DJ Miller: Terrible I go in to get 2 colored copies The woman started off nice she assisted me through the whole process showed me the website walk me through the whole process and failed to mention that they hold your card $10 just to do a copy on the debit card Because had she told me that I would’ve paid cash I called back her whole energy changes and she tells me that information is in front of you it says it on the paper instructions well I didn’t spend time reading the paper like I said she walk me through the whole ordeal she walk me the whole process of print copy and I’ll call the back and I just let her know that you failed to tell me that that would if that was my last $10 do you understand me what if I was stranded what if I needed it for gas she failed to disclose that information so for that that’s terrible customer service for me refund my money

Michael Bullock: I had a package delivered to this office. They had closed do to some kind of water damage. When I called and spoke to the Rep about when I can get my package all she said was you can't get your package and I don't know when we will be open again and basically she got me off the phone without any assurance I will ever get my package. That cost my company money. I assured my customer that I would reorder what they needed and kept them posted as one should when they want to retain customers.
Jessica Romani: A terrible delivery service.I've been getting packages delivered by all the different services and FedEx is the worst. I have specific instructions that it needs to be taken to my back porch. They consistently. don't. do. it. And my packages always get stolen only when FedEx delivers it. Everyone else is able to follow the instructions but not FedEx.
Sarah Fite-Sabat: I come here frequently. The women who work there are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Today I was gruffly told to not approach the counter by Lou, a man I had never seen here before. I usually have to approach the counter to collect print orders in addition to dropping off packages. His attitude was really agressive and rude, and then he just walked away casually. If I acted like that in a customer facing role, I'd receive a reprimand.

They all so stupid hello we can keep track of our packages.. UPS is the best they keep their word on delivery if not they at least apologized. If the places I buy keep using this unprofessional place I will need to find another place to buy.. Fed ex is a joke.😬
NINTENDEX0: Absolutely terrible delivery service, I mean the very worst. I have never received a package on time or in a smooth manner. The delivery drivers are an absolute joke, even going as far as to BLATANTLY avoid my street and then updating the tracking info to “delivery exception: customer not available”. This has happened more than once, and the customer service is a useless waste of time. They simply regurgitate the same info you can find on their tracking site even when you ask for other information, they’re literally getting paid to look at a tracking site. Very unpleasant to deal with, avoid fed ex at all cost. I’d rather miss out on buying something online than getting it delivered by fed ex.

Greg H: Can't give this a "0" star review, but it deserves one.ONE computer terminal available for the whole location. ONE staff member on site for the whole location. Also has some office quality large volume printers, however they only accept credit cards and NOT debit cards which is odd since the location up in Allston accepts both.Lastly, whats the point of having a FedEx print location where you can't select same day printing online, for two sheets of paper?!?Definitely won't be back here nor recommending to others.
John King: Today I called the Springfield MA Fedex center about a delivery pickup. There was a girl who picked up my call and she was having such a terrible attitude that I felt like being disrespected at best. She did not let me finish talking and abruptly transferred me away. I felt robbed. I was very unhappy and I called back and asked to report her to fedex for poor customer service, some one else, perhaps her manager, took the phone and told me he was going to look up the issue and he put me on hold, but you know what, the real fact was that he lied about it and what he did was just transferring my call away, again! well, I understand that they may be busy, or having other issues that might make them not so patient to day, but treating your customers like an idiot is another issue and it is not a way you do business with your customers. Keep doing this you will be driven out of the market. Go for UPS, they are just too much better that this.
Event horizon: rude and refuses to do their jobs, that fed ex refused to take a return service package for square trade, the young Spanish man refused to do any thing at all.
