Jack Neilan: EDIT: originally gave 4 stars. As seen below, we were quoted 35 per line (2 lines x 35= 70). We were surprised to see our first bill days later that said 80 dollars. When we called about the discrepancy we were told “he never said that”, referring to the 35 once we suggested he may have misquoted us. Shady to underquote and then deny doing it. Proceed with cautionOriginal review:Worked with Davon. He was awesome. Answered all our questioned and helped set us up with a military plan and autopay - $35/line unlimited. He was so helpful. If he is the standard for T-Mobile customer service, they are going in the right direction.Needs improvement: $75 activation fee for 2 phones - not advertised online. Also, phone companies should find a way to port unused numbers held by other carriers. Currently, it can be difficult to bring an old phone number.
Tony Sphabmixay: Don't know if he was a manager or just a senior guy, but the time I went in, he couldn't even be bothered to look at a customer when speaking to them, he spoke to me over his shoulders. That attitude trickles down to the other employees as they rather push you off to call customer service instead of helping, or at least initiating the call on your behalf.
Emily Briggs: If I could write zero stars I would. This T-Mobile location is absolutely awful. I went in to start a new family plan with 6 lines. You would think someone about to give them this much business would be taken care of but no…..I was there SIX hours on Saturday and another 3 Sunday and 3 Monday on top of being on the phone with them for 3.5 hours. All because the employee Malachi messed something up at the start of the process and was trying to save himself. Ended up going to the Milbury location and had great service from their employee Travis who fixed all the mistakes Malachi had made. Save your time and money and go to Milbury.
Daniel Foley: Honestly, hate to be that guy, but this was one of the worst experiences in switching phone plans that I’ve ever had. I know there’s always some speed bumps in this process, and I’m not expecting the store reps to be hold a PHD in phone plans, but the lack of knowledge and (more importantly) care at this store was tremendously bad. I spent a total of 9 hours over 3 days to get my phone plan dialed in and still had to go to another store to get some actual help. Avoid this location if you can. Go to the Millbury store for all your T-Mobile needs, the drive is worth not having a brain aneurism trying to talk to explain yourself to these clowns.
Carlos Reyes: I come in to pick up a phone that I had ordered. Unfortunately, I failed to provide proof of my ID because I had changed my name but I had not changed it on the T-mobile account. As I am walking out the door I get a text message that the ordered was cancelled. I go back to MALACHI and asked “why did you cancel my order?” And he said “it’s store policy” I wasn’t having it. I asked for the policy. MALACHI failed to provide the policy, got frustrated and proceeded to yell “GET OUT” and threatened me with the police. Malachi was wrong (as the customer service representative at T-mobile told me) and did not have want to admit it.

Amy Currie: The gentlemen that we encountered at this place went so far above and beyond what was needed I cannot give them enough recommendations. Shaquan, Rolando, Russ, Davon and Malachi were so helpful and pleasant, I would not go anywhere else for help. I was told I could only give 5 stars, well this group of men deserve 100 gold stars. If you need assistance, they will provide the best help that you could ever want. We want them to be awarded any and all awards that T-Mobile gives for customer service because they deserve it, I worked in customer service and they exemplify the words.

Kristy Mongeau: Went here yesterday to have my phone switched out and get screens for mine an my husband's phone. The representative wasn't too friendly. We asked for the phone data to be switched an he smacked his leg like he didn't want to do it. While being in the store my husband tried making conversation as we waited and he's was either ignored or responded to with short phrases like they weren't happy we were there. The one representative that did conversate acted like he was better than everyone because he worked for IT. He talked down about the phones not being able to improve much more and it being a waste essentially. The representatives barely spoke to each other while we were there. They all stayed on their phones the majority of the time they were on the floor. It was an overall awkward feeling and uncomfortable. I don't recommend this location for help. I will stay with my representative Xavier at the park Ave location down the street. Only went here because they had the screens we needed for our phones otherwise I wouldn't have gone.
Rich Lundin: Been there 3 times. Couldn't help me on any one of the visits. Others there waiting all had issues - issues they couldn't fix. I mean a simple thing like changing a plan. They couldn't even confirm with me - no printout confirmation. Do go here for service - call the customer number - it will take 45 mins to get fixed, but at least they do something.

Sarah Dirienzo: 0/5 for the company: 5/5 for the staff at this location.Its unfortunate that T Mobile as a company has such good cellular service because the corporate entity itself is awful. I have never been run around so badly by a company before. I made an account with T Mobile in March of 2022 and by August 2022 was canceling my account as I was no longer going to he sharing service with my housemates. T Mobile wrongly charged me with a $211 bill that they to this day have not refunded to my account. Now, this has nothing to do with the associates at this outlet: employees Nishy and Bernice in particular were very helpful and patient in helping me resolve this issue and I appreciate their time. That said, if you're looking for cell service, I'd seek it elsewhere, because T Mobile is a hot mess.

Reese, the manager, is quite rude and has no idea how to interact with clients.• My uncle had already paid off all of the debt when we switched our numbers to T-Mobile. I just intended to pay the taxes and activation charges out of the total of $104 that the manager and his coworker were asking us to pay. This sum included the expenses for the brick, protection, taxes, and activation. We were being forced to purchase everything by these guys.• He was smirking on our faces and shaking his head like a little girl when we questioned him. A different staffer was conversing with us while loud rap music was playing in the background. The music was obnoxious and too loud. That store is now the crib of these employees. Additionally, the manager repeatedly moved away from us when she spoke to us. Even much training cannot transform such a person. I won't ever encourage anyone to go in this store.

Honestly never going back, thinking of switching providers after this experience.

I said No, Thank you (like always). Now my bill is reflecting additional charges for the T-mobile 360 Coverage Plan.Do you make commission when you sell these? You are a crook mr. sales man. I just had to waste 30 minutes of my calling t-mobile to remove the charge.These actions make your company look really bad.

You guys must read minds pretty damn well and must think the rest of the population can as well, hmmmm I can assure you all that I left my mind readers cap at home, my miracle ears are currently on back order and my husband must need trifocals because nowhere in the store nor the receipt does it state anything about no returns on unused accessories! BBB will be contacted & a report will be made I know the law and the law states a return policy must be visible or expressed to the consumer beforehand and/or after purchase of such said policy!
