Hector Fajardo: I was recommended Bob by family who had also purchased their first home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called a couple of lenders but Bob connected me with a lender that offered a great rate and program. I then provided him with a list of homes I was interested in viewing and we spent a weekend looking at them and a couple more, and throughout he provided great knowledge about the conditions of the homes. Since I had screened houses online ahead of time and had an idea of what I wanted, that weekend was all we needed and we placed an offer around asking price on my top choice home. It was accepted, and after the inspection, Bob helped negotiate for the seller to put several thousands of dollars toward closing costs! The rest also went smoothly and I love my new home though I did have to find a washer and dryer as that was unexpectedly not part of the deal so it's always good to thoroughly read everything as not everything will always be called out. I would definitely recommend Bob! He also helped another family member close recently so we're big fans.

Memes Are Great: I contacted a company called HomeLight which is a online realtor or something. Long story short they told me they had a cash buyer in the area they can get me in contact with, and the "cash buyer" was Ocean city Developments. They offered money over the phone for my property and i told them i wanted more, however they decided to schedule an appointment to come view the property to see if they could offer me more. With them giving me a schedule date and time. No one showed or called. So a 30min to an hour after of a no show. I got in contact with a rep from them named Rachel. She told me she doesn't know why the guy hasn't showed up yet and confirmed my address and time for said appointment. So here i am writing this review. I'm starting to genuinely believe this is a scam company by how shady it has been so far. Until they either they genuinely give me a call back and or they send someone out to give a REALISTIC offer i plan to keep this posted. But if they by any chance follow through on what we spoke about over the phone and i stop getting ghosted by a company wanted to buy my property. I'll remove the post if they live up to the word they gave.Thanks, Hope it helpsPS... they boast about being the largest realtor group in new england a few comments ago, but i live in the new england area and never heard of them until 2 days ago...

Michael Mullen: I was scheduled for a appraisal today. They called and were going to tell me their offer without coming out. They preceded to tell me they evaluate within 1/8 of a mile for my home. They then mentioned the city's appraised value, i said that makes no since mentioning. He got agentive with me; so i ended the call.This company does not appear to be legit or have good practices. Richie Lynch: Read the entire review.This place is a SCAM. I contacted them to buy the family home after my mother passed. They say they will buy the home but instead look to list it only never to buy or put a deposit down. Don't fall for the wording in the contract allowing them to list it, perform open houses and gain a commission in the process. They don't buy the house they try to sell it at your expense using sub-brokers and MLS....total SHAM! I fired them after 3 months. Don't fall for it. Never bought the house at the agreed price and never put down a deposit. Some of these positive reviews are fake, I bet most are. I know some of the employees or business associates are leaving positive reviews...I recognize some of the names.Reply...Why then did you're associate agency Cameron Real Estate list it on MLS and hold many open houses? I delt with Jared and Steve Cerrone...yeah the same guy who works for you leaving a positive reviews. Seems like a conflict of interest. Maybe a call to the Attorney Generals office is in order. Oh by the way...you never mailed that $11,000.00 deposit check. My lawyer never got it and when he visited the office...He said looked it looked a shell company.Reply#2 If you buy houses then why do I have a Listing agreement with Cameron Real Estate Group...specifically Steve Cerrone on my deceased mother's home? You don't buy homes...you're a front to list them and gain the sale and proceeds from the sale and short change the family. I'll be calling the Attorney Generals office on this matter.

