Phil: The signs in the parking lot suggesting you lock your car due to increased robberies was an indication right away that I had made a poor choice in lodgings.Room had no blinds on the window, got a new room and the ac unit was leaking into a pan that had been placed under it.The staff was friendly and understanding though, and did their best to make things right.I will not be returning.

Kristina Babcock: I was charged twice for two different prices, it was supposed to be split between a friend and I, but she was also charged twice the rate we split and i was charged the split and full. Our door lock was broken which we told maintenance and it still wasn't working- ac unit was not working and maintenance came in at 1230 to try to fix and just said he would move us but it was midnight, no trash bags, no complementaries, just was told watch 3-5 days to see if it goes back.

Daniel Wells: No AC my room is currently 77 degrees, the fan won’t even turn on. Bad tv reception, and the internet is slow. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve been to several of the local massage therapy offices around town and haven’t found one I really liked until I came to this place.Before I would have to travel all the way to Andover to get the back relief I needed. Now I can travel down the road cause I found my favorite place. She was excellent and even though the conversation was short she knew where to work all from touch. I almost didn’t have to give any directions and she worked out all my problem spots on her own. That’s when I knew she was very good at her job.She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down. I definitely recommend anyone try this place. I was a walk in off the street and she was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes after walking in. And she has great hours and is open 7 days a week. She works very hard and the outcome is worth every penny. Her prices are very good too!Now my only worry is if I blabber on this place she’ll get so busy I won’t get a quick spot anymore. But she’s definitely deserving of it for the expertise she’s shown this far. 5 stars!

Azra Villon: This Sunday, Chateau Merrimack Resort & Spa was a disappointment. At first glance, this resort seems well put together but indeed was a disaster & unorganized. I came to this property with my family on Easter, with high hopes in attending their first annual brunch but left in disbelief. From the very beginning the waitress continuously took our drink orders wrong & would take an extended amount of time to come back to our table. Lastly when the bill arrived, we were charged for our drinks when we were told multiple times by the waitress that it was an open bar. To the point that we joked about having to drive back home. When we questioned the waitress for clarification on why the drinks were priced apart, in front of the owner, the owner's solution...which he quoted "I'll send a round of mimosas to the table". In which we responded no thank you. As the owner he was very dismissive & the waitress admitted at being at fault. The minimum the owner could have done was walk over to the table, apologize & take off all or a couple of drinks. Instead, the waitress was sent over to say it was a miscommunication that she wasn't properly told. Again, not our fault. As a business with 4 stars, I would expect better service, as well as a professional owner. Let this be a learning lesson for the future!

Josiah Dykstra: Solid C for effort... they're really trying. Owned and operated by the University means they lack name-brand polish. The ICC is also a dorm (note: guests are not allowed to use the campus shuttle). Breakfast is skimpy with bagels, yogurt, and coffee. The bar served only pizza and hamburgers with a bartender who kept apologizing for it. Had to call the front desk after midnight for excessive noise in the hallway.

Lizzy Dabczynski-Bean: No one was at the front desk to check us in despite having a reservation. Sign said no one would be in the front desk til 7am….what? Spent hours at 1am calling other hotels all of which were booked for a long weekend. Ended up paying $500 for ine night, a room 30 minutes away. I got a refund from uMass Lowell Inn but no one acknowledged the issue or made any kind of apology or took ownership of the situation. And we were our $500 and all the wasted time and energy. 👍

Adriana DiIorio: Victoria was awesome! We had an issue with Priceline themselves and she resolved it for us quickly, and was so incredibly kind our entire visit. The hotel is beautiful and we were on the first floor and had a little patio overlooking the river! It was so great to be able to open a sliding door to the outside from our room. They have complimentary breakfast with bagels, danish, yogurt, fruit, and Starbucks coffee and tea with options to eat in a big dining room with windows overlooking the river or a space with a fireplace and comfortable chairs. The rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Linda M: My husband slipped on ice and hurt his back a lot. Months later, he was not better and was actually getting worse. I reminded him of the great work Knockout Wellness had done for me in the past and he booked an appt. After 1 session he was able to walk normally and turn his head (back injury effects everything as Stephanie educates you on too). I was so impressed I booked a detox session 2 days later and she worked on my hips and knees that had been feeling tight and sore from running. I felt better immediately! lierin1017: This was such an amazing experience. I went in to trial it out because I was dealing with some anxiety about family issues. By the end of the session I couldn't feel the emotion anymore. Then about two weeks later I had a different issue come up at work and I started to feel anxious but I was able to label the feeling due to the session with Stephanie, then stop and ask my self why I was feeling the emotion and totally stopped the anxiety in its tracks!! S Carson: Stephanie is a godsend! I suffer from piriformis syndrome with sacroiliac involvement making it difficult to sit and sometimes walk. After 4 months of PT without much improvement a friend recommended Stephanie and cupping. At our first session, after hearing my issues, Stephanie spent a great deal of time describing the science of cupping as well as the anatomy of the piriformis and the sacroiliac. We discussed treatment and she then performed my first cupping session. That was in mid-April and while I'm not always completely pain free the improvement has been dramatic. Stephanie is a master at her craft and we have progressed to a bi-weekly maintenance program. I can now sit and walk without discomfort the majority of the time which is significant since my profession forces me to sit 8 hours a day. It is wonderful to be mostly pain free and feel Stephanie has succeeded where others have failed! I would recommend Stephanie to anyone with any type of pain issues--chronic or otherwise.
