Have to ship the brick to CA and hope that it doesn’t get damaged during shipping or I’m SOL. Do not trust these liars and thieves. Currently paying for a phone that doesn’t work.

Matt Surabian: I struggled for weeks with phone and account problems related to the 5g cutover. I was getting the run around from AT&T online help, 611, and a different local corporate store. Decided on a whim to try getting help here before switching to a different provider and so glad I did! Wow. Johnathan and the store manager really went the extra mile on a very strange problem and were able to get the right folks from corporate on the phone and resolve things in 45 minutes. Only wish I went here in the first place!

amal nurhussien: My experience at AT&T has been very bad. I went to the AT&T section at BJs to trade in my iPhone 10 that I bought for about $850 for an iPhone 12. They told me that I would have to pay only $50 dollars and an activation fee of about $35 and they assured me that there are no extra fees. Then recently my wifi connection has been bad so I called them multiple times to have it fixed but despite having promised me that it will be fixed the Wifi continued to be very bad. I then called in to get my account number and they asked me why I needed it so I let them know I wanted to leave their services and they suddenly told me I had to pay an extra fee of $550 for the phone trade in. They had promised me one price but when I decided to leave they bring a new price up. They locked my phone and told me I have to pay the $550 if I wanted it unlocked. This is unfair and dishonest from them especially since they made a deal with me for only the $50 and $35. Overall very horrible service from their Internet to their trade in services. I do not recommend whatsoever!

Kevin O'Neil: I visited the store this past Friday, on my birthday. I travel quite a bit out of the country for work and was pleased to finally find time to visit an AT&T authorized retailer.My primary reason during the visit was to replace my screen protector for my IPhone13 pro max. Which I had previously purchased as a “$45 replace anytime it breaks at an authorized store”.Nora, the “help”, from the get go was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, in an abrupt rude manor. To which she explained that a manager would be needed to authorize this simple fix. Finally laughing about it most likely not happening regardless of their presence.Her alone, with the unbelievably poor customer service she provided, is now the reason (after my meeting I held ) with MA Ureps will switch out from AT&T to Verizon, among others who have had similar issues. Lastly my family plan, will now be changed.I’m sick of AT&T employees treating their customers without a single care and attitude nation wide, for the most part.Life long customer’s since the Bell Atlantic switch, now gone. Not that anyone cares, I just hope this message finds someone who wants to make the switch to this company and realize their future customer service that’ll be provided.Growing up with friends and family whom have worked with local MA stores. It’s gone downhill for the worst.I hope drastic changes are made.

Charles Sutton: I went to the AT&T store to report a fraudulently opened account by some unknown person in my name. The staff person was friendly and as helpful as he was allowed to be. However, AT& T does not make reporting fraud an easy matter. It is a long, tedious, and arduous process, with few, if any, opportunities to speak to a live person to get questions answered or to state one's case.As I said, the staff is friendly, but after my experience with AT& T I am very thankful that my actual phone service is through Verizon.
Alicia Anderson: Gave 1 star because I have to. Don't deserve that!Went to upgrade our phones. Employee was beyond uneducated, rude & condescending. After spending over 6 hours with my phone, never said my phone wasn't eligible for trade-in because of a crack. We had to still come back to turn in our phones, when i was immediately told by same employee that it wasn't. Couldn't tell us that when you had my phone for six hours, including taking it out back but can then. What? Told i had to either repair it first or buy a used phone to receive credit. We were told over a dozen times our package includes an IPad. We received a Samsung Tablet in the mail. We were then told we'd have to pay the difference.We brought Tablet in only to be told we had to come in when a manager was there. Asked when a manager would be there, we couldn't get an answer. Told manager would call us. That was a week ago but manager still hasn't called. We never received invoices or quote, we had to request repeatedly for receipts to be emailed, took them 18 days from purchase before they finally did. We were told we got a free item after purchasing 2 under $55. When that item was defective, we noticed that night, she 1st refused to address it. Brought back again when 1st tried to turn in old phones a few days later, her rude response was "Well it was free!" Wouldn't let me exchange it. She told us several lies, like that she gave us a quite, we'd have to pay difference on free item, etc.To sum it up, we will NEVER go to that AT&T store again! Customer service is not a thing at all! Uneducated, rude, & lie. We have never been treated like this before but went back four times, treated more poorly each time.Go to ANY other AT&T store instead of this one!

alyssa hallaman: The person that had helped me set up my phone and get it done was not only very helpful, but had helped me right away. She made it very quick and easy and I had to wait less than 5 minutes to be helped. I walked in and right as I did that she asked what she could help me with. I appreciate her very much and overall we got my phone setup and everything ready to go in less than 15 minutes.

Kemp Cole: Kevin helped me transfer my services over from Spectrum Mobile to AT&T unlimited mobile plan. He gave me no hassle with my trade in and also educated me on ways to lower my bill. I just moved to Massachusetts and my former services did not serve me justice in the area, but with a little research I discovered that AT&T has the best service for the state and area. I can attest to this and that the customer service is just as excellent.

Nichole St Cyr: This location will be out of business soon because of their sales rep Jessica. She will lie to you, and say it will cost you hundreds to upgrade your phone just to avoid working. I'm disappointed the manager hasn't done anything about this yet. Clearly this is an ongoing problem, and it's hurting their business in the worse way it can. You have an employee driving sales away, instead of driving the sales in.

I went to a different store the next day out in milbury and they instantly verified I was. They also did not try to up sell past what I stated I could afford.

Rajendra Seku: Review for visit on 11/25/2022:I visited this store to seek Iphone upgrade options. I was welcome by Nico Cruz even as he was helping multiple customers. Later Frankie who was a temporarily substituting from another store politely explained to me all upgrade options. I ended up getting literally a free Iphone14 in exchange for my Iphone11. I highly recommend this store and also am impressed with the service provided and professionalism demonstrated by Nico and Frankie.I came to this store with an issue with my family plan. Katie patiently worked with us and resolved the issue. However, the smell from neighboring Indian restaurant seeps through the store and was very overwhelming. I hope the issue with Indian restaurant exhaust is worked out soon. I would recommend this store for their high customer focussed service.
sarah chhabra: I usually do not leave reviews but this was an extremely bad experience. I went to get esim activated on a new phone as I lost my previous phone. I read that it could be done remotely since my husband had the new phone and he was away. I needed my number activated as it was off for more than 2 days . The employee, Niko who is apparently new, was extremely unprofessional. I waited 20 mins in store unattended as he was not even in store during his work hours. He did not listen to the entire situation and at some point was calling names and stormed out. His colleague, Jessica was also defending him, also rude and neither of them were apologetic. I would never recommend this place. I am still in disbelief with the kind of behavior I received.

I waited for 30 minutes while the ONE staff person, Andrew, was trying to help someone remember their Gmail password over and over and over for 30 minutes. Charles Sutton: I went to the store to get a fraudulently opened account dealt with. Unfortunately, while store personnel have to see the bills and any other supporting documentation in order to give one the referral to the fraud inquiry department of AT&T, that is all they can do. I have been dealing with the fraud department of the company since then, so far to no avail.The fraudulently opened account costs $300 a month. I can't imagine what all it covers. I have been a satisfied customer of Verizon for over fifteen years and I see no reason whatsoever to change mobile providers, especially not to AT&T.

BUT I see multiple reviews about this store having no one there at random times throughout the day. I've worked in retail and you always arrive before the business opens. really bad business model. more wasted time from AT&T lol
