Anthony Santaniello: I had a wedding party over the weekend with my now new wife. Had an out of state marriage, coming from South Carolina where we live now for the past 8 years it was hard to plan things out being so far away. The manager TJ was so helpful from the beginning, I wanted a room with a Jacuzzi tub for our wedding night so the new wife and I could just relax and “Soak” in the amazing night we’d just had. Being so far away I couldn’t check out the rooms in person, so TJ had sent me his personal number and photographs of each Jacuzzi tub room. I was able to choose which one I wanted, found the biggest tub they had and asked him to even sanitize it the night before we arrived. He took care of everything for me with additional pictures to show what kind of sanitizer he used, and even had the AC unit turned on and the room cooled off for the day we checked in. He told me that night that the following checkout time would be 11 o’clock but to not worry and take our time. He said just enjoy your wedding night, so we checked out at 12:30 in the afternoon the next morning! The service was beyond amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel. He also left snacks and water in the mini fridge in the room for us, just in case we were a little hungry getting there. TJ was amazing, and I can’t thank him enough!

Melissa Slater: Very terrible place got in the room got settled got in bed after driving for 3 hours started itching like crazy was only in the Room for less than an hour. Call front desk the guy was very arrogant was not refunding me not a dollar of my money myself and my husband were itching all over was beet red from itching so bad wanted to check out ask for money back even if he kept a cleaning fee I was okay with that but did not want to give me back any of my money clearly there's a bug problem in this establishment we ended up leaving and I'm just rooting the payment through my credit card... very bad businessman said the people rob him...
Matt Kreis: Desk Clerk was disrespectful saying there was no room after saying the deposit was unreasonable because we did not have the money for the room. We did no even pay for any so called deposit when we stayed there 2 months ago and we know it is a scam. No respectable should stay in this place with rude staff and polices that discourage people from staying. Do not stay unless you want to lose your money and be completely disrespected by staff.

Yari M: Horrible experience. Came to relax and couldn't even do so. People next door to us was up all night fighting. When asked can we change rooms,all they do is call the police and asked if I wanted to give a statement. No I want to be moved....Police left and it was still the same all night long. Morning time came we asked for atleast a discount. We are told that was not possible.Paid 230$For a room that is run down only good thing is the jacuzzi so we delt with it....But after the yelling all night long,not being moved when asked,or not even a discount...I will be calling my bank to fight the charges.So very very disappointed in the customer service from this establishment.

john park: The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.When you turn on the cold water it comes out hot for 2 minutes before going cold.Closet does not have a rod to hang clothes on. Nowhere to hang clothes on.When using the shower apparently the water was going into the first floor from my second floor room and they made me change rooms.Police activity one night.Crack tiles in the bathroom.Window won't stay open.AC unit runs even when turned off.Rest of the facility looks decrepit.No shade on one of the lights in the room.Vinyl pillows underneath pillow cases.Water stains on the ceiling even though it's the second floor.Microwave doesn't workBe afraid. Be very afraid..On a plus side the staff is very nice. I asked what's going on with this hotel and they said it's going to be torn down and that's why there's been no upkeep on it.
Boston Dan: Absolutely atrocious. Went to check in. Door to the main office was locked. That should've been a sign to run. Spent two nights. Almost left after the first one. Room smelled terrible. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had NO blankets. Just sheets. All these 4+ ratings.. are bogus. There was nothing comfortable about this place. Pretty sure there was a cop with a dog scoping out the place too.This is more of a place to live for people down and out. Just don't stay here if you're traveling. And don't leave any personal items in your car

wilbur: dont waste ur money please. this place was nasty, bugs on the beds, toilet didnt work, cigerate stains on the beds, the ceiling was falling in, part of the door was broken. the floor was weirdly sticky and gross. i wouldny recommend. i could even stand being there for more than an hour. luckily we got a refund. dont waste ur money, there are much better places to stay for the same price

S JM: I paid $130 to stay at the most disgusting and unsafe motel I’ve ever been to in my life. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed was concave with plastic pillows. The blanket had stains all over it. There was trash on the floor. The lamps were practically falling off the wall and lamp shades stained. The toilet seat was not connected to the toilet. The walls were stained and cracked and the wall paper was peeling. We asked for a non smoking room and the room reaked of cigarettes and the fire detector was ripped off the ceiling. There were people screaming throughout the night and a man stomped past our room in the morning cursing. I felt incredibly unsafe. I would never ever ever stay at the econolodge again.
Beth Hartlen: No blanket in the room. The bath tub water ran all night the building seems to be leaning , cigarette burns in the pillowcase and blanket.

My room was filthy, dirty walls, stained carpets, a horrible smell, the lights were barely on the walls. There was a dog barking loudly. Half the parking lot was dirt. The front desk lady was very nice and polite. I did not stay. I forfeited the money I paid.

John Haddock: This is a nice location because of it's closeness to most places in West Springfield. This is our second time staying here. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. We like the fact that they have a free breakfast available for guests. The room has a small fridge and a microwave oven. This is nice if you are planning to stay for a few days. Our floor had a laundry room with a vending machine and ice making machine. When the weather is warmer they have an outdoor pool available.Rooms: The room is spacious and has a work desk, couch a coffee table. The bed is plenty big for two people and is comfortable. There are end tables on both sides of the bed. There is wardrobe closet, some cabinets and drawers. You will also find a small refrigerator, a microwave oven and a TV with remote control. The temperature for the room is controlled at the wall mounted thermostat. The restrooms has a shower, a sink and a toilet.Nearby activities: There is an ice skating rink across from this location.Noteworthy details: There is a free breakfast and WiFi for guests.

Adia Duke: I love this hotel..I usually do luxury suites .. nice big two rooms kitchen living room and fireplace for about 150 a night... nice size pool and hot tub... close to the mall movie theater and lots of shops and restaurants... oh and there is also a gym....I like having small sleep overs for my kids and my friends.. behavior in place.. the hotel doesn't mind

Shaira Greó: I couldn’t use the internet it didn’t even connect but that wasnt the worst. I cheked out of the hotel at exactly 11am and at 2pm I called back because I realized i left my phone charger on the room. The front desk cheked the room and the charger was not there but the room had already been cleaned up by a housekeeper Im a 100% sure I left my charger at that room and got stolen. If i cant even trust to leave a phone charger for a few hours in a room I dont know what to say, awful!

Just Living Lifeless: The Double queen bed suite has all the amenities of home away from home at a very affordable price! Full kitchen with utensils, spacious living area and pristine bathroom.The pool, hot tub, and gym are great for those looking to burn some calories, have a little fun, or just soak and relax! The daily breakfast is delicious and served from 6am to 10am. The staff is helpful, kind and welcoming at all times of day. The location is perfect for anything in western mass, conveniently located off 91 and 90. Many restaurants and shops located within a mile. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone needing to be in the area
