Angel Cruz: Used to be the best takeout chinese food around been a loyal customer for over 5 years the food quality has went down badly it isn't as tasty or properly cooked like it used to be I just ordered again today and it took 1hr 40 mins and when I checked my chicken wings they were soggy and looked undercooked also tasted that way aswell as the chicken fingers I ordered for my daughter's were also nasty they didn't even want to eat them which really ticked me off I asked for a partial refund and was offered an egg roll for my next order I told her I don't eat that and they offered to replace the plate but I would have to wait for the driver to pickup the plate which means they probably were gunna just re-fry my wings all that after waiting already an 1hr an 40 mins then wait for them to cook my plate and redeliver.... I'm all set manna Chinese has lost me as a customer 5+ years down the drain do no recommend if your looking for good Chinese food anymore.

Laurie Hamm (Laur): Don't know what happened here order after order (it's only a cpl times a yr treat) the quality has declined to where tonight will be the last. Crab Rangoon is now deep fried cream cheese pockets, note the pic of the ? pork? Fried rice (rice, a sprout and maybe 3 tiny bits of pork if it's even that, too small to even tell) served to me upright sideways in a 6pack size bag. Styrofoam clamshell doesn't do well stored vertical in a paper bag!!No flavor except for the excess grease that indicates improper fry technique.On the hunt for decent Chinese place now! 😡😤So bad I just delivered it back. Minus the egg roll, I haven't eaten all day.... Walked .5 miles I was so angry!
Shirl Hickson: There was only one person working, I tried making my order and she walked away from me. My friend made a order and it took the lady a hour and a half for her to get the order. We go home and the lady forgot two things she ordered. Had to go all the way back and had to wait again. I'll Never go back there again. The food wasn't all THAT anyways. I wish Peacock was the way it used to be that was the Spot right there. But I'm gonna try it again and see how they are. Because when the original owners sold the Peacock restaurant the food just wasn't all that great. I'll try them one more time and I'll let you all know what I thought. Thank you.

The place is filthy , Dirty floors walls equipment. On the upside the girl at the window on my first visit was articulate polite and intelligent The young man on my second visit seemed tight and ready for conflict probably based on location and past experiences but that doesn't exclude the fact that right across the street is a college and that means high traffic. If the owners clean up this filthy mess they could be among the best. But now it's just as Wu-Tang says. It's just an old dirty Chinese Restaurant. Typical Asian fare.

The sweet & sour chicken was awful the chicken fingers are tiny and soggy and the sauce wasn't very good, I threw it away after eating only one chicken finger. The General Tso's Chicken was okay the chicken is supposed to be crispy but it wasn't and the sauce was decent but not the best i've had. I like that I was able to pay online through the beyondmenu app.

You couldn’t even eat it. In the soup bland. No flavor. Just throw some hot peppers in it with water.Unfortunately, the food has no flavor it’s just spice you asked for garlic sauce and you just get a bunch of hot sauce mixed in you’re like where is the garlic sauce? I know it’s spicy but it supposed to taste like garlic. Not a piece of garlic in it. Lots of red pepper flakes.

Dan Gelinas: I had been getting chinese takeout from another establishment, but I was in the area and stopped by on my way home. Glad I did. The fried food is soo much better. It's not heavy and greasy and tastes great, especially the chicken fingers. Everything else is pretty good too. Not really geared for dine-in in my opinion as they only have a couple of tables and the front of the store is pretty small. But pickup and delivery is worth it here.

Samantha Martino: I was very unsatisfied with my order from here, spent over $60 for dinner, and my steamed mixed vegetables was literally just broccoli and my vegetable lo mein was just noodles. Food really wasn't that good.
Murch Murchison: Horrible place to order doesn’t listen well enough to take orders and very unprofessional, I order general Tao chicken and fries he gave me white sticky over cook rice 🍚 and no fries. Made a mistake already trying give me the wrong order as I was picking up. Then tells you your wrong 😑 just own up to a mistake not make your customers not want to eat here again. Honestly if you decide to eat here good luck I would never out the 30 years of being a Springfield resident will never go back. People visiting the city of Springfield try another place then here I’m warning you for the best
Xavy Febus: Just ordered from here and honestly from the delivery guy coughing up a loogy to the food was very nasty and disappointing. Ordered for me an my wife wich a House platter for two , we are locals from the west side of Springfield and considered giving a different Chinese food spot a try , then the usual “china garden” on boston road wich is really good !! I say th best in town. The beef sticks were almost uncooked and rubbery. From my experience there suppose to be grilled. The crab ragoon were made in-house wich I don’t mind but these were barely any filling and soggy. The rice tasted bland and no color. The spare ribs were dry and cuts I never seen before. I will never order from here again. I recommend no one to eat from here I don’t understand how there still in business.

Tony Cox: I ordered vegetable fried rice delivered to my hotel. I received a quart of rice and onions. When I called to tell the establishment that the order had no vegetables except onions, the same person who took my order told me to stir the rice towards the bottom and there should be broccoli in there. I told him that I mixed the entire quart and all I have are onions and rice he said that's how they make it. I asked if he would be willing to add the vegetables for a future order and he said that's how they make it just as I received it. After giving the driver a $5 tip for a $10.05 only to receive rice and onions, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DUMP!!!

Roni-Lee St.Laurent: Ok, I just LOVE this place n think it's some of the best Chinese in Springfield. Their fried dumplings are the bomb! The owners are lovely n the delivery service is quick n our order is always correct.Now I DO AGREE they do not put enough veggies in their dishes, beef n broccoli is " light on the 🥦" and I was SHOCKED when I ordered the veggie fried rice on more than 1 occasion and it literally only contained onions!! I strongly recommend you avoid that.It's really designed for take out or delivery, dining space is minimal. The kitchen is extremely clean and we have honestly never had an issue. Pretty good General Tsau's🐔 and they have pretty good incentives of free menu items when you order over $15, $25 etc but I do always remind them to include it please.. I don't mind the price increases as long as the quality n quantity remains the same but PLEASE HO MEI...more fresh veggies in your meals, actually use a variety of veggies in your veggie fried rice and keep using fresh clean oil n I would give you 5⭐

Annie Laurie Buckman: Excellent food and service, we ordered take out while staying at a local hotel. Delivery was hot and fresh prices were very competitive, food was delicious. Portion size was very fair for price. Lots of extra sauces included as well as plates which was a godsend while staying at a hotel. When we come back to visit six flags this place will be on our list!
