Dawn Carson: I was told my granddaughter was the only customer for a Sunday. Something they specifically do. No. They didn't do it and had so many walk ins they had no time to even try. Spanish speaking only and had to translate through customers who spoke English. No A/C. One giant fan in the middle of the salon. Left very disappointed and upset. Pics online are very deceiving!UPDATE: 11:26 am Tuesday September 6, I don't know who you're referring to, but I specifically CHOSE your salon because of your specialty's you list on your web page. I am the least racist person. IDC what race you are. I married a Hawaiian man, My son's God parents are the most amazing Hispanic people in the world. My best friend is black and I don't appreciate the lie. I never ever asked to pay on credit on it at any time. You are thinking of someone else. I know what the fan is for and I understand the chemical smell. The door was wide open and there was no A/C the day I came in. There were so many people. I was guaranteed an appointment and turned away. So before you reply figure out who yours talking about... I would have paid anything and racist I am not! Just because I don't speak Spanish doesn't make me racist. When I made the appointment the person on the phone knew enough English to understand what I wanted and make the appointment. It was when we got there that we were told no one spoke English but the customers. I'm sorry you've mistaken me with someone else, but you did not do me any favors and I don't appreciate the name calling when I made an honest review of my own personal experience there. If any service was performed I'd gladly have paid you, so do not tell me to come in and pay you when you have me clearly mixed up with someone else. Brooklyn: Went there a couple of times to get a hair cut. My hair at the time was a bit long and due to an illness I like to keep it short. At first everything was fine but the third time I went in comments were being made between a stylist and one of the groupies, as I like to call them, about how short my hair was being cut, as if I were the first woman in the world to have a short hair cut. She's AMAZING!We arrived in Springfield from out of state for a family celebration, and discovered that one disabled family member hadn't combed her long, beautiful hair in so long that it was just one solid mat hidden under a knit cap. Two of us tried to comb it out for her, but it really wasn't happening. We convinced her that short hair wouldn't be terrible, and went to a salon.That first salon was very nice, and we liked them. They confirmed the hair couldn't be salvaged, but they could do something - just not before the party. They referred us to someone else.The second salon also said we were going to have to cut the hair off very short, and while they could still make it look nice, again - not this afternoon. But the owner went to the trouble to call around for us, and she was wonderful as well. She finally sent us to Jennifer at Chabela's.And here, a miracle: The stylist assured us she could save my sister-in-law's once-gorgeous hair!!They were so very kind and understanding here, too. We left and came back, now after closing time although the shop is still bustling. I'm sitting beside my sister-in-law, who again has long, beautiful curls tumbling down to her mid-back, shiny and clean and perfect.She's just waiting for it to be finished - but the miracle is evident. This stylist is our family's angel today, and she's *fabulous.*If you're still reading this, pleased book an appointment and go support this incredible little salon. They're far more than just a beauty shop.

Lydia Vega: For the past 30 years I had one exclusive hair salon that I went to, moving from Boston to Springfield I visited a couple of hair salon but Ermosa hair salon was and is my favorite, all the ladies are extremely nice, and the place is emasculated in cleaness, politeness and down to earth, my stylist is one of the best, very polite and friendly her name is Britney Who I always refer to as Hollywood( inside joke) but in all serious aspects I recommend this Salon to everyone that wants their hair done in a quickly matter. After my first consultation and haircut with Theresa, I was blown away by her skills, knowledge and professionalism. She advised me about how to proceed and offered some excellent suggestions. I have never been to such a bright, competent and wise hairdresser. She is a sincere and very sweet person, to boot.I also chose Trends because they use Aveda products. Aveda uses mostly naturally derived ingredients and I love how these products make my hair look, so healthy and shiny. Aveda is also an environmentally conscious company.Today, my hair looks amazing and I get so many compliments. I love Ttrends and Theresa and recommend it to everyone!!!!

I warned I have thick hair as well and I was assured that someone there was great with them and so I booked!Wow, what a mistake. All seemed well until I went back to my place to wash my hair and wow... the whole undercut was terribly crooked and uneven and my longer hair was off by a full 6 inches on one side as well.I had to go to someone else to have it fixed and even they couldn't believe what they did to my head. On top of that, it cost 45 fexking dollars for a simple undercut, no joke... never again

It does not matter of your hair is long or short. 2 years ago i purchased a spf. It was 20. I fell in love with it. Ran out, i purchased the same one at the same place for 30.00. You can call 3 sisters and def get the same cut for half the price.

It was GREEN and YELLOW with a band of MILD-blue in the midsection.Rhandy, the owner saw to me herself ❤, she was so kind and sweet and made sure I was comfortable. I was ASTONISHED when she turned me around to see the mirror. My hair was EXACTLY the shade of blue I wanted and consistent throughout😍! It was shiny and felt healthy and NOT at all CRISPY like when I first walked in. I pranced out of her salon like a damn UNICORN through a field of daises. I WILL DEFINITLY BE BACK!!!

I have strawberry blonde/copper colored hair that was just bland so she did a blonde balayage with money piece to add some dimension and then for the first time ever in my life was able to give me the cut I wanted AND KEEP my overall length! I got a cut with a bunch of layers and face framing to add some body and movement and just even more dimension... I couldn't be HAPPIER!! Van Le: The hair salon lady and her daughter were very sweet and outgoing people. They cut and style your hair to your liking. I got my south Korean see through bangs and hair curled and styled in an updo for my brother's wedding along with my college graduation. This was my third time here, I recommend this salon to other people. The salon was family owned and prices for hair cuts, dye, and styles are very reasonable. The salon is right across from Saigon market and family dollar for people to go grocery shopping or shopping in general. I would definitely come back here to get my hair dyed.
Ivelisse torres: She's a great hair stylist. Very good at cutting hair, has reasonable prices. Very kind, quick, and efficient Her mother is a great colorist.

Janice Miller: I have had my hair done by Ms. V for some time now and I always come away looking beautiful. My hair is healthy and easy to maintain. Now I go every few weeks to get my wash and set . She cuts when I need it as well. OI don't need to go anywhere else because she know my hair and what it can and cannot do. She is 5 star for me.
