Philip Hegarty: American family care was very busy but I was able to put my name on the wait list and check in easily from my phone. They contacted me when the wait was approximately 20 minutes until my turn so I returned to the clinic. After a short wait I was taken right in and provided with great care . Everyone who works there is pleasant , makes you feel comfortable and seem highly trained. A positive experience and my issue was resolved.

Jennifer Marshall: I went in with a referral from an orthopedic surgeon. The surgeon was under the impression I either had a UTI or a serious nerve rupture in my spine. I thought going into urgent care would be fast to get a UTI test done before getting specialized imaging at the emergency room. This location was 5 mins away and the emergency room was over 30 mins away. I informed the staff at the desk and gave them the write up. They showed the PA on staff and still had me wait hours because “it wasn’t an emergency”. I ended up not having a UTI or the nerve rupture, but I did have a herniated disc. If I had the nerve rupture the time waiting for urgent care that should’ve been immediate would have delayed my treatment and possibly left me paralyzed and/or incontinent for the rest of my life.

kathleen sabella: I called 8:30 am on Sunday and was told I had to come in to make an appointment for 2 hours later in the morning. When I arrived for my appointment I had an hour wait in the waiting room, then went into exam and was told I was next…I had to go out to the desk after a 20 minute wait. The wait time is totally unacceptable! If they’re booking by appointment only and only 3 hours open please explain why they’re so far behind? No explanation was given. The receptionist was very nice but unfortunately I’m not sure I would go back.

Didn’t wait long to long to be called in, but it took forever for the PA to come in and look at me.What really surprised me was supposedly she prescribed me medication. She did not specify she was going to prescribe me anything so I didn’t look at the notes that were given to me right away, but when I did, it says she prescribed a medication which was not sent to my pharmacy.

Johanna Garcia: Very unpleasant place as they make you wait 40m before being seen and taken to the room to then another 2h before the doctor decides if it's convenient to have you seen. While waiting they are all standing around joking and laughing as if it's a launching time instead of getting patient's seen and out the door.Not sure if it's a insurance situation or first come first serve but I went in at 8am to be told registered for 11:40am to then wait 2h before being seen to then another 2h to see the doctor!!!Unbelievable 🤨

Carlos Torres: Called this location and the one in West Springfield a bit after 4 pm to ask if walk-in were still being accepted and was told the wait was 4 hours which puts it past closing so my daughter was most likely not going to be seen. What a coincidence both locations have a 4 hour wait 4 hours before they close, not suspicious at all.

The girl on the phone said yes so I headed over there from chicopee when I got there I told them who I was and I had just called. Then they went on to ask me if I minded waiting a hour and a half. Of course I said yes I do mind waiting I'm going to die sitting there that long. PIus i shouldn't have to subject all those people sitting there to my chronic cough. needless to say they threw me out. And don't let them tell you it was because I was rude. Believe me I was being nice.

David Wezniak: In my years in the medical field I have NEVER seen someone act the way the MA did at this location. Falsifying medical reports is a serious problem and when a patient has high blood pressure at the time of visit, you are supposed to record the exact pressure reading, and check it again after the visit. Instead they just wrote a normal reading (after telling me it was much higher!). Then putting a body temp down without actually checking my temp....again, documented a normal reading. When asked pain scale, I reported 6 he documented 4. You have better luck and care at an ER. Thisnplace is a joke
Chelsea Lee: Horrible experience, over the years this place has went downhill. I used to come In get checked in and promptly be called to the back. This time around the check-in process is ridiculous and you make patients do ALL THE WORK. Checking in on a nasty tablet that aren’t wiped down after every patient uses it. Then checking in again on your cell phone?! Absurd. During my visit the computers went down. This making patients fill out ANOTHER form answering the same questions for a third time. All this waiting for 3 hours for me to be told I should probably go to an emergency room. Staff should be well informed enough to make proper judgement on when to send someone elsewhere or let them sit and wait.Will never go back to or recommend this place to anyone.

Jeffrey Correia: The staff, nurses and doctors here are awesome! Our family has been here a few times and the are always kind and helpful. Our 9 month old was sick and we tried going to his primary care and they were not letting us make an appointment. We made an appointment here because we all ended up getting sick and they helped all of us. We really appreciated that!

Also, I felt that the healthcare staff really listened and asked clarifying questions to get the whole story about my symptoms and lifestyle factors. Next time I need urgent care this will be the first place on my list.
Kelley Whiteley: Every visit here has been exceptional. The staff, nurses, and doctors are always very compassionate and helpful, they listen and they care. We had an issue once when my special needs child had a double ear infection our pharmacy didn't have her antibiotic or the next one the office sent over. I was frustrated and emotional, and my daughter was in pain. Health MD answered the phone for me each time and the doctor himself spoke with me to work it out, he was very understanding and accommodating.10/10 would recommend
Jenni Madison: I visited today with my three-year-old who complained of ear pain. We were in and out of the urgent care within 45 minutes and the medication was available at my pharmacy shortly afterwards. While we were there, they made my three-year-old feel so special. They gave him three stickers and a popsicle and actually interacted with us. The doctor even showed me what an ear infection looks like through the otoscope! Seems like ‘care’ is missing from healthcare these days, so it was very refreshing to finally feel cared for. They made my toddler feel safe and happy. Thank you to the amazing staff! Your professionalism and amiability does not go unnoticed.

