Heather Pierce: Stopped by for a quick breakfast, early in the morning, after finding out that nearby restaurants, such as Denny's & IHOP, weren't opened yet. Ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, & french toast sticks. This was for a group of us. Service was fast & excellent, our order in drive thru was satisfactory & accurate, with plenty of napkins & condiments. Friendly staff. Food was delicious & served hot. Coffee was tasty & you could tell it was from a fresh pot. Very happy with our experience. Will return next time we're in the Springfield area. Worth a stop for quality service, good value, & great food, fresh & hot.Kid-friendliness: Menu options for children, kid's meals. Justin Jones: Never in my life have I been as disappointed as I am right now. And to put this into perspective, both my parents have passed away, my girlfriend of five years left me for a man in a wheelchair, and my son failed second grade. And this is just the last year. I ordered chicken fries 30 minutes ago and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. I am still waiting. It has gotten to the point I have considered hunting a chicken and frying it myself. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

Alyssa Coletti: I've gone here a handful of times. Every time I've gone the food and service has always been great. Compared to other burger kings in the area this is the best one hands down. The food has always been fresh and the fries don't taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp. The only complaint I have and this is not against the restaurant, is those dang curbs. The curbs will claim your rims.

celena smith: This location is AWFUL! Every time I go they mess up someone else’s order or mine. Understaffed. In a busy downtown location w only one register at the counter. Ordered a Whopper today and it had bacon ( after she asked me if I just wanted a regular one). Just not appealing in any way. The old manager lady always looks distressed and her employees have a better sense of what’s going on than she does.( and that’s not saying much) . Right by MGM… shoulda been placed near a save a lot. Same sub par quality
