I have strawberry blonde/copper colored hair that was just bland so she did a blonde balayage with money piece to add some dimension and then for the first time ever in my life was able to give me the cut I wanted AND KEEP my overall length! I got a cut with a bunch of layers and face framing to add some body and movement and just even more dimension... I couldn't be HAPPIER!! Lydia Vega: For the past 30 years I had one exclusive hair salon that I went to, moving from Boston to Springfield I visited a couple of hair salon but Ermosa hair salon was and is my favorite, all the ladies are extremely nice, and the place is emasculated in cleaness, politeness and down to earth, my stylist is one of the best, very polite and friendly her name is Britney Who I always refer to as Hollywood( inside joke) but in all serious aspects I recommend this Salon to everyone that wants their hair done in a quickly matter. She didn’t detangle my hair before she started blow drying AND she didn’t put any heat protectant. When I got in my car I realized my haircut was uneven. I asked for a style of braids and not only did I get it, but I received great quality braiding by Diana. I’m on day 4 with the braids and they still look neat and clean. Most importantly, the braids look tight but don’t feel it. There’s no irritation. My braids IN THE PAST with other people, my braids usually felt irritated in day 2 and sometimes a strand of hair would constantly pull my scalp causing headaches. Latisha Brantley: I give them 5 Stars as long as I can get an appointment, however As long as I can get in touch with a stylist to schedule my daughter and mother an upcoming appointment on that number listed to get their dreads retwisted. Our 1st and 2nd visits were very satisfactory, She did an amazing job on both their hair. I scheduled another appointment for 2 wks from now, the shop was closed and I hadn’t heard back since then, nor can I even leave a voicemail message either due to the mailbox being full. If I could speak with someone to make another appointment soon I would definitely change my ratings! I kept my word about changing my ratings from a 3 to 5 now that our appointments were made & their dreads look beautiful . Heather M.: I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done here about ten days ago. The pedicure came out okay, aside from the fact that the nail technician left paint on several of my toes around the nail. Nothing special about the pedicure. However, I am highly disappointed with the results of the gel manicure. It was completed with bumps and nicks on a few nails. Further, in just over a week, the paint on three nails chipped away. The salon I usually go to, gives me gel nails that last three, sometimes more. Average experience (no massaging, scrub or special perks) and sub-par, disappointing results. I did not get what I paid GOOD money for. I will not be returning.

Although Gary was kind and patient, any average person would have got up and left due to the extensive wait time!!! On top of that the hair did not come out good at all!!!! I was upset that I spent OVER 5 HOURS and the service was extremely poor. I washed it out when I got home because it was oily and puffy and I couldn’t come my fingers thru it!! Absolutely disgusting and HUGE waste of my time!!! I am beyond disappointed and angry that they did not prioritize first time customers. Service was slow and I drove over an hour for this place.