Heidi Dube: Worst place. Went in for a car accident and because I have a headset since the accident and I've had laryngitis for 3 weeks I had to have a negative vovid test. My symptoms were from totally different things. Also don't ever go there within the last 3-4 hours they are supposed to be open until because the always close early with not one person in the waiting room.

If you don’t want to do your job and attend patients then close the dam building because you’re not in service! If you turn people away and I was turned away 3 times on the same day by urgent care walk-in S please don’t tell parents where they can go and drive all over the dam place your ridiculous don’t give resources that are fake and not hopeful!! You are careless and dangerous to health. Practice what you preach repeatedly because you’re lying. Stay closed and don’t say you’re open because you can’t even answer the phone neither.

A.M R.P.: Worst place ever. Today i went with my mom to her respiratory test on the next building. 3300 main st. And clearly she was shaking and short of breath after the test. A very nice Doctor on this facility (3300 main st) told me to go right away to URGENT CARE. Which I did, and right away with me even explain this nurse told me that it was better for my mom to go to ER. Come on was a emergency! Whats the point of me paying taxes for everything plus every year ? For this ?Or what!
Danielle C: Went for ear pain causing a sore throat (no other symptoms) and they refused to see me in person due to the sore throat being a Covid symptom. Offered to schedule a telephone visit and can "prescribe antibiotics over the phone." That doesn't make sense. Blindly diagnosing over the phone without a physical exam is not providing good healthcare. Covid is not new. We are two years + into this pandemic and people should not be turned away for in person care. All that is going to do is force people into going to the ER for non- emergent illnesses.

Aaron Weich: Went here at 2:30, they close at 5 and was told their provider was overwhelmed earlier so they aren’t seeing anymore people as of 1:00. Maybe post that somewhere? Its a walk in clinic. Use the boatloads of money you charge to see people to hire more staff and pay them better so you can see patients. Wish I could use that excuse of its too busy at my jobs. They just gave me a sheet of paper for other places and told me good luck. Took a Lyft here for nothing after checking hours online.
Gary Geane: I was refused care on 9/11/21 because I’m not vaccinated. The nurses refused to give me the Dr’s names that were refusing to see me but it wasn’t hard to figure it out. I will be calling the news stations and have already called the main Baystate Health systems.

As far as the medical staff, they were very nice as well.If you need urgent care I recommend this place.Please remember, we are in the midst of a pandemic, and kindness & patience go a long way. (So does being vaccinated!)
madison picard: The staff here - from the front desk to the nurses to the PA - are SO kind. I cut my finger open and I went to get stitches and everyone was so sweet and accommodating (especially the nurse Ginger!). I went back a week later to have the stitches removed and was treated by a new nurse/doctor whose names I can't remember, but they were just as sweet and quick & easy.
Erin L: This practice is always the best. There are a few local practices like AFC along these lines and they are all pretty good but Baystate has the absolute nicest staff. Usually wait times are a little shorter than the competitors too. Good COVID practices and again the nicest staff around make this the first choice for my Urgent Care needs.

Cheyenne Cantela: I got a chemical sprayed all over my face, hair and eyes. I have the nurse a list of ingredients of the chemical and showed her what the chemical was. The doctor then comes in to tell me there’s nothing they can do to help since I’m not showing enough symptoms and that I have to go to an eye doctor. He said he can’t do anything unless he knows what chemical it was but I showed them the whole ingredients list, I even had the sds sheet, and a picture.Literally the worst place to go to , the doctors here do not care for your health.

Arthur Naatz: Doctor is “only an urgent care doctor”. Not interested in providing care. Don’t waste your time.
Laurie Coughlin: Visit with Dr. Doyle was pre-scheduled at Urgent Care. I was seen within 15 min for cough/congestion. After exam, he assured me of clear lungs, and suggested OTC allergy med for relief. He was very pleasant, professional and overall it was a good experience.
Allan Beane: This was my second experience with Dr Doyle both times he was very kind, professional and thorough and time efficient. I’d be happy to get him again.

Terrilee Piepul: I'd been having pain in the medial side of my right wrist and my neck. Dr. Doyle ordered x-rays which were conveniently done right there at the office. We discussed what had to happen next. I ended up with a prescription for a Spica cast for my wrist and he discussed taking an anti-inflammatory medicine for the inflammation and pain.It was a longer visit than I had been accustomed to however I had everything addressed and answered by the time I left. I knew my plan of care and what actions I needed to follow in order to feel better.I was very pleased with the medical care I received at my Trinity Urgent Care appointment. I would absolutely return there in the future if necessary.
