Mike K: Just sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to somebody. The representative completely ignored what I was saying about the website not loading, ignored my question, repeated the same information that I already knew about where to apply and then she hung up on me.

Neeko A.: The case workers are rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single case worker I have had encountered with was rude and snappy. I’m sorry but in this line of work you must be kind and understanding. They give you their numbers and never answer or return messages left. My case was closed due to them not calling me back with the proper information I needed. Unprofessional.
Kazandra “Kazy” Agron: They should have to take a class on how to treat the community they serve. Everyone from the moment you walk in...including the officers are rude and look bothered to be doing their job. It's really sad that the one place you go to get help it's so cold and uncomfortable to come in. Please advise people on how to be kinder with people who are already struggling enough in life. Thank you.

Celeste Deleon: always a bad experience coming into this place doesn’t matter how many times they relocate staff are always careless especially when you are waiting in line to be given information. They will see you and take a lunch you’ll be in that line until they get back from lunch

Sun Venusta: Be careful with someone with the last name PADRÓ. She has no ethics. Far from worried after the family or the children, for her, the professionals are more important, just like her. She realized that I knew who had reported me unfairly and that she was going to sue her and what she did was that warned her and saved the skin of that cheapy psychologist. Very badly.Cuidado con alguien de apellido PADRÓ. Ella no tiene ética. Lejos de preocuparse por la familia o los hijos, para ella son más importantes los profesionales, como ella. Se dio cuenta de que yo sabía quién me había denunciado injustamente y que la iba a demandar y lo que hizo fue que le advirtió y le salvó el pellejo a esa psicóloga barata. Muy mal.
Christina: Haven't thought about this in forever, but when I was younger I was very badly abused by my mom. Got to the point where DCF put me in foster care after being whipped with an extension strip by her. They kept me there for a while. All i wanted was to live with my dad and not my abusive mom. I was told by DCF that in order to go live with my dad I had to say that none of the abuse that my mom put me through happened. You guys don't care about kids, you care about money. Justice should have happened
Kee Bee: Disgusting people. Claim to want to "strengthen" your family, but make up lies and withhold information to the parents so they can try and take your children without performing a proper investigation. I don't understand how this system is still in place. I've heard so many bad things about this department. No matter how many families complain, no matter how many times this place gets caught in lies and manipulation, we as parents are NEVER HEARD. It's sickening.

Once you do get an actual person, they have a terrible attitude like it’s your fault their automated phone system sucks, and you’re taking up their valuable time by calling. It was easier and faster to drive to Springfield, than call these people. Good thing my P.A. Is more professional than the administration!

sion: This specific satellite office of Caring Health Center should be the template of how ALL health care facilities should be ran. Everyone in this office makes you feel comfortable and welcome like you walked into your own home.Next, you meet the staff...Diane and Tianna (the best women ever!), finally Heather McCarthy (also the best!)I have been very impressed. Its tough to explain in words how personable these ladies are. Their kindness and knowledge speakes volumes. Their interaction with all patients lets you know, they care about ALL of their patients.The word is spreading quickly about the high level of care the staff at this particular office is giving.Therefore, in my opinion, you should run, not walk, to recieve the best medical care in Springfield. They go above and beyond, not just because they have to. That's just the genuine nature of these ladies at this office.Very proud to be a patient myself as well and my 4 yr old daughter.Noraa says hi to everyone!!!
