P D: Pretty straightforward banking, the user friendly banking app is what makes me a customer. It doesn't lock your account every other week due to one wrong password attempt as other banks do it. Well done, now please don't change it and ruin it, as other banks have done all sorts of inside out & backwards.

My wife, my son, and I were going to open accounts but after we talked to one of the tellers, we were asked to wait for the customer representative. We waited for 30 min. ,no one even asked or approached to us although there were couple people saw us behind the counter. This one was one of the worst customer services I have ever seen. After working with Chase, Bank of America, and Citizens bank, Santander got the lowest rate from me.

Mark Gehring: Save yourself the trouble. Run, and run far away from this and all M&T bank branches. I went from Webster, to United, to Peoples United and now M&T. All of these changes were due to bank buy outs. The transition to M&T from People United has been 100% unacceptable. I was lied to countless times by folks at this specific branch, and customer service from M&T is absolutely useless. My direct deposits still have not been corrected. I have not recieved one of my pay checks in over a month. M&T is doing nothing - WHERE IS MY MONEY??

Robert Perez: Had me waiting for a very long time in the drive thru, to verify a $1,500 check! Gave them to forms of ID one being federal and still, a long wait and made me feel like I was doing something wrong to cash a check with them 😤ZERO STARS it doesn’t take 20 minutes to verify a check

Megan Dot: Drive thru took 20-25 minutes a person for three days in a row, if you have this many people coming, hire more people to do the second window please, they should not have even bothered merging, not to mention I haven’t been able to access my online account for two months now, this bank is a joke and doesn’t care at all.

Emily King: Would NOT recommend this place for any business banking. Dealing with this branch is always a nightmare, they want us to come in in person for every little thing. We had to switch ownership of our non-profit club bank account from the old President to myself, so I went in with the old president and together we switched all the information. We were told everything was all set, except none of the information was actually changed in their system. The old president keeps getting all the account info, they even mailed her a LIVE debit card. Thankfully it's someone we trust, but that was a huge security breach on their part and they were in no hurry to make it right.

Greeting me after I walked in there for the first time looking lost and figuring out what I needed and pointing me in the right direction.Once I reached the area I needed to be in, thankfully I did not have to wait long to be seen and taken care of. I walked in and out quickly with what I needed to be completed!

Frank Frank: Extremely disrespectful and rude clerks. This place needs some management and customer service skills. Jacob who I believe is the manager was extremely vulgar and had a horrible attitude for no absolute reason and I’m in the customer service industry myself so I’m very polite and never rude when I go to other businesses therefore it did not start with me as I was very respectful and professional even after the fact. I highly advice higher ups to visit this place and make some changes with their employees since they are very disrespectful and hurting the business.The other reviews left by your customers proves my point.

Karen Lysik: I read all the negative reviews, but I don't have an account with Bank of America and had to cash a check with them. They only took an $8 fee and the entire process was painless. Customer service was friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. And I went on a Friday around 1 and no line. I would definitely deal with them again if I had to.

BoA is financing the "Line 3" pipeline that will carry tar sands derived petroleum. In Minnesota, Native Americans vehemently oppose the construction of Line 3. Line 3 threatens their land and water.Please do not use Bank of America until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects.Thanks for considering.Steve J

Tom Mac: Wrote a check out for deposit for a contractor doing work for me. Went in to the BOA in West Springfield. He was told there were insufficient funds! There was plenty to cover the check. Called West Springfield branch and spoke to Lauren, apparently the “assistant manager”. She was absolutely ZERO help and couldn’t wait to transfer me to customer service. No apologies, even though the bank was totally at fault. Absolute joke! Couldn’t post it without giving 1 star. Should be NO stars!
