Emily Black: UPDATE: Based on information from two Polonez agents the company went BANKRUPT yesterday ( 03/14/23 ). No response to emails, nobody in the offices and the nobody knows what’s going to happen to packages that are in transit.My previous package was put in a container instead of an airplane. For weeks I didn’t even know if my package was lost or not. Not a word regarding their mistake. My current package left the USA at the end of January 2023 and as of today it still hasn’t arrived to their warehouse in Poland. They stopped responding to emails and nobody picks up the phone at their office. Tracking hasn’t been updated since 01/29/2023.

Dale Evans: Polonez also has an international shipping company shipping boxes to the Philippines, they are under the name IPS. We have 6 boxes shipped with them and now our boxes are sitting in the Philippines and have not been sent out for delivery because Polonez AKA IPS did not pay the delivery company. I would be careful before sending anything with them unless they pay for delivery before your items arrive to your home country.
Monika Widlicka: Worst forwarding company on the whole globe!They have no idea where the package is, where it will be delivered etc. In their opinion standard time for ship from USA to Poland is 60 days!!!! In real world it is 16 days. They take your money and after that they do not care. At the office nobody is able to give any information except for what is written on the website. When I asked them "what is estimated time of arrival to Poland?", they told me "once it arrives it will be".
jo já: I am extremely happy with the delivery . On time , absolutely no problems , kept up to date with the package all the time. They merged several packages into one , customs agent absolutely no problems and delivery exactly as expected . For a parcel that weighed over 30kg , it wasn't even too battered , they packed it quite sturdily . I will happily use this company again for future shipments when I order . Prices for shipping very reasonable , I saved a lot of money compared to shipping from e-shops . I highly recommend .

Dominik: This company is ridiculus. Highly not recomended. Employees are uncompetent and arrogant. Waiting for delivery over 2 months (despite the assurances of delivery 4-6 weeks). They cooparate with clearance agent in Poland who is totaly unprofessional. They declared all goods under one tariff codes ( despite delivered very goods description) so they cleared goods with my loss. No response from their side, no package, no amended declaration. Please be cerfull and avoid this company!

Sama przesyłka płynęła przez świat krócej niż trawała jej wysyłka. Bee: Feb. 4, 2022 - Original entryIf you are shipping from the US to a destination other than Poland, and if you value your time and energy, then my suggestion is to shop around before deciding to go with this shipping company. The reason being, all shipment from the US with Polonez Parcel Service seems to go through customs clearance in Poland, as opposed to the destination country, and depending on your local customs office this may or may not complicate matters, in my case it did. This, coupled with the fact that these shipments tend to involve your goods going through several entities in different countries, all of whom may not share the same standards of professionalism, nor are consistent in updating the tracking page, etc. can complicate matters. Staying on top of things can prove difficult and result in draining your time and energy, not to mention challenge your patience. In my case, I am in Central Europe, and had boxes shipped to me from the US. So far as I know, this shipment with Polonez involved three legs and four separate entities: UPS -- POLONEZ office in New Jersey -- KAREX (the customs broker in Poland) -- GLS parcel delivery in Europe. All were prompt in their processing and delivery of the boxes with the exception of KAREX. For reasons that remain unclear, once the boxes arrived in Poland, the customs broker there (KAREX) basically forgot them for 8 weeks, during which time there was no update on the tracking page and no response to my emails to them asking for explanation as to the cause of the hold up. Then I grew concerned, and started copying the headquarters office in the US on my emails, and sure enough, KAREX immediately responded. They then provided me with the tax and duty cost, which I should have received 8 weeks prior within days of their receiving the boxes and my declaration forms returned to them. In any case, I deposited the money to their account right away, and they were able to work with me after that and finally get my boxes delivered. In the end, a shipment that was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks as stated on the US side, ended up taking 13 weeks, and I strongly believe that even that was because of the enormous time and energy spent on my part pushing for a response. An 8 week hold at customs, without so much as notifying the customer the costs, is neither common nor normal! And again, KAREX's reason for this and why they never respond to my initial emails remains unclear. This, of course, leaves one to wonder how long it would have taken, or if the boxes would have ever made it to me, had there not been persistence on my part and had the issue not been escalated to the US headquarters office?! Polonez is after all, an American owned company.Edit Feb. 16, 2022 (In reply to Polonez response of same day)Thank you for the explanation given. If I may, I would like to clarify/suggest a few things:1) Time frame of shipment could be critical for some customers. In my case clothing and printed material I needed for work was part of the contents. If Polonez was aware of the backlog at KAREX since July, why tell customers at the end of August (which is when my boxes were shipped,) that the shipment would take 6-8 weeks? It is best to give us accurate information, so we can make informed decisions and plan accordingly.2) KAREX alerting us of possible delays at customs would have been helpful, but that did not happen even though they had all my contacts. They did promptly email me the forms to fill out, which I did and emailed back to them the same day, but after that things went silent for weeks and my emails asking for follow-up went unanswered.3) The reasoning that 'some customers did not respond promptly, therefore further compounding the backlog at KAREX, which resulted in processing delays even for those who DID respond promptly' is problematic and indicates a system breakdown. Again, in my case, responses to KAREX email were made on the same day received. So, I hope things do get sorted out better in the future as you stated.Thank you.

