I have strawberry blonde/copper colored hair that was just bland so she did a blonde balayage with money piece to add some dimension and then for the first time ever in my life was able to give me the cut I wanted AND KEEP my overall length! I got a cut with a bunch of layers and face framing to add some body and movement and just even more dimension... I couldn't be HAPPIER!! Lydia Vega: For the past 30 years I had one exclusive hair salon that I went to, moving from Boston to Springfield I visited a couple of hair salon but Ermosa hair salon was and is my favorite, all the ladies are extremely nice, and the place is emasculated in cleaness, politeness and down to earth, my stylist is one of the best, very polite and friendly her name is Britney Who I always refer to as Hollywood( inside joke) but in all serious aspects I recommend this Salon to everyone that wants their hair done in a quickly matter. This girls are all Great. 110% the best in Springfield mass. Thank you Ladies for always making me feel at home. You are all great.

After my first consultation and haircut with Theresa, I was blown away by her skills, knowledge and professionalism. She advised me about how to proceed and offered some excellent suggestions. I have never been to such a bright, competent and wise hairdresser. She is a sincere and very sweet person, to boot.I also chose Trends because they use Aveda products. Aveda uses mostly naturally derived ingredients and I love how these products make my hair look, so healthy and shiny. Aveda is also an environmentally conscious company.Today, my hair looks amazing and I get so many compliments. I love Ttrends and Theresa and recommend it to everyone!!!!

alwaysendlessly: I asked before making an appointment if it was possible to get an undercut at their establishment. I warned I have thick hair as well and I was assured that someone there was great with them and so I booked!Wow, what a mistake. All seemed well until I went back to my place to wash my hair and wow... the whole undercut was terribly crooked and uneven and my longer hair was off by a full 6 inches on one side as well.I had to go to someone else to have it fixed and even they couldn't believe what they did to my head. On top of that, it cost 45 fexking dollars for a simple undercut, no joke... never again

It does not matter of your hair is long or short. 2 years ago i purchased a spf. It was 20. I fell in love with it. Ran out, i purchased the same one at the same place for 30.00. You can call 3 sisters and def get the same cut for half the price.

I asked for a style of braids and not only did I get it, but I received great quality braiding by Diana. I’m on day 4 with the braids and they still look neat and clean. Most importantly, the braids look tight but don’t feel it. There’s no irritation. My braids IN THE PAST with other people, my braids usually felt irritated in day 2 and sometimes a strand of hair would constantly pull my scalp causing headaches. Latisha Brantley: I give them 5 Stars as long as I can get an appointment, however As long as I can get in touch with a stylist to schedule my daughter and mother an upcoming appointment on that number listed to get their dreads retwisted. Our 1st and 2nd visits were very satisfactory, She did an amazing job on both their hair. I scheduled another appointment for 2 wks from now, the shop was closed and I hadn’t heard back since then, nor can I even leave a voicemail message either due to the mailbox being full. If I could speak with someone to make another appointment soon I would definitely change my ratings! I kept my word about changing my ratings from a 3 to 5 now that our appointments were made & their dreads look beautiful . Now I wanna see how my natural hairstyle is going to come out on the 6th of January. I will post pictures of all our hairstyles tomorrow. Thank you Ms. Rhonda & Co.

She's AMAZING!We arrived in Springfield from out of state for a family celebration, and discovered that one disabled family member hadn't combed her long, beautiful hair in so long that it was just one solid mat hidden under a knit cap. Two of us tried to comb it out for her, but it really wasn't happening. We convinced her that short hair wouldn't be terrible, and went to a salon.That first salon was very nice, and we liked them. They confirmed the hair couldn't be salvaged, but they could do something - just not before the party. They referred us to someone else.The second salon also said we were going to have to cut the hair off very short, and while they could still make it look nice, again - not this afternoon. But the owner went to the trouble to call around for us, and she was wonderful as well. She finally sent us to Jennifer at Chabela's.And here, a miracle: The stylist assured us she could save my sister-in-law's once-gorgeous hair!!They were so very kind and understanding here, too. We left and came back, now after closing time although the shop is still bustling. I'm sitting beside my sister-in-law, who again has long, beautiful curls tumbling down to her mid-back, shiny and clean and perfect.She's just waiting for it to be finished - but the miracle is evident. This stylist is our family's angel today, and she's *fabulous.*If you're still reading this, pleased book an appointment and go support this incredible little salon. They're far more than just a beauty shop.

A'leighSha Marie: I will never go back there. I brought my daughter who has very thick 4c hair. I went to get her a silk press. When we left her hair smelt like it was burnt and like it had chemicals in it. The next morning her silk press was puffy and no longer straight. I asked for her to cut her hair and she didn’t go it as a beautician you should know when someone needs a trim but she didn’t do it. Then my daughter had what looks like a chemical burn on her face. And her hair is not the same texture as it was before. You can clearly see some type of relaxer or something was out in her hair. Or she damaged it by the amount of heat she used. Needless to say I will never go back. HIGHLY disappointed
Justice 4ALL: I have super super curly, thick hair. I wash and deep condition before I go with a product that actually makes my hair super soft but they always RE-wash me and add their own. I was seen less than 5 minutes when I got there, which is awesome. They used a rat tailed comb on ALL this hair, but later switched to an afro comb. The heat was fine but as time went on, 'victoria' began to really pull and seemed frustrated. She did an awesome job but I realized she was trying to leave so as time went on, she raked through all this hair and it was painful. My hair came out beautifully but I'll go earlier in the day and hope to have a more patient experience.
Lee Paige: Be ready to wait, Or get passed over if you don't keep reminding them you are there waiting. I am mixed but do not speak Spanish. I was ignored, I will say not on purpose but it happened. And then I was charged incorrectly and had to ask for an explanation of the charges. I did not make a fuss, just politely declined a tip after being there from 9 am to 2 pm for a wash and blow dry... Loved my hair though. My daughter and I both got our hair done same service except for a deep conditioner. My daughter was finished in an hour, I was left under a hair dryer for over an hour (I was told 15 mins) with a 20.00 conditioner in my hair. The 3 women that came in behind me were leaving when I was finally remembered. I had to tell them I was there an hour before they came because they were being ushered to the wash sink and I was still sitting there. My young daughter had to wait for hours for me to get done. But... My hair was on fleek. Be vocal if you go, they will hook you up but their process is in need of tightening up.
Chy: I had the worst experience here at this salon. I had told a woman that I had a 10am appt for a wash and blow dry, and I didn’t get seen until 10:30am, while all of the walk in customers got seen before me (with an appt). Then once I had my hair washed, I was put underneath the dryer for no reason for another additional half hour to the point where my hair was bone dry. Then, I was shuffled around in the salon into different chairs for others to sit in. At this point, it was almost 12pm and I felt disregarded and ignored. I felt like my time was not being considered, and a wash and blow dry for my hair texture should take no more than 1-2 hours TOPS. I had been there for 2 hours already with only a wash done to my hair, I was upset and I was up and ready to leave. The same woman that I had talked to in the beginning had said that I would be next after a few minutes after I had expressed my frustration of waiting to her. Another woman had proceeded to do my hair where it was painful due to all of the heat on my scalp, peer-pressured me when I clearly didn’t feel comfortable into getting a trim “for free” and she chopped off almost 5 inches of my hair and it’s so uneven. The whole thing ended up being $90 and I was there for 3 hours. I’ve been so upset, my hair is ruined. Never come here, this business is so unprofessional and incompetent.Services:Haircut,Shampoo conditioning,Blowouts
