Brian B Gomes: Drove all 2.5 hrs from CT to pick up an entire interior seat/side panels for my BMW. Pictures looked decent. Rented a van. Go to find out driver seat airbag is deployed and the passenger seat is all bent. Drove all the way and rented a car and they failed to communicate this to me. Unacceptable. The pics were angled to not capture deployed airbag and the bent passenger seat. Wasted my time and money.

James Brennan: The Service that was performed was good, took a little longer than expected due to the large scope of work. There was an issue that occurred when the Mechanic while test driving my vehicle was involved in an accident where damage occurred to the passenger's side of my vehicle. There were no injuries reported. I just got my vehicle back from my Body Shop. I will be meeting with the Service Manager at Great Lowell G.M.C. to discuss this issue going forward.
Michael Cardoza: Firstly, I brought my vehicle in for an issue that I feel GM should have recalled. It took a over a week for the team to find the issue, which isn't a terrible thing as I was not comfortable driving it until they could pinpoint the issue. Also, they did not have a loaner car for the 10 days that they had my vehicle, which is insane to me. All other dealerships (especially for a $80K car) that I've been to have loaners on hand. Once the car was ready, after spending $2K on sensors that should have been recalled because they caused my vehicle to completely shut down (could have happened while driving), Greater Lowell GMC gave my Yukon Denali back with massive scratches on the drivers side door. Although they "buffed" them out, they are still there as all deep scratches are. No offer to properly fix the scratches that were not there when I handed them the vehicle.The only reason there is a mediocre rating here is because the other GMC dealership I had the vehicle at said I could bypass the sensor issue without any issues, which was not the case and frankly completely unsafe. Lowell GMC at least told me to bring it in immediately and not to drive it there as it was dangerous.

Joseph Burchell: I purchased a Toyota pickup from Stellar Motors in November 2022. The salesman Tim showed me the truck and took me on a test drive. He told me about what was, and wasn’t wrong with the truck. He assured me that the frame was solid multiple times and gave me a recommendation on a place to get it undercoated. These were absolute lies and after purchasing the truck for 7.2k (advertised at 10k), I found out that the frame and bed were rotted through completely, and that I was about to lose thousands of dollars on this purchase. I ended up losing 3.5k out of my pocket total. The brakes on the truck failed the next day after purchase. I’m very fortunate it was in the driveway and not on the road, where I or others could have been seriously injured. It is hard to put into words how stressful this entire exchange was. How draining it is knowing you will lose thousands but not exactly how much, or when. Mike the owner was not willing to buy the truck back off of me even at thousands less than what I paid. He said he would come up with another truck I could trade into to minimize my loss. I gave him many months and nothing came up. Dealing with Mike was very unpleasant, and he insulted my family, calling one member a ‘Coward’ when we confronted him on his poor practice. Thankfully, the guys over at Roy’s in Hudson helped me trade into a solid truck. I suggest you take your money there, or anywhere else but Stellar Motors. Your safety and hard earned money may be put at risk!
Ahmad Radi: I do not recommend anyone to ever come buy from this "dealership". I had recently bought a 2013 BMW X1 from Tim, the salesman who I met through Facebook marketplace. When I came to check out the car, he had told me the car was in good condition, the inspection sticker was there to prove so, and that there were only minor cosmetic problems (which was true at surface level). When I brought in my dad for the official purchase of the car, he mentions the fact that the axle of the car is not in place for an unknown reason. Tim, being a great salesman, reassures us that the previous owner had probably taken out the axle piece to make the car rear wheel drive, and not all wheel drive to save on gas money. As an excited and young college student, I went with my emotions and bought the car with the money I had saved up since my first job in freshman year of high school. Of course Tim wanted to squeeze as much money as he could from me, nearly taking up four hours of my time negotiating on a price (yes I understand that means four hours of his time as well). My mechanic bolts in the axle piece for around 200 dollars, and suddenly, the car begins to make loud noises when I turn the steering wheel! Oh no! No way!! Turns out the differential piece needed to be replaced, costing me another $1,500. Then, the check engine light throws with the code P0883 TCM (transmission problem). I will probably have to replace the transmission as well, costing roughly between $4000 to $6000. Now, I understand that one might mention that the car is a BMW and I should have expected this, and sure. The problem is more so that I feel cheated out of my money, as none of these "possible" problems were mentioned. I even asked Tim myself, "do you think that the axle will turn out to be a bigger problem?" and he reassured me that they check the cars and that the previous owner did it to save gas. And to put the nail on the coffin, I had just messaged Tim to let him know and if he could possibly do something to help. You want to know what his response was? "A contact left the group". Yup. Professionalism at the highest class. Well played Tim you've won the money game, hell is a hot place my friend.
phil plummer: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. JUST BOUGHT A CAR THAT CAME "INSPECTED", AND FOUND WHEN IT WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE THERE WAS SO MANY SAFETY ISSUES THAT SHOULD HAVE FAILED INSPECTION. DO NOT TRUST THERE INSPECTION IF YOU BUY FROM HERE HAVE YOUR OWN MECHANIC LOOK AT ASAP. I AM SENDING THE CAR BACK AND GETTING A REFUND.

