. so see you in a a year in a half guys! thank you! Hector Fajardo: I was recommended Bob by family who had also purchased their first home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called a couple of lenders but Bob connected me with a lender that offered a great rate and program. I then provided him with a list of homes I was interested in viewing and we spent a weekend looking at them and a couple more, and throughout he provided great knowledge about the conditions of the homes. Since I had screened houses online ahead of time and had an idea of what I wanted, that weekend was all we needed and we placed an offer around asking price on my top choice home. It was accepted, and after the inspection, Bob helped negotiate for the seller to put several thousands of dollars toward closing costs! The rest also went smoothly and I love my new home though I did have to find a washer and dryer as that was unexpectedly not part of the deal so it's always good to thoroughly read everything as not everything will always be called out. saint mbakop: I could hear Dee voice in my head when taking my real estate sales persons exam, it felt like he was taking the test for me lol .I took the Distance learning sales persons course for the required 40 hours course for MA over two weekends. (Saturday and Sunday live streaming and 12 hours of self paced video).The experience was amazing, Dee (The instructor ) knows exactly how to past a tone of information in a relatively short period of time. He present concepts in a way that make it almost impossible not to understand and remember them.As for the online part Dee make the streaming fell like you were in class in person using different camera angle when explaining the various concepts. ( one of the best online class experience I have ever had ). plus you have the add benefit to have access of the video even after the course is over so you can use for review and prepare for the test.Amazing Group of people. Kate (Dee Assistant) supper responsive clear concerns and answer email in a mater of minute. I wanted pick my certificate of completion in person. Dee and Kate did everything to accommodate me.

Amy Usen: My test is tomorrow and I took the course in classroom April 4th. I am not happy to report wasted money and time. I doubt I will pass test. The instructor read a book and did not spend time explaining the information. It turns out the text books he provided are more comprehensive. It’s too bad we were not told to read them to prepare for the following day’s course. I spent my time retaking on line course w an instructor who talked a bit too much outside of the subject at hand which made it difficult to stay focused .

The teacher did little to no talking about real estate, and when we asked questions about anything related to real estate she completely avoided answering, I'm guessing because she didn't know the answer herself. She mainly talked about her family, and the book gave as much info as she did. I had to buy others. There were no tests or homework, what kind of class only requires you to show up to pass? Waste of time, money, and gas!

Lorena Livoli: This was a waste of my money! I learned more about the teachers ancestors than I did real estate. I had to buy the PSI book and study for one year to feel the confidence just to fail! Took the test again and failed by two points. Today I have to take the course over but went to another company and saved over $215 for the course and I’ve already learned more in three hours then I did the two week course at this school. I highly recommend anyone wanting to take this course to shop around, because the course in Woburn is only $135 and well worth it.

Nicolette Mascari: I personally did not have a good experience. I have talked with other classmates who took from this instructor and all of them had a very difficult time passing the exam and spent a lot of extra dollars on retaking these multiple times, practice exams, tutoring etc. I would advise going to other schools who concentrate more on teaching techniques on passing the exam rather than filling time with personal stories.
