Daniele L: I hadn't been here in quite some time, boy did it go downhill. What a ghetto facility!This place looked pretty shabby and it looked like everything was spread out very thin just to cover space.I went and looking for a lighter socket replacement. I just happen to find one sitting on a shelf well I was walking around, the guy behind the register was absolutely no help at all. Apparently their computer makes no reference as to what is compatible to a 97 Honda del Sol.The package I bought was generic and already opened and stapled closed, but they told me I couldn't bring it back if it didn't fit. (It didn't)I will definitely not be coming back here again any time soon, if at all.

Ginger Cat: I called CAP yesterday afternoon and asked about a wiper transmission for my Hyundai Tucson.. whoever answered the phone was discourteous and rude and said yes we have the wiper motor in stock, I reply I do t need a motor I need the transmission and he literally started yelling at me telling me there’s no such thing it’s all in the motor… I ended up hanging up on him because I’m not getting yelled at by anyone especially a little punk who has no idea what he’s talking about! Needless to say I found my wiper transmission on Rock Auto!

Is not like i was going back asking for the money i was just trying to switch out for parts i needed.
