Jose Santos: I called the store multiple times before i could get a hold of anybody to buy a new phone. I finally got ahold of Chami. At first, he was very polite and patient with me when i called about purchasing a phone . I ended up purchasing a iPhone 14 pro max and brought it to my carrier to activate the phone. They told me the phone sold to me was locked and blacklisted. I tried to bring the cellphone back to the store and the employee that attended told me they had nothing to do with it. They said they would never sell a locked/blacklisted/STOLEN phone but my carrier says different. Very upset and want a resolution before i get the cops involved.
Lynese Wiafe: Everything about this store is shady and I would advise everyone to avoid going into this store and wasting your time. I have a story to tell soon, but from the one star reviews, the story I have to tell seems similar to everyone elseโs lol. They scam and they are frauds. Stay tuned.

Eram Zaidi: I visited the store a few weeks ago when my iphone had crashed and I had lost my way being from another state. The Manager literally saved my life as I did not know where I was and had a flight to catch. He was very professional and kind and HONEST as he rebooted my phone and did not charge me anything. Truly an amazing experience and I wish him the best of luck in all his future endeavours !
Nelson: Noso was able to take me in quickly to change my iPhone battery and screen. He did it in matter of 10 min. He very knowledgeable and and fast. He's very honest and very reasonable on his charge. I will always depend on him over others.
Ron Schnaper: My (92 years young) dad's 5 year old phone was bricked and needed to be restored to original factory settings. Nonso worked on it, overcoming the phone's technical problems until it was like a brand new phone, and his charge for his time and work was very inexpensive. I came all the way from Framingham just because of the recommendation I got to go see him at New England Wireless, and this morning I thanked the guy who sent me there.Nonso, it was nice meeting you and my father and I thank you from our hearts.

Paul Lynch: Upgraded my old (working) phone to a unusable brick! AT&T wonโt even address it and just passes the buck to Apple. Have to ship the brick to CA and hope that it doesnโt get damaged during shipping or Iโm SOL. Do not trust these liars and thieves. Currently paying for a phone that doesnโt work.

Martin Devillers: 5 minutes at this store got me more than 3 hours at AT&T. It may not look much but at least they know how to provide service.
John Smith: Simple Mobile has terrible customer service. They keep transferring you from one agent to another and then they drop the call. They are also dishonest and do not honor their word. I would record every conversation I have with them when they promise you something since chances are they would not admit to anything the next time you call them. This has happened to me personally where they promised me a refund and then they reneged on their promise. I would sue them if I had the time.

mark scharf: Today I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant, Jose Solares. Jose helped us to choose a family plan that offers more data and options and saves us $70 per month. He then took the time to apply a new glass screen protector for my phone. If you are ever at the Verizon Store in Worcester, I highly recommend you ask to work with Jose Solares.
Matheus Krianciunas: I've got to say, this was the best experience I've ever had at Verizon. Jose the store manager was phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, not pushy at all but still very informative. He didn't pressure me at all, made me feel comfortable based on my needs and wants. As long as Jose is still there it will be the only Verizon I ever step foot in. He was able to upgrade me to a newer phone quickly and easily and even applied my new screen protector for me. If you're not going straight to Jose you need to! I'd give him 100 stars out of 5
Brianne Beckman: I just switched over my plan and got a new phone. This was a process I expected to take hours, yet I was in and out in less than an hour. They were even short staffed, but the gentlemen that were there made the experience enjoyable and positive. Jeff helped me out and was absolutely wonderful-professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Give this new store a visit for sure!
Michael Reilly: If I could rate below zero I would. I was the victim of fraud at this location. Rep gave an imposter 2 iPhones and let him pay with cash. She put charge on her debit card to "do him a favor". Store is over an hour from my home and I discovered fraud immediately. Rep said I could come into the store to fix. Her manager then took 3 days to return a call. Hours on the phone with VZW and other than a "sorry", store did NOTHING for me. Horrible experience!
SUSAN HARRINGTON: Our Law Office went to Verizon/87 Gold Star Blvd./Worcester and bought an Apple I-Phone. The service was superb. Jeff George, the salesperson, spent over an hour with me setting up the phone, explaining options, and answering questions.We deal with people all day every day and I can tell you this store and the people working there are extremely professional and definitely worth a visit.
