I called the day before to confirm that the trailer was available (after reading a lot of bad reviews) and the employee confirmed that they had it. When I arrived, I was told that the trailer was not available. After driving 3 hours from out of state, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. A call beforehand would have been great. Thankfully, another uHual in Chipoee had the trailer.

RIDICULOUS POLICY , not what the Law says!!!

Booked it for July 1. Agreed to everything and reserved it on the website. Turned out we really needed to access the unit 2 days early so we called and made arrangements with someone on the phone to access the unit 3 days early. Was ok’d by the employee and was told we’re all set for a 5x10 unit. We show up today with a full truckload of stuff only to be told there’s no unit for us!! After talking to multiple employees and reservations on the website, we were told sorry the we dontt try run the website we only work here but we could rent you a 5x5 for the same price$100!!! Are you kidding me!! They were not willing to help us at all!! Told us there’s an open 10x10 but we can’t rent it to you!!!! Why would you tell someone that if you can’t rent it??? So extremely rude and unprofessional!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Now I have a full truckload of items and nowhere to bring them.. The lack of responsibility and refusal to help remedy the situation was appalling!! If you have a reservation here double and triple check it but my recommendation is cancel it. This place sucks!!😡😡😡

Everyone goes through cash struggles sometimes. Joe the owner reached out by emails and by phone to make sure my family didn’t lose our belongings. He worked with me and made arrangements to ensure he went out of his way to take care of us. Just by communicating our situation. Michael Houle: I just came today on the 22nd of February to pull stuff Out of my storage unit on the 2nd floor as usual the elevator on the first floor is out of service cuz it's broken can't use it so you'll have to use the stairs it's unfair that customers have to continue to deal with this problem as much as I have especially senior citizens and other customers that rent at Life storage here at fisk ave the other elevator what's supposed to get fixed inspected what is still unavailable to use not good the managers are good people but the problem is is the elevators are always down or broken

But I closed my account with them and return a key to them today they called me and said you have 2 locks on the door and key is not working on second lock I never put 2 lock on the storage I told them but the girl start fight with me and start telling me not to yell at her. And after some time she called me and said I apologize I was at wrong storage you all set I would say storage itself is good but customer service is 0 you need to confirm everything before you call your customers. But not gonna recommend to anyone from today

Donna Zimmerman: This facility is immaculately clean and well organized. It has a loading dock which is easily accessible by large trucks. The units' ceilings are taller than most storage facilities and the corridors are wide for using moving dollies. The office management is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. The location right off of I-91 is also a plus. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a great experience.
