Rachel Rivera: Has on MH that they’re accepting new patients, but when I called they refused to see my 1 month old newborn. I spoke with Sherry who I explained having called about 20 different Peds who all refused a 1 month old new patient. I also explained my son was Frank Breech and needed to be seen for a scan on his legs as well. She put me on hold to speak with someone. She then told me that the practice approved to see him and that I would just have to change his plan to the Be Healthy Plan and call back to schedule his appt (she was going to give me the 28th of this month). She also told me she was going to write a note in the system so when I called back no one would give me an issue. I did exactly what she said and called back 16 minutes later and spoke with a different lady who apologized with a giggle and said bc my son was a little over 1 month that they couldn’t accept him as a new pt and that Sherry was new there and she had given me the wrong information. Thank you for refusing to see my newborn who is 43 days old, you have lived up to your horrible reviews.

Our 9 month old was sick and we tried going to his primary care and they were not letting us make an appointment. We made an appointment here because we all ended up getting sick and they helped all of us. We really appreciated that!

Next time I need urgent care this will be the first place on my list.
Kelley Whiteley: Every visit here has been exceptional. The staff, nurses, and doctors are always very compassionate and helpful, they listen and they care. We had an issue once when my special needs child had a double ear infection our pharmacy didn't have her antibiotic or the next one the office sent over. I was frustrated and emotional, and my daughter was in pain. Health MD answered the phone for me each time and the doctor himself spoke with me to work it out, he was very understanding and accommodating.10/10 would recommend
Jenni Madison: I visited today with my three-year-old who complained of ear pain. We were in and out of the urgent care within 45 minutes and the medication was available at my pharmacy shortly afterwards. While we were there, they made my three-year-old feel so special. They gave him three stickers and a popsicle and actually interacted with us. The doctor even showed me what an ear infection looks like through the otoscope! Seems like ‘care’ is missing from healthcare these days, so it was very refreshing to finally feel cared for. They made my toddler feel safe and happy. Thank you to the amazing staff! Your professionalism and amiability does not go unnoticed.

Joe Lupien: I have had multiple visits from this company and everytime I answer a million questions on the phone, then the same questions in person. I have to beg to get my vitals checked. Then they barely address the issue at hand, pretend to collect more information that is supposedly being forwarded to the primary care. But for some reason the Dr never receives it, even after multiple visits and attempts. They gave us an 8 hour window from 8 to 4 and I kept my PCA here all day waiting because I can't walk and only she could let them in. After my mother spent the entire day on the phone trying to figure out an ETA they called at 530 to let us know they weren't coming 😑 😒 Top notch care, quality mission statement. BS!!

joanne leduc: I have used Dispatch Health five times so far; three times for my elderly uncle and twice for my elderly mother. In time, I am sure I will use them for myself. I cannot give enough praise to them for their professionalism, thoroughness, kindness, and convenience. Anyone caring for elderly relatives understands the challenges involved in getting them immediate attention with a doctor and the prep involved in getting them to those visits. My uncle's case required hiring a wheelchair van each time he had to leave home for a doctor visit as well. With Dispatch Health, it just required a call where I answered questions and a home visit followed. My relatives were cared for by Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners and I found them to be extremely thorough. In one case, they spent far more than an hour with my uncle, and they even hung an IV to infuse fluids to improve his BP. They also tested his blood, and with my mom they checked her urine and sent it off to a lab. In each case they prescribed needed medication, and I received follow up calls. With Medicare, the cost was minimal; but what was best was the comfort level that my relatives had being cared for in their own homes. I love Dispatch Health! They have brought back a service that has improved the quality of life for people needing medical attention. You don't have to be elderly to use them; it is a service that can be used instead of waiting in an urgent care facility and I can think of a few times I used urgent care for infections that would have been more pleasant/convenient in my own home.

Judy Marek: I did not feel comfortable driving or siting in a waiting room because I had a frequent productive cough. The PA and her assistant who came to my home were very professional, friendly and concerned. They did a thorough examination of by vital signs and my upper airway, then ordered a chest x-ray, and reported to me within a few hours that it was negative. They informed my PCP, who followed up with me the next day, and i am feeling much better within less than a week. This was a very comfortable and easy way for me to have my mind put to ease. I would call them again if I had another need.

