Lorimar Molina: I'm here dropping things off in my unit and when I try to leave at 10 pm it tells me at the gate access denied on trying to exit. Fml no answer to any number guess I'll have to hunker down in my uhaul truck for the night thanks otter horrible storage unit.

John: Do not put your stuff here. There is no staff. Nobody is watching the units. Numerous are broken into currently, the gate is cut open, and one side isn't even fenced, you can hop right on in. Yet despite all this, they are currently building more units, in an already pretty tight place, because that's their priority. Absolutely awful, I didn't even use the unit, left and canceled.EDIT: In reply to their reply, all of your positive reviews seem to be before Otter Storage took over this facility. I included pictures in my review as well. That is not vandalism, you have been repeatedly broken into, there were units sitting open that were just broken into, and numerous units have been repaired from previous break ins, and in spite of this you invest in more units rather than more security. That said everything I needed to know about how you do business.

Now everything is horrible, they raised the prices without notifying them, they removed the 24-hour in and out service without notifying and when it snows they don't clean, there is no communication, it's a total disaster Otter storage and the office there doesn't work, it's closed.

Michael Houle: I just came today on the 22nd of February to pull stuff Out of my storage unit on the 2nd floor as usual the elevator on the first floor is out of service cuz it's broken can't use it so you'll have to use the stairs it's unfair that customers have to continue to deal with this problem as much as I have especially senior citizens and other customers that rent at Life storage here at fisk ave the other elevator what's supposed to get fixed inspected what is still unavailable to use not good the managers are good people but the problem is is the elevators are always down or broken

But I closed my account with them and return a key to them today they called me and said you have 2 locks on the door and key is not working on second lock I never put 2 lock on the storage I told them but the girl start fight with me and start telling me not to yell at her. And after some time she called me and said I apologize I was at wrong storage you all set I would say storage itself is good but customer service is 0 you need to confirm everything before you call your customers. But not gonna recommend to anyone from today

Donna Zimmerman: This facility is immaculately clean and well organized. It has a loading dock which is easily accessible by large trucks. The units' ceilings are taller than most storage facilities and the corridors are wide for using moving dollies. The office management is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. The location right off of I-91 is also a plus. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a great experience.

They may be going to retaliate for this comment here. I rented a 10x25 and found that it is a 10x22, when I asked her about the remaining feet of 10x25 she said that it is what it is and it is the closest measurement. I replied that the closest measurement is 10x20. she answered me take it or leave. that is, 3' x 10' are 30' that I pay for without having them for my use. Why don't they give me another small space to cover the remaining feet? I am 63 years old with physical conditions and I cannot move or move due to health conditions.

Stephen Blanchard: Don't get a unit against the retaining wall. They will tell you dust might blow in which is true, what they won't tell you is the mice own that side of the complex. Ruined a ton of stuff. Also the main woman there will tell you one thing one day and literally yell at you the next as if she forgot. Safe place though

Ricky W: A friend needed storage on short notice. Life storage was able to accommodate and gave the first month free. He got a climate controlled interior unit. The property was clean. My only complaint would be that the access road to the unit was very tight and we could not fit the truck past a small car that was unloading. It took about 15 mins to get to the unit once we were inside as we had to wait for the other person to come out and move there vehicle.