Needed a radiator.I test drove and bought a 06 Honda CRV with 166k for 6k cash around May of 2018. I drive it off the lot at closing. its late waited for him to put the inspection on even giving him a ride to his car. before we get out the driveway. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Mike Really I said. so we back up he clears the code and says call me if it comes back on.Next day CHECK ENGINE LIGHT I go to Midas with financing. Oil change yup new car YAY. Nope 1k worth of work. So I call mike and tell him the STRUTS AND CAT W/ Sensor . PLUS SOMONE added AC Freon so high the AC compressor was gone. Mikes reply those guys charge you retail. Come by the shop tomorrow. Mike fixes the struts that wouldn't pass inspection and the Cat converter setup. charges me like 300 bucks for labor. COOL right NOPE. Its been a year The CAT is rattling. I did front breaks and tune up 600 bucks at MIDAS. This HONDA had the original spark plugs at 166k. SO what did mike fix before he sold it to me AS IS.Who knows you hope an oil change right. I would even do that private sale. SO 1 YEAR INSPECTION TIME . My CHECK ENGINE LIGHT has been on for two months. Midas has replaced the Intake manifold sensor to try and fix it NOPE. Today the tried the RUNNER inside the manifold. Nope No charge at Midas sitting from 10 am to 3 pm for a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Tomorrow I go to Honda For the Computer.SO I HAD THIS CAR FOR A YEAR AND CANT GET IT RE INSPECTED. AS ISCHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF THE LOT BUY. Great GUY .... Stellar experience with Stellar.

I was hesitant to drive into a used car dealer to look at a car I've had my eye on. (Much to my surprise), without hesitation, I was greeted by the owner (mike) with kindness and respect as a fellow man, a brother. Not as a potential profit opportunity. Mike saw me lingering around and opened the door early for me and greeted me even though I was there before hours. Friendly and respectful he allowed me to see the car and offered his assistance if needed. I appreciated the respect and found that Evans, and every other employee that showed to work there after were just as nice and friendly as the owner. Needless to say, I felt comfortable and welcomed with no pressure from all the staff. Mike was able to listen to my needs and issues for a new used car and was able to help me in my time of need. I am happy to say I am enjoying my new used car from Stellar Motors (2007 SAAB 9-3 aero wagon) and would recommend all to visit them when you need a vehicle. GRIXY: After three months of him lying to us about the car, he left… he quit or something. Our car is missing parts and he kept saying that he would give us the title repeatedly but he never did. He stole 13-14 thousand dollars. Hope this didn’t happen to anyone else.

Robert Redding: Went for an oil change and tire rotation 4stars....tried to get me install a cabin filter and engine air filter $$$$200.00. Auto Zone $40.00...zero stars for that move.
Steve Beachy: Brought in my 2019 Cherokee for a check engine light issue related to the evap system. They replaced the gas filler assembly ($700 later) and cleared the light. It came back on after approx. 40 miles. I tried calling the dealership but did not receive a reply back. I made another appt. But that is 10 days out. We will see what happens.

It may have a modernized establishment, but the workers there are miserable and unprofessional… yelling, swearing and demeaning each other in front of customers. Jon Bowen: I had a rather unpleasant experience today (4/17/2023) with 495. I brought my TRX in for service and was told by the service manager that they did not want to take on the work because I did not by the truck from them. He explained that he did not want the hassle and was told to take my truck back to the dealership that I purchased it from - which is over 90 mins away vs 495 who is 20 mins away. Makes me want to buy my next car from them - what a joke and unfortunate experience.Edit:I called the dealer I purchased the TRX from and they were in shock to say the least! I'd love to hear back from 495 on this matter.

Anthony Clark: They were very friendly but shady on giving details up front and had to question them about everything to get information regarding buying out my 2020 Jeep Gladiator lease throughout the entire process. I have a credit score over 800 and the best interest rate they could give me was 8.8% while looking at Bank of America, I was offered 5.79%Definitely not good service when they told me that they will comb through all loan providers on my behalf to find the best rates and to do all the paperwork. In the past they would also try to get out of covering factory defects which are covered under warranty. Had to replace rear window because defroster defect in addition to replacing the cpu for locking the breaks on the highway for collision warnings when no vehicles were in front and the windshield was perfectly cleaned. Also had to replace center dash radio/computer screen because flickering like an old tv set from day 1. The sensor for the washer fluid breaks every year when the outside temperature reaches near 100f. And the jeep logos behind the front wheels look like they are melting and peeling off.
Tiffani Martin: I came in for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. They did oil change but said they couldn’t do the tire rotation. They said they did the multi point inspection but they lied. Two weeks later my brakes started making a noise. Knowing a bit about cars I realized my break pads must be low. I brought it in and looked at them and they were horrible even was riding the metal. This place said all was good with my jeep when I was given it back. This place is not doing their due diligence and rushes through the process. 0/10 would not recommend!

John Wedge: I enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the service chief at my most recent visit, and the extra care in washing my car and cleaning the interior.
Edwin Cannon: This was the first time I had a dealer technician actually come out and talk to me about the problem I experienced. The VW techs are engaged at Gervais. They plugged my vehicle into diagnostic computer and it was no charge. Thanks Gervais!

Noles: Just not a great experience. On day of pick up, well in advance it was planned for a certain time. We get there at specified time and had to wait an hour and a half for the car to be washed and inspected. Should have done in advance, not on my time. In addition we were then just handed the keys without being shown anything about the car. Have purchased numerous vehicles and never had a pickup experience like this. Doubtful we would come back.

Rachel E.: After the shop rotated my tires, the lug bolts were way over torqued (more than double the spec). This is a safety issue, because it means that it would be impossible for me to change a tire on the side of the road in an emergency, because the bolts would be so hard to remove.
