Tony 50k: Did a couple shifts thru a temp agency they wanted to hire me so I did the application was verbally honest about my record plus I put in on the application..so at first I had 2 days off then I Got DNR means do not return then now I’m possibly not able to return to the temp agency now pending review of my record .I been with the temp for years never quit …i just feel my Character is being destroyed.I’m supposed to be working in a couple hours but now possibly might be out of a job as a whole .I deal With depression and PTSD..I can’t get to sleep because tomorrow’s on my mind,Monday I was doing great possibly had a permanent job to now I’m possibly have no job no temp agency to lean on .could possibly lose my apartment if I don’t get accepted back into the temp agency..I went to trial couple years ago and won my freedom .

Emmett Kelly: I'm sorry, but five stars is not enough for Ron and his amazing staff.I have an animal rescue, and run a commercial refrigerator and freezer to hold pet food.This morning, I woke up to a dead freezer. That meant that very soon, 400 pounds of cat food, more dog food, and other stuff would be ruined.Worse, getting a part was going to take a week. It was Christmas, and a major snowstorm was due in 24 hours. Even if the online supplier shipped same day, it would probably be delayed. Things looked bleak.As a last ditch effort, I called Westerman's, and the owner personally contacted his service staff. They agreed to take the last part out of their service inventory, and sell it to me at a very fair price. The part fixed my freezer, saving all of that food.It's local businesses like Westerman's that make Worcester County an amazing place to live and work.Freakin' awesome!!!!!

sheriff jackson: if there were a negative star rating im sure this guy and his team would be sporting it. he the biggest scam artist out there. bought some rest equipment from him. supposedly brand new but 2 units where leaking and didn't cool properly. when i question him and his trashy products guy turned into a fake mobster (HAHA). wanna be mobsters don't sell rest equipment pal. i have no idea how this guy is still in business. buyer beware dont bother with this scam artist. do yourself a favor and shop around. i buy all my stuff from ri(North american rest equipment).way cheaper than this scam artist. stand up guys with pure class. This old dinosaur gotta hang um up and stop acting like a gangsta.

Payal Murthy: If there was a zero star I would give it to them. Called them to take a look at our pizza oven, the guy showed up, stepped foot in the building said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it and left by himself. We get an invoice saying that we owe them money when they did nothing. I called to call the appointment and they still charged me. When I called to ask about the invoice politely the lady went off on me and hung up. This is ridiculous! This is how they test their customers! This is a shame!

There is Frank who is a local to the neighborhood, he used to work at the Cove but he has never had anything to do with Restaurant Superstore. Get your facts straight please my friend, you're making accusations about a person who doesn't exist.

Angus MacGyver: Love their danish in all the flavors! The eclairs are the best around with a nice dry pastry, sweet custard filling, and just enough chocolate ganache on top. Their other Swedish baked goods are great as well especially the pepparkakors.
Josh Wright: No frills here but yummy inexpensive breakfast food. Normal bakery stuff. Looks to be the sort of place where they know your name. I enjoyed a freshly cooked bacon egg and cheese on a bagel that was made to order.

David Lingner: Donuts, eclairs, rugelach, fig squares, and RUSK! We sat inside and enjoyed our eclairs with coffee, then took the rest home. Best rusks in Worcester, and probably anywhere. I've been to Helen's twice during my current visit to my old home town, and I hope to go one more time before I head back to the other coast.
Evan Porter: Bulkie rolls were like the good old days of Widoff's and Lederman's. Chocolate chip cookies and pizzelles were also excellent. Most importantly, the service was friendly and attentive.

There were also MANY bugs and flies in the case that the cookies were kept so I can only imagine how many germs were on them from the flies landing. But oh well!
