These two are real people who definitely want to get everyone into a safe and solid vehicle without all the runaround and hoops to jump through. Hung Duong: I bought a Sienna 2015 and traded in my Juke 2011. Before pick up my van, I asked Josh if everything are ok, he said. Two days later, I found out van come with parking sensors, and it doesn't work. Josh told me to bring the van back to check. When I brought the van to dealer, Charles had a technician check and told me I have to bring my van to Toyota dealer to diagnose it and I have to pay for it and if it cost to much, they will not pay for it, so I didn't take it to dealer. Josh verified my Juke with Carfax and it showed 3 car accidents, now he put it on sale and showed 2 accidents.Watch out for this dealership
Pro Comet: The guy Josh is about unwelcoming as a blackhole. If you qualify with third-party finance party, he’ll change his tone and approach with you. Other than that it’s; take a seat, have an application slid to you, results, nothing? Bye. Not helpful. Doesn’t help you if you have challenged credit. Though he’ll mention the credit decisions aren’t made up by him. But if you have a well paying job, favorable deposit= nope! Skip this place.

After looking for over a year and many heartbreaks while shopping for a new car, I was relieved to find the perfect car for myself here. Other places I looked at took a long time to respond and they never explained anything to me. This place is different from any other auto business, the owners care about their customers and make sure everything is good to go. I got my car in a few days from test drive to driving it off the lot. Charles explained everything to me and made the process so easy. He made sure I got the best price for my car and once I received the car, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The owners are super professional and knowledgable, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, quality vehicle.
Nick Coury: Found their prices to be competitive and cars well maintained even at high mileage. They stuck with me through every step of the process and were very responsive, even taking my car to a service center for a pre-purchase inspection. During the 30-day warranty period required by MA one of the solenoids on my new car had an issue and they repaired it and a couple extra items without charging me labor on the extra tweaks not covered under the warranty, which was really appreciated.

The pricing was very fair, and they fixed literally everything on the vehicle before pick up - from new tires to suspension issues and made the maintenance current. They also did all the run-around to get insurance, registry stuff done. The vehicle is spotless!We have decided that Union Street Auto is our new used-car dealers, and mechanics. They allowed me to take it to my mechanic and my mechanic was very impressed. A couple minor things wrong and the guys at New England Motor Cars fixed everything. Kevin Cardona Cruz: I took a truck out for a test drive with this dealership and at first it was working fine, then when I was heading back to the dealership I noticed that it felt like the brake weren’t working, so I asked my mom who was next to me if she could drive to see if that was normal, she took the wheel and started drive and then at a stop light by Applebee’s the brakes didn’t work and we rear ended another truck. As you can see the air bag were deployed and thankfully we weren’t on the highway, otherwise it could’ve been a fatal accident and when the whole thing happens the people from the dealership were the last to get there. In addition to that they blamed us for their faulty truck and said that we were distracted while driving, which I can say we were not, we were both very attentive. After the whole police report on the accident the man for the dealership didn’t even address my mother and I, nothing, not even a simple apology and when my mother went to face him, he said “ it was your fault cause you went too far from the dealership, if you I had been closer to the dealership I would’ve taken responsibility for it” even though we were only about 7 minutes away from the dealership. Also this man was dressed like a teenager that lives in his moms basement, not profesional at all.
Peter SWIFT: While searching for my first car I stopped in and started working with JON, who was enthusiastic about me being upfront with what I wanted. He was the first sales person that I worked with on my search that really worked around my wants and budget. Because of this, I found a car that I loved my first trip in and bought it later that day. They then detailed the used car and it looks brand new! Would highly recommend, 10/10

Cheryl Ann: Bought a 2005 Ford Focus ZXW with (known issue) warped front rotors and was in need of an oil change (I agreed to doing these repairs for a lower price) Immediately after registering started having electrical issues.. Doors locking and unlocking while driving and within weeks the car is stalling whenever it feels fit (can only drive 20 or so minutes) and will not restart for hours.. So one Month later the car is parked and I am car shopping - Would NOT recommend to friends or enemies

I'm hoping he Will see this post and fix this.the overheating happened today which is only a few days after i got car back

I had issues with the administration right off the bat.I bought my 04' Cadillac SRX in Jan of this year. Today I had them take it back and I said I was done working with them. A $10,000 car that barely lasted 4 months. It's a sublease contract. So' your at mercy to their will.When I registered the vehicle, I asked for a letter from them so I could put on my Veterans plates. (Because It was a lease option)Yvette, one of the three on the administrative team. Said, "No, why don't you wait until you buy the car." Um, what? Scott the owner corrected the situation and made up a simple letter stating I could in fact put on my Vet Plates.My car was serviced for mechanical issues every single month I had it. When I first bought it, I couldn't even have it because it was in their auto shop for another 2 weeks. (They said it was because of wiring issues)In their contract, it states that you can only use their auto shop. However, communication with the shop is horrible. I would bring in the vehicle for a minor issue and wouldn't get it back for a week. After receiving the vehicle back. All the same issues were still wrong. Maybe one minor thing fixed.The check engine light was a constant issue. The owner, Scott. Said:"Oh, that doesn't really mean anything."Everytime the car was services the light would be back on within a week.Two weeks ago, the car stalled on me. I went into Advance Auto shop on St. James in Spfld. Thinking, maybe its the battery. They used their code reader and picked up on three issues. One was the head gasket.I called the shop and told them I need the vehicle serviced again. The very next day. My engine blew. I called the shop and the owner Scott picked me up and put my car on the flatbed. I gave him the code list that Advance auto gave me. He said, "Oh, yea yea." And put the paper in his pocket. He then went on to give me the "little lady treatment". My engine blew because I didn't put oil in it.I never received a check oil indication. That was also verified in the shop when they pulled some hose and the light didn't come on. So what I said was verified.I had already had a claim open with my insurance agency because over the winter, a bound job had fell off the front and the paint started to chip everywhere. So because I already paid the $500 deductible for that fix. I asked if we could use the money for the engine. Scott agreed. After all, a working car is better than a pretty one.Scott said the issue were all my fault because of my place of employment makes me use my car a lot. I had told Susan, another one of the administration team, where I worked when I signed the contract and she said they would look the other way. When I brought that to Scott's attention, he asked her and she said that conversation never took place. I was made out to be the liar now. (I'm a post 9/11 Veteran. I'm big on integrity)Scott also made me sign a document stating all mechanical repairs were my responsibility to fix. When I was supposed to only be responsible for the bond and paint. When I caught the issue. Scott said he wouldn't even give me back the vehicle unless I sign. Which means, I would have lost my job without a car.I received my car back Friday April 5th. The check engine light came back on that Sunday. Wednesday April 10th, my head gasket blew. Their was oil and coolant everywhere.Today I called them and I told them to just take it back. My warranty is up and the MA lemon law is still in place. However, I just want to walk away from these people at this point.I went to Kia on Riverdale and when they looked up the vehicle in the system. It was previously filed as a total loss. Which means Scott and his mechanics must have rebuilt this Cadillac and put it back on the market for idiots like me to see a nice pretty shiny new car. Even though the vehicle mechanically was damaged.Kelly blue book valued the car at only $3000 in good condition.
