The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable you get in you get your hair done and you get out and you look good! It's like one-on-one service which I can appreciate because I don't have time to sit in a salon all day going back and forth between 4 and 5 clients.

Lydia Vega: For the past 30 years I had one exclusive hair salon that I went to, moving from Boston to Springfield I visited a couple of hair salon but Ermosa hair salon was and is my favorite, all the ladies are extremely nice, and the place is emasculated in cleaness, politeness and down to earth, my stylist is one of the best, very polite and friendly her name is Britney Who I always refer to as Hollywood( inside joke) but in all serious aspects I recommend this Salon to everyone that wants their hair done in a quickly matter. Dawn Carson: I was told my granddaughter was the only customer for a Sunday. Something they specifically do. No. They didn't do it and had so many walk ins they had no time to even try. Spanish speaking only and had to translate through customers who spoke English. No A/C. One giant fan in the middle of the salon. Left very disappointed and upset. My best friend is black and I don't appreciate the lie. I never ever asked to pay on credit on it at any time. You are thinking of someone else. I know what the fan is for and I understand the chemical smell. The door was wide open and there was no A/C the day I came in. There were so many people. I was guaranteed an appointment and turned away. So before you reply figure out who yours talking about... I would have paid anything and racist I am not! Just because I don't speak Spanish doesn't make me racist. When I made the appointment the person on the phone knew enough English to understand what I wanted and make the appointment. It was when we got there that we were told no one spoke English but the customers. I'm sorry you've mistaken me with someone else, but you did not do me any favors and I don't appreciate the name calling when I made an honest review of my own personal experience there. If any service was performed I'd gladly have paid you, so do not tell me to come in and pay you when you have me clearly mixed up with someone else. At first everything was fine but the third time I went in comments were being made between a stylist and one of the groupies, as I like to call them, about how short my hair was being cut, as if I were the first woman in the world to have a short hair cut.