Kimberly G: I have found the TMI team to be superiorly responsive and attentive. Their apartments are beautifully renovated and cared for.They have hundreds of apartments and unfortunately there will be unappreciative tenants - it's an exhausting business.
Leanne Palma: I’m a young professional and I’ve been through the student housing thing before. I should have known that they would manage their “luxury” apartments just as they probably do with the kids in student housing, but I wrongfully gave them the benefit of the doubt. This company even makes you pay the water bill and I can tell you now, this place was not worth the collective 2 grand for a one bedroom, though new, was very cheaply and poorly done. They made a huge deal about how they worked on the brick, but they didn’t seal it, so you’ll probably choke on brick dust…asthma sufferers beware. We were told we could have a twenty pound dog provided it was not on the restricted breed list…fast forward months later and there were a bunch of pit bulls and oversized dogs….I don’t really care, but I thought I couldn’t have my dream dog only to see that apparently I could have….? We were also told at our tour not to worry about parking and then we get an email the week before we moved in saying they can only guarantee one parking spot, but again….don’t worry…..they even hand-wrote it in our lease and told us if the lot fills up we may have to BUY a parking pass at the closest city garage….1 mile away….come on. I felt disrespected on the regular and it felt as though they would see how much they could get away with until you call them out on it. I moved back to a basement in law apartment just to get away from this nonsense. It was marketed for young professionals and grad students, but it became more like animal house with a few unprofessional RAs. When you reported an issue, you’d have everyone pointing the finger at each other instead of solving any issues. Never ever again…
Dawn Panarotti: Don’t rent from here if you travel at all during the winter months, they will tow your car if you’re not there to move it when it snows. They text you to move your car, pay your rent, and pay your water bill. When we rented here we were told that we couldn’t have our 10 year old pit bull. A few months later, there are four pit bulls in the building. You could walk your dogs around the building, now you can’t because they built a pen to walk your dog in. Our apartment had mice and they blew us off by saying that they sprayed for them , so we had to catch them ourselves. The elevator is always on the fritz or locked by the penthouse apartment because they get an elevator key and you don’t because your apartment only brings in $2000 a month and the penthouse brings in over $3000 a month. Make sure you lock your door because the cleaning lady gets wasted in the downstairs bathroom. Do your research about this place because it’s like living at home with a dominant parent who’s constantly looking over your shoulder pointing out that you’re breaking their rules. And no excuse that they write in response to my review will change the fact that this place is overpriced and poorly managed. If management was completely honest with us from the beginning, we would have went somewhere cheaper with less hassle.
Sharon Dally: Opened a maintenance request on Monday as my central ac is not working and it was then 82 in my apartment and now it’s 87. Yes my windows are open as much as I can as I do have small children. I have yet to hear on when someone is coming or even a call back. All I get is a text stating they will have someone follow up. It’s Wednesday now almost 1 pm. I left two voicemails yesterday and still no response. Horrible property management

Tamieka Thomas: I just recently tired to mediate a situation between a landlord and tenant so that they may receive their back rent in full for the benefit of both parties. I have been working with landlords within this community for 11 years. I have never dealt with such an UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL UNTIL I SPOKE WITH JOEY from TMI. I am asking him for a release of information to have the tenant sign and he hung up in my face.

After 5 years I've been taken to court for money I do not owe 2 times I have court papers to prove and my car gets towed from where I live from tmi worker Abe from Broadway reality that lives in the property and consistently harasses me. Leaves notes on my car and his DNA (spit) he is an elderly man living with his mom on the property. Only comes out early in the morning. Mia Rubinstein: File under “I told you so”.I live in a construction zone. It’s been under construction for 5 plus years and will be for at least 5 more. So I have some experience in dealing with how these #lowell construction projects impact neighborhoods. So what we did as a tenant association was contact Lupoli Companies before they started to tear up several lots on our street so that we could explain how to prevent the pitfalls of building in a neighborhood in which people live. We were here first and have been for a decade. Let’s get along.I called them, wait for it…14 times without a call back. I emailed them 20 times without a reply. I was super nice about it. They just didn’t call back. I can only assume they don’t care about being a good neighbor. State Farm they ain’t.Had they called back I would have let them know that when you dig up dirt around here, you unearth giant rusty nails that end up in the street and embed into tires. But they didn’t call back. This nail was in my tire this morning. So it’s mac and cheese and hot dogs til pay day because the food budget went into another tire. Because they didn’t call back.Had they called back I would have told them that their foreman should set his trailer up on the far end of the lot away from two residencial buildings. Instead they put it in front of my neighbor’s window and now when she gets changed, she is eye to eye with construction dudes and she no longer has a view. The foreman and staff show up at 5 am and yuck it up out loud and wake up the dozen units that face this trailer. But they didn’t call back.Robert Frost of Lawtown famously said “good fences make good neighbors” and it is a saying oft misunderstood. In this case Lupoli has a fence but it’s not a good one as it swings open and blocks traffic. I would tell them this but they didn’t call back.Thanks fellas. Give my best to that lummox Sal Capone Lupoli. I hear he’s been an even tempered guy and has calmed way down since that time he melted down at a high school football game and used his chudly girth to intimidate referees. So that’s good.If anyone needs me I’ll be conquering Mount Lupoli as I’m the Sir Edmund Hillary of Jackson St. Wish me Godspeed.
