Joseph Marszewski: We ate nextdoor at Max Tavern, the 8 girls in our party just ran into this establishment, but they were closed, door still open. They were very awesome and served us anyway. All the guys were super cool about it and did it with smiles. My wife ended up giving a 20 tip to split amongst themselves. They handled our super rowdy kids with ease to put a nice topper to a great meal at Max Tavern.Thanks Cold Stone Creamery. You guys rock!

Samuel Wenninger: Ice cream is consistently high quality and well done (flavorful, creamy, sundaes are well made and mixed, etc.), being a mix between hard ice cream and soft serve (12-14% butterfat). The biggest downside here is pricing, as others have expressed. It will run you ~$10 pp here which is a premium over local shops where you can find more unique flavors and even higher quality. For a chain, and assuming price isn't a major factor, you can depend on Coldstone to provide consistent quality.Note: pictured is one of their new seasonal flavors, Brown Sugar, which was very flavorful and is worth trying. They let you sample whatever you'd like before ordering so definitely try some flavors before committing. Unfortunately this cannot be said of every ice cream place.

Roni-Lee St.Laurent: This is absolutely 100% the place you want to go if you are looking for ANYTHING ethnic food related from Spanish, Asian, Mexican, Jamaican etc.They tend to be a bit more expensive on some staple items but I love this place. It's cool just to check out the incredible selection of herbs, spices, dried peppers, fresh fruits and veggies that they have. I believe they carry literally anything you could possibly want for an ethnic meal.Personally I do not buy my milk here anymore. For some reason I have had a long standing problem of it souring before it's expiration date.

The store is neat and clean and very laid out quite well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some prices are reasonable some are a little more expensive. This location is very busy. It was my first time going to the store and probably not my last. The lunch specials are reasonable only $10 unfortunately when I went in and smell the food from the outside and also smell it from the inside it really smells good.

Mickey Grybko: Big Y in Hadley...bought a rotisserie chicken, it was WAY under-cooked, and went the following day to address the problem (oh, I was refunded my purchase price) but the explanation I got from the Customer Service Rep was: "sometimes it's cooked, sometimes it's not, that's the way it goes" I would expect MORE from a Family-Business...luckily nobody ate it.

All management did was give me a 25 $ gift card they refused to call the police for me and tho he walked out supposedly giving his 2 week notice I’ve been informed by neighbors he still works there. I’ll never spend another dime in the big y.

Diane Cooper: your bottle return machine is not taking crook and marker organic cans which are sold there and i have paid a deposit on. this has been going on for months. so i brought my cans inside where i was told we do not sell this. after i took the product of the shelf, the clerk still told me we dont sell the one i brought back which you do. i told her to call a manager who told her we do sell that one. then i was told cans were not to be brought into store. this has been going on for month, the manager said this one time only i will let them take it at courtesy desk. what am i suppost to do? first the clerk is telling me she is only doing her job by arguing with me and not checking to see if you do sell the product. then the manager tells me just this one time only we will take them for you. i feel buying them here is not worth the hassle i been going through for months.

Ahmad: Items are usually stale and more expensive than other places.You can find the same items with better prices in the store nearby. Breads were not fresh, and they were not kept in a fridge.There are a couple of stores in the same street with more fresh stuff and better prices.

He could have just told me that it would be closed. Thanks.I am changing this to a 5 star because the owner responded by offering to deliver free nuts. He apologized for not advising me for being closed so they can have prayer time.I have never had any store offer this kind of service so I had to change this review. I wish many blessings on this stores family. We did finally find the nuts so I declined his offer but I fully intend to become a regular December visitor for my hazelnuts.

Shahab Rastegar: Great locally owned Middle Eastern grocery store! They have spices and ingredients I can't find anywhere else. The meat is from a local farm delivered every week and broken down at the store by a butcher. The butcher is very nice.

Melissa Sepulveda: The workers there were so rude. It was my first time there! So I wasn’t familiar with the store. I asked an employer for help, and he refused to help me because they were closing. I had just needed two more items, and I would have completed my shopping. It wasn’t even five past seven, and they were all staring me down to hurry and finish. I felt very uncomfortable, and I will never shop there again. Kudos to Joe for trying to help me until he got yelled at by someone who may have looked like a manager smh “saying no, they were closed.”

Sandeep Singh: It’s a nice place to delivery , you can park there overnight but they take you by appointment only , there a 50-50 chance is that they will take you before your appointment time depending upon how busy they are but they are quick when you get on to the dock.Just in case you wanna head into the grocery store and buy something , they provide you with day pass and clean bathrooms are provided.
Bradley Marks: One of their smaller locations. Things also seem a little more hap hazard here. Organization is only ok and not a lot of effort put into keeping the place visually attractive. Being smaller it seems like they are more likely to be out of things, especially fresh food. However the non perishable stuff seems not to be hit by runs on products as much as bigger locations.

ThatDude Himself: One star for room to park, and overnight parking. Heavyset Spanish guy is very rude. I'm first one at the door, yet he walks right by me without acknowledging me and give two Spanish guys a door. Finally comes back to me and says put number, and I have to go in and ask some other guys 2 Caucasians am going to be called for door or given a door then called when done? They both said he didn't tell what door or anything? Nope, just "put number" I swear customer service and common curiosity is a foreign language. Restaurant depot upper management you need to handle this type of behavior with a stern vernacular.
Miguel Velez: Manager here is the worst. Embarrassed at what Brianna the manager put a family through. The teller told the family they could bag the groceries and when Brianna came she yelled at the family and started looking through their stuff. There were two items on the the turn thingy and she insinuated that the couple was going to steal it. Strawberries and butter is what she was referring to and the teller put it there.....but they paid for ribs, steaks and other items....lol.She talks about customers and is disrespectful and I'm done shopping here. The family and my family will.never shop here.
