I had someone coming to get measurements for a suit who lives over 3 hrs away… we would call Khalid the day of and be told he would be at his store… however each time we would get to the store, the gate was down and lights off with no response… this happened over 4 times.Being understanding- knowing during the pandemic you can lose employees, etc… We found a way to make it work without physically coming to the store…However what REALLY threw me over the edge was my groomsmen coming to PICK UP HIS SUIT and Khalid informing my groomsmen he never ordered the suit for him…My fiancé and I went today to the store to grab the rest of my belongings and Khalid was making nasty accusations and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. 1 and done with this business, never again.As for the seamstress- she was amazing!! If she had a personal business I’d rate her above 5 stars. The communication on her end, the accuracy, and the professionalism is unmatched when it comes to Lady Di vs Khalid.I highly do not recommend Mens mart.😊

The Bay state Collector: I am getting married in 3 weeks. This company has been nothing but issues from the get. Khalid is a terrible business owner and works very poorly when it comes to communicating. As a business man myself, I am appalled with how he hands his professionalism. It was like pulling teeth for my groomsmen to get their suits, with one of my groomsmen STILL not having a suit. I stepped into the store today to pick up bow ties and the approach he made to my wife was unacceptable. Speaking to a woman in such a manner is disgusting and I hope he doesn’t speak to his mother nor wife the way he TRIED to speak to mine.Issue : We have people in our wedding party who are from out of town. We would communicate with Khalid as well as go off the hours he has posted on google to make sure our wedding party has the proper attire and is seen by Khalid. TODAY (after nearly a year of dealing with us in business) Khalid informs me and my wife that he is an APPOINTMENT ONLY BUSINESS. We were never giving this information prior to today. If this is the case- we suggested him change his business hours as they portray false information.2nd issue : Khalid falsely and inaccurately gave us information and then when we corrected him, he became confrontational and began trying to speak to my wife in a disrespectful manner.3rd issue : After completely business with Khalid, as a professional business man myself, I brought my hand out to shake for service and he did not shake nor thank me for MY time.4th issue : Being told yesterday that one of my groomsmen suits are not and never were ordered (after he had been in not once but twice for measurements) Khalid informed us that he has to ship the suit from his store in CT to the store in the mall in MA and Told is he should charge us the shipping fee to ship a suit that HE SHOULD’VE HAD MONTHS AGO. This is comical with how irrational he is. Please do yourself a favor and don’t do business with him.I usually do not take the time out to do reviews however I do want to provide legit feedback and if I could potentially help the next customer that Khalid tries to screw over than my job has been complete.Working in an industry where communication is VERY important, I am concerned for any present customers, hopefully their experience will result in a more positive outcome rather than how ours did.

Jen Aras: What a joke this place is. Not one tux in the wedding party didn't have an issue from missing pant's buttons to shoes falling apart. The tux had a look of a toddler suit with everything adjustable except the shirt that was measured for that didn't fit. Almost $250 for a tux that looked like a clown suit! Big box stores definitely know how to run things, that's where I will be taking future business.

Dave Lash: My first thoughts walking in and through this men's clothing store was realizing that it was perfect for an entertainer ( Bands, singers, DJs, Hosts, etc...). I loved the dress shoes, the vests, the suit coats, same day basic alterations, from very reserved to very diverse and colorful outfits, and the prices were really reasonable across the board! Definitely worth checking out! Even one of the employees was a seasoned wedding and party DJ ( like myself ) . I will be doing business there again soon!

The store has a great selection of suits, shirts, dresspants,, dress shoes etc. from classic to eccentric styles. Be warned that the sizes do run quite small. The downside is mainly the staff. I was trying to dress my wedding party but the salesman was very off putting. He had no personality and was either new or hates his job. When I couldn't find sizes that I needed I requested to order them. They were very hesitant in allowing me to do so even though I offered to pay for everything upfront. I was being given different stories at different times; you can't order but you can, you don't need a deposit then you do. When my wedding is, whether tomorrow or three years from now, should not be a factor. I was there to do business in your store. I was made to feel uncomfortable as if I was trying to scam them or something when it's actually vice versa. I hope they are true and honest with the customers they serve. There are other stores out there that can be more helpful and more interactive with what you need and helping you to get it.