Michael Bullock: I had a package delivered to this office. They had closed do to some kind of water damage. When I called and spoke to the Rep about when I can get my package all she said was you can't get your package and I don't know when we will be open again and basically she got me off the phone without any assurance I will ever get my package. That cost my company money. I assured my customer that I would reorder what they needed and kept them posted as one should when they want to retain customers.

I have specific instructions that it needs to be taken to my back porch. They consistently. don't. do. it. And my packages always get stolen only when FedEx delivers it. Everyone else is able to follow the instructions but not FedEx.

Today I was gruffly told to not approach the counter by Lou, a man I had never seen here before. I usually have to approach the counter to collect print orders in addition to dropping off packages. His attitude was really agressive and rude, and then he just walked away casually. If I acted like that in a customer facing role, I'd receive a reprimand.

NINTENDEX0: Absolutely terrible delivery service, I mean the very worst. I have never received a package on time or in a smooth manner. The delivery drivers are an absolute joke, even going as far as to BLATANTLY avoid my street and then updating the tracking info to “delivery exception: customer not available”. This has happened more than once, and the customer service is a useless waste of time. They simply regurgitate the same info you can find on their tracking site even when you ask for other information, they’re literally getting paid to look at a tracking site. Very unpleasant to deal with, avoid fed ex at all cost. I’d rather miss out on buying something online than getting it delivered by fed ex.

John King: Today I called the Springfield MA Fedex center about a delivery pickup. There was a girl who picked up my call and she was having such a terrible attitude that I felt like being disrespected at best. She did not let me finish talking and abruptly transferred me away. I felt robbed. I was very unhappy and I called back and asked to report her to fedex for poor customer service, some one else, perhaps her manager, took the phone and told me he was going to look up the issue and he put me on hold, but you know what, the real fact was that he lied about it and what he did was just transferring my call away, again! well, I understand that they may be busy, or having other issues that might make them not so patient to day, but treating your customers like an idiot is another issue and it is not a way you do business with your customers. Keep doing this you will be driven out of the market. Go for UPS, they are just too much better that this.

I have been in numerous times and I have witnessed how rudely the staff is treated by a large portion of their clientele. The staff is just trying to do their jobs. Tara, Shawn & Tiffany go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service! They take the time to explain to customers how to properly pack their returns and also advise that the instructions are provided in their emails as well. Trish Baez: Went to drop off 2 items being returned to Amazon. Said no package or box required. There were 2 items, same saller, to 2 return codes. The girl only scanned 1. I asked her and she said there is only 1 package, that is how I received 15 minutes ago! Just scan both codes. After trying to explain to her I simply took the Items out of the envelope and threw it away. She then scanned the other code and asked where my packaging was. Not needed I saidand walked out. She said I have a QR code for return so customer has to package it fully otherwise they'll charge 2 dollars. My item was fully packed,, I just needed a 4 inch piece of tape. I asked to speak to a manager and she said manager is not here, and the other person there also said it's a policy. They clearly lack common sense , to make exceptions in certain situations. I have shipped alot of things because of my business from UPS and I was never asked to pay $2 for a tiny piece of tape. I asked her if she can just put the tape today and Noelle that I know I will make sure it's fully packaged, but she didn't accommodate. Next time I'll choose PICK ITEM from my hiuse for Amazon returns instead of me dropping it off. Not visiting this UPS store, they can come to my house.Dear owner, my item was PACKAGED AND SEALED.