Mark Perry: Dispatch health came to my home 2 hours after I called them and they were very very helpful. They took all my vital signs and ran some COVID and flu test. They also drew blood for tick bites. I think they were very professional when they showed up and I would recommend them to anyone that cannot travel

They contacted me when the wait was approximately 20 minutes until my turn so I returned to the clinic. After a short wait I was taken right in and provided with great care . Everyone who works there is pleasant , makes you feel comfortable and seem highly trained. A positive experience and my issue was resolved.

Jennifer Marshall: I went in with a referral from an orthopedic surgeon. The surgeon was under the impression I either had a UTI or a serious nerve rupture in my spine. I thought going into urgent care would be fast to get a UTI test done before getting specialized imaging at the emergency room. This location was 5 mins away and the emergency room was over 30 mins away. I informed the staff at the desk and gave them the write up. They showed the PA on staff and still had me wait hours because “it wasn’t an emergency”. I ended up not having a UTI or the nerve rupture, but I did have a herniated disc. If I had the nerve rupture the time waiting for urgent care that should’ve been immediate would have delayed my treatment and possibly left me paralyzed and/or incontinent for the rest of my life.

Katherine Howland: Quite literally the worst healthcare practice to ever exist. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have watched my dad go through HELL and back with these people. They are impossible to reach, we have been told numerous times that the providers only fill prescriptions 2-3 times a week therefore your request will sit for days before it’s ever looked at. Even his pharmacy says they cannot get through to anyone ever. We’ve now experienced 2 times in a row where the wrong prescription is put in & when I called the first time, the pharmacist admitted that the provider pushed through the wrong version on “accident” because it auto populates for the other version. Issue was finally resolved days later after having to call and follow up 3 times. Now i’ve called the 2nd time once that prescription was empty to get it filled again, when once again the wrong one was sent in. This morning the response “oh i’ll talk to the provider about it Monday there’s nothing I can do” and that was after the PHARMACIST tells me “I don’t understand they're basically the same thing is there a reason he wants the other one.” When the pharmacist at Walgreens and any person with half a brain knows they are not interchangeable and it is not good to just go back and forth between fast acting / slow release. So now we’re going 3 days without insulin because the provider doesn’t pay attention and will just push through whatever is on the screen.You are not a patient here, there’s no regard for health and wellness. If you actually want timely attention and you are someone who has multiple prescriptions I do NOT recommend caring health center. Maybe if you are someone who just goes in for a yearly physical and takes no prescriptions, but even with that I would proceed with caution.

For almost an Hr .now . This isn't good business 😕 I am not satisfied; it's almost Cruelty if not unhealthy especially considering this is a pharmacy . Will Staples: The only reason I go to this practice is because it's the only option given to me by MassHealth. My primary care physician has been changed four times in as many years because their turnover rate is so high, and each time I was not informed until I was denied Rx refills by my new doctors. The receptionists are rude, distant, and not helpful in the least.I have called Caring Health four times this week alone for a refill after being off my meds for two weeks; the first three calls went to machine and were ignored with no indication they were even heard, and the fourth told me they'd call me back with a time for an appointment and then never did. I will be forced to go in person to demand an appointment.Every employee at Caring Health should be ashamed of their practice's unprofessional operation. No other practice has made me feel so unvalued even as they hold my health in their hands. The name "Caring Health" is a sick joke.

