Talyn Munn: Terrible customer service. I was waiting to check out for about three minutes there was no staff. Terry came to check me out and didn’t speak at all until I said hello. He was not welcoming at all. Need to treat customers with basic decency atleast regardless if you enjoy your job personally or if you’re having an off day. I don’t remember the woman’s name at the pharmacy, but she was delightful, kind and very warm. Only reason why I gave two stars instead of one. I also think Terry is staff leadership, from my experience, he does not seem to be a well suited example to lead those under him if they are influenced by the actions of their leaders.

Tell It Like It Is Review Queen: DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST DONE AT WALGREENS ANY LONGER! This review is regarding their contract with Aegis Labs for Covid testing. Why on earth other than monetary reasons would Walgreens in Massachusetts be sending my covid test across the country? When Walgreens was primarily using Labcorp in CT the results were available in a timely manner during the Hardest times of this pandemic. NOW, going through Aegis it can take up to 3 days just to get to them. Ridiculous situation you are putting us people in from Massachusetts Walgreens. I will not be using your company again! SHAME ON YOU!
Regal Randy: always have problems reloading cards for giveaways. their store policies dont coincide with any legal precedent. really odd, sporadic, completely random policies that are enforced sometimes and arent others.
Sean Riopel: Similar Walgreens to all the others. Location is at the intersection of Parker and Boston Rd so you are close to a lot of different things from restaurants, shopping, mechanics, and the highways both 291 and the turnpike.
amy hunter: Pharmacy lost my prescriptions. Told them the Rx number they stated the prescription was deleted. Could not tell me how or why. Pharmacist was very rude, yelling she can’t do anything about it.
Oceanus London: There is a store employee by the name of (Peggy) who is extremely rude. Someone should coach her on proper phone etiquette.

This has been going on for years so it’s not a staffing issue. It’s a lazy issue.

And she raised her voice saying " I'm not gonna do that" "I'm not losing my license over this" my only response was to laugh. I really don't know what she was talking about. And I understand we all have bad days but I wasn't talking to her. Very unprofessional. Btw all I was asking if they can transfer the meds to another cvs because the doctor sent them to the wrong one it is too far for me.

Jeffrey Hathaway: The store is very nice but they should've stayed at Tower Square up the street where they were located for many years. This new location is on the very edge of downtown Springfield and a bit out of the way for the many office workers working in the downtown core plus the senior citizens. The only reason they moved here is because the casino is across the street and they are hoping for overflow business. I'm sure most casino patrons are going to stop gambling and dash across the street to CVS to buy a bottle of shampoo!

Zackqueline Wallace: I went to cvs pharmacy this week to get prescriptions filled at 991 main street springfield on thursday november 10, 2020.I stood in the drop off sections for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement by anyone, it wasn't crowded at all, but when I asked if I was in the right lane to drop off my prescription, the pharmacist came to me quickly in a rage, no greeting, and snapply said rudely " there's only two of us here" and proceeded to ask and answer questions unprofessionally and rudely. This incident made me realize why I changed from cvs pharmacy 3 years ago. I just went there this time because I was in the area. I use to go to the one that moved from up the street. Same rudeness and disrespect. The front end of the store is not so bad depends on which cashier you get
