Tatiana: I went into the clinic for a 10 week abortion. The experience was incredible. I didn't feel a thing. After they gave me an IV to help with the discomfort and pain and Ibuprofen. I literally didn't feel anything except some pressure here and there in my cervix. As soon as the IV was given to Me, I swear it took about 6 min. Before I knew it, I was done. I didn't hear the vacuum or feel it. I can't believe how quick and painless it was. They say you feel cramping or a burn and I didnt even feel THAT. Once I was done, I was a little sleepy but it took me about 10 min to recover and the sedation was completely done when I left. The bleeding afterwards was like a regular period. I used one pad before I left the clinic. And one when I got home. I had a big gush with the second pad. But once that one was done, I've barely bled. Just spots and some very small amount of brown discharge. It's like I don't even have a period. The bleeding stopped as soon as I got home. I can't BELIEVE how fast,easy,painless incredible my experience was. And the fact that I stopped bleeding right away and have no cramping even after the procedure is amazing. I recommend this clinic and support abortion to anyone. ☺❤

Tim: Told us we could leave at a certain time they keep changing it so they can monitor mom but all tests results for baby and mom have come back fine. Food has been slow and trash, nurses don’t do anything besides come in maybe every two hours. Baystate is a joke.

Gloria Morrison: The midwifes are very good but those who are in charge to schudler you for your c section I don't get them they just pick a date they like no discussion with you if you are OK with the date or not then they will tell the doctors that they didn't get you on phone mean while they never called or made the attempt to even live a voice massage for you to make a fellow up please this is frustrating we have kids in the house, need to come in knowing your children are in good hands so that you will have peace on the day of your c section please and please

Joy Du: These people told me at my 12 week ultrasound that my baby had a major birth defect and would not survive. They repeatedly advised me to terminate and when I told my doctor that I researched the condition and there were children that survived and are doing well, I was brushed off and patronized. Well, that little baby that I was told had zero chance of survival is thriving today at 3 months old and is right on track developmentally. I wish doctors would do some research before advising their patients.

Samantha Jasmin: I give them one star only because it's impossible to give 0. Horrible office, switched my colposcopy 3 times after me having requested the day off work each time. Even scheduled it with someone other than my doctor. Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!

Lori G: I went in for a 9:40 AM appointment. It’s now 10:20 and my name hasn’t been called. Oh and they rescheduled me twice over the course of two weeks. Why are you scheduling people if you’re so “busy”?

They are very openly practicing safe pandemics social behaviors of distancing with signage in the seating area. Hand sanitizer and surgical mask required and provided if you are without.

Jennifer C: This place is a joke!!!! been going for years for routine things and never an insurance problem. I make an appt, get an out of network insurance statement but all other visits have been paid. Spoke to I believe Jesse who was super rude stating thats not our job to know if the provider you see is in network....UM hello honey yes it is!! I work in a medical office and we know who is in network with what companies. Totally unprofessional I will NEVER go back

Raquel castillo: I am so happy to say that this mornings appointment went extremely well. I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the reception area. She had a smile on her face and was beyond polite. The assistant that brought me in and drew my blood continued the wonderful service and I was so impressed by her. The midwife Lucinda is most definitely a keeper there. She knows her stuff and her bedside manners were also phenomenal. I was nervous the entire visit but being treated so kindly truly made it a better experience. I actually can't wait to go back there and see them again!!

Alexa Veeder: "Walk ins welcome"...not accurate. Not at this office anyway. TWICE they turned me away for being sen, when I was LITERALLLY THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE BECUASE I ARRIVED 2 MINUTES BEFORE OPEN. Went to the Manchester one and they took me right away. Very inconsiderate staff

Sam Romero: Great staff, always very friendly. And the facility is always clean . My issue is that you never get called back at the time of your appointment. You usually have to wait an hour or so .

Corey Staves: The office is clean the staff is nice. This is my second time here and both times have waited almost an hour to see the doctor. And i hear "o we been busy". Well fix it, no reason why someone needs to wait an hour to see a doctor when u have a appt. but if i was late u would charge

Amelia A: The facility is very new, clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Because it's only led by an APRN, there are some things this Planned Parenthood office cannot do, an example being ultrasounds. So, do not listen to that other review stating this office refused to treat her.They can do STD screening, yearly exams, Pap smears, birth control options, and pregnancy tests. I've been going here for years and I've never had any problems. All the nurses are patient and will answer any questions you have.I'm very happy with this office and their services. I'll continue to rely on Planned Parenthood for my health & wellness for years to come.

Jennifer Doe: In the early stages of my pregnancy with my son I worried I was having a miscarriage. I tried to set up an appointment to have an ultrasound done, but they refused to see me when they learned I wasn't going to terminate the pregnancy. They said they would only perform an ultrasound if I was planning on getting an abortion.