Regal Randy: Was hung up on twice just trying to get to the correct department and when I called back the third time was given attitude. "Ugh whatever" should never be a professional response, let alone a medical professional. I've seen a lot of false and fake positive reviews for this place but have yet to see anyone treated well. The staff is abhorrent except for Jackie who is the only polite staff member they have.Edit: I called back and was verbally berated and hung up on twice by the same lady. Why tell me to call back if I'm just going to have to speak to this heinous 'woman' if you can call her that.
addam wolff: I am utterly frustrated with the lack of follow up, unresponsiveness, and difficult reception staff. 4 months after spine surgery, I’ve called every two weeks, and have had zero follow up. Delays in communication cost me months of unnecessary pain prior to surgery as well. The doctors are decent, IF you can get to them. I’m filing a complaint with the attorney general.
Sterling Archer: Was required to see a doctor after trip to ER for a follow up. This was the most unprofessional lack of service I've ever had the displeasure to experience. I will be immediately switching service providers due to Liz, a receptionist with attitude problems and general lack of cognition. She has control issues and tries to gatekeep patients from seeing doctors and should not be anywhere near the medical field. She asks questions, doesnt listen to the answer, proceeds to continually ask the same question and then either disregards you answer entirely or talk over you to assert her dominance like that of a feral beast. I also would prefer for the appointmwnts that they give to be accurate. If im given an appointment at 8:30 i would prefer the people to be on time instead of being told to return at 10. Then when returning at 10 i would like a human cognizant of remembering a patient instead of foaming at the mouth barking about how its not her job to to care for patientsRepulsive, repugnant behavior.
Jonathan Rodriguez: A couple of my family members, including myself, go to this office to be seen by Dr. Brian for a couple of years now. And we can definitely say that everybody in this office makes sure that we get the care that we need and pay close attention to our health and our needs. Which makes us feel like we are being taken care of by people who actually love what they do, and by people that care for us rather than feeling like we are being seen by people who are just there for the money and people who dont really care. They treat everybody with love and respect and will always make sure that we leave with the information that we need to take care of our health and stay healthy. They are definitely a place we would recommend others to visit.

kathleen sabella: I called 8:30 am on Sunday and was told I had to come in to make an appointment for 2 hours later in the morning. When I arrived for my appointment I had an hour wait in the waiting room, then went into exam and was told I was next…I had to go out to the desk after a 20 minute wait. The wait time is totally unacceptable! If they’re booking by appointment only and only 3 hours open please explain why they’re so far behind? No explanation was given. The receptionist was very nice but unfortunately I’m not sure I would go back.

Didn’t wait long to long to be called in, but it took forever for the PA to come in and look at me.What really surprised me was supposedly she prescribed me medication. She did not specify she was going to prescribe me anything so I didn’t look at the notes that were given to me right away, but when I did, it says she prescribed a medication which was not sent to my pharmacy.

While waiting they are all standing around joking and laughing as if it's a launching time instead of getting patient's seen and out the door.Not sure if it's a insurance situation or first come first serve but I went in at 8am to be told registered for 11:40am to then wait 2h before being seen to then another 2h to see the doctor!!!Unbelievable 🤨

The service desk lady told me to go across the street to be seen by another urgent care and they too turned me away. Unprofessional!! Don’t call your self an urgent care provider and keep a sign up that says you are OPEN!! The doctor picks and choose and closes interesting 🤔 u should close down then!!! Your service is awful and not meant for people u turn away. They send you to AFC you’ll get the same results

Adam M: Arrived 90 minutes before closing. Not a car in the parking lot. Not taking any more patients because of a “new system” and too many in already in rooms…. who I assume all walked there at night…. In December. Went to the actually “open” AFC Urgent Care across the street.
Carlos Torres: Called this location and the one in West Springfield a bit after 4 pm to ask if walk-in were still being accepted and was told the wait was 4 hours which puts it past closing so my daughter was most likely not going to be seen. What a coincidence both locations have a 4 hour wait 4 hours before they close, not suspicious at all.
Jay Bahre: Not at all happy with this Medexpress. I called about 10:30an and asked if they were taking walk ins. The girl on the phone said yes so I headed over there from chicopee when I got there I told them who I was and I had just called. Then they went on to ask me if I minded waiting a hour and a half. Of course I said yes I do mind waiting I'm going to die sitting there that long. PIus i shouldn't have to subject all those people sitting there to my chronic cough. needless to say they threw me out. And don't let them tell you it was because I was rude. Believe me I was being nice.
