Good As Gold Coffee: what do users think?
John 3: I searched online for peppermint syrup for my coffee and wanted to make sure it was real. This place advertised like it had the best real ingredients but it is so so fake! It’s terrible. I got peppermint and hazelnut and you can’t even really taste anything. Frustrated, my girlfriend searched for one and found one on Amazon called simply syrups and it is absolutely amazing and you can instantly realize it’s real and taste the peppermint. Don’t buy from this place with their fake advertising and fake syrups.
Luke Jacobs: I ordered a very specific item in a very short time for hopeful delivery before Christmas. Am*z*n would’ve put deliver of the item in the new year, so that wouldn’t work. The great folks at Good as Gold got my ordered turned around VERY quickly and my item arrived 2 days before Christmas. Super grateful for the quick turnaround and great product! Thank you much!
frazee1: ordered my flavia coffee packs from here they shipped so fast and packaged wonderfully i will definitely be ordering from them all the time ! great service and fresh delicious coffee ☕️
Ron Largess: We have it at our store on hamilton st.everyone happy about flavor.thankyou
Mary LeMieux: We've been using this company for wholesale for our coffee shop, for 8 yrs. They have the best customer service, by far! Always accommodating and super fast shipping! Love, love, love!! 3
O L: Πολύ ωραίος καφές ποιότητα καλή εξυπηρέτηση.
danny stom: The best coffee Warehouse good quality
Rich Collins: Our cafe has been thrilled with our experience with Good as Gold Coffee. We own Root and Press, a cafe in Worcester MA. We met the Goldman family in late-April, 2019 for opening in May 2019. They helped us set up our whole operation, from the temperature of the water to the proper grind and weight of our brew. Customer service for any technical issues are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Delivery times are consistent. From a consumer standpoint, we have had nothing but rave reviews on our coffee. We use 4 beans, all of which are very consistent. People love our espressos (Espresso blend) and drip coffee (Tanzania Peaberry). Our customers have no complaints, and neither do we!
Tina Zannino: My customers will not drink any other coffee. And service is great....luv them
Scott Boyers: I am a longtime extremely satisfied and supportive customer of "Good As Gold". These guys are top notch in all aspects of their business practices. They go way beyond the call of duty. As a fellow small business I sympathize with with the frustration of having to deal with insecure people shouting out while hiding behind public social media sites. Its too bad you have to deal with this nonsense. By the way I love the historic building and what you've done to the reception area. Stay proud of the hard work you put in... Looking forward to many more years of working with you all.
Tammy Sgalia: I have been a customer of Good as Gold Coffee for more than 10 years. They have always been very customer friendly and provide the best service, from ordering to delivery. We recently received a cold brew system and they told me exactly what grind I needed for the coffee. My husband likes a strong roast cold brew, but I prefer a medium roast from a French press; Good as Gold carries it all. One stop shopping for all types of brewing systems.
Maria Richmond: Small business large enough to handle complex orders for an office full of diverse coffee and tea drinkers! We always get our questions answered, the deliveries come with a smile and the samples have led me to discovering a few new favorites. Exactly what you want in a vendor, and they are local family run and woman owned. Highly recommend!
Melinda Czub: Quirk Wire has been ordering our coffee and supplies from Good as Gold for years and we are always happy with the service - friendly, courteous, on-time, good value for money. We love to order from Good as Gold!
Patty Mascis: Great coffee system, awesome customer service. After researching many coffee systems for our workplace, I am so glad I found Good As Gold. Ordering is easy, delivery is prompt and the product has a great variety of coffees and teas to satisfy all. The machine is easy to use and very reliable.
Wendy Rose: I order coffee for my business. My office loves the coffee and the set up we have. No burnt coffee. Always a fresh pot. Delivery is consistently good and if we need something on an off day they are happy to accommodate our request. Great folks to work with.
john manning jr dc: Ha ha.. chuckling here as I read the ..errr.. "LYFT" driver's review. I know the business, the location, and have known the entire Goldman family -- personally and professionally for at least 25 years. There is a zero percent chance that this person's account is accurate. Good as Gold is an absolutely top notch, family-owned and operated local business. Fantastic people, coffee (including high-end coffee roasting operation), and service. In addition, they are very active in the community as well. The Good as Gold gang... really IS -- good as gold. Drink up! :)J. Manning
Hollie Joo: I have not been inside the establishment and after my experience I. The parking lot I never will. I am a ride share driver and I was here at this establishment picking up one of their customers. I was waiting in the parking lot for them to come out when who I believe to be the owner, came over to me telling me I’m not allowed to park in his parking lot. I explained to him that I am picking up somebody from inside this establishment and this is my point of pick up. I will be gone in two minutes. This man then told me I had to leave or else he was going to intentionally block me in. I was not blocking any exits or entrances, cars could come in and out safely as they pleased. The owner decided to keep arguing with me. When I pointed to the police officer sitting less than 50 feet away, I said you can go get him and he can ask me to leave, not you. He didn’t go get the police officer because he knew he was in the wrong. He then proceeded to rush to his car that he already parked to try and block me in. I told this man to leave me alone more than five times. He was harassing me for no reason. I told their customer that I was picking up there what happened and they said that they will not be returning there as he saw everything that happened. If there was another place for me to park I would have moved, however there was not. Such a rude man.
James Petrone: Good as Gold is a remarkable coffee that is not too strong, yet it has a wonderful bight that is as pleasant as fresh air.
Stephen Kaitbenski: Knowledge friendly and informative staff. I bought a 12oz bag Columbian whole bean and a 12oz bag of Sumatra dark roast also whole bean.
Susan W: The owners are friendly, the coffee, decaf and caffeine, is awesome, and service comes with a smile. So glad I tried it!
Jeffrey Plikunas: Great people with amazing coffee and everything you need to brew and store it !! But NOT open to the the public it's a whole sale company only

Acoustic Java Roastery & Tasting Room: what do users think?
Bill Keefe: Pulled off the highway on my way to MA after googling "best espresso in Worcester". Haven't tried the others but this place was well worth the detour! The cafe itself is really well-designed, warm, comfortable...great vibe. Service was first class and the espresso was really delicious. Wound up buying the beans, as well.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Ace Rothstein: Best coffee I’ve ever had …
Eliana Jreije: I usually really enjoy the coffee here but the service today was disappointing. Aside from the uncomfortable fake kindness of the barista, they got my coffee order completely wrong, which is fine, we all make mistakes. But I paid $8 for an avocado toast and got… this? Come on y’all.
Tamera Drozd: Wonderful coffee roaster tucked back in a historic building. They offer a variety of house roasted coffee beans (Mexico and Sumatra Gayo are my personal favorites).I had the opportunity today to also enjoy a latte and coffee crumble (cinnamon) muffin - both of which were quite good.As I spent the day working in their spacious side room, I also enjoyed lunch of a Turkey cheddar sandwich which was served on a hearty rustic bread perfectly toasted. A hot cup of lemon ginger tea and, later, Egyptian spearmint tea, rounded out my culinary visit! Will surely return!
Dan Phipps: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Ksenia Kolieva: Delicious coffee and great selection of beans to buy for home. I also tried seasonal special maple latte - yum! And lox bagel was incredibleRecommended dishes Pour over Java …More
Scott Rieder: Very, very poor service. Walked out before ordering. Barista never acknowledge us and he wasn't busy. He didn't even look at us while he prepared a pour over right in front of us. Then he helped the one customer that came in after us and still didn't look at us. We decided 10 minutes was enough time to waste in here.Service: 1/5 …More
Marc Williams: Always a great coffeeFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jadira B: Ordered the Peppermint Patty and Olive bread with whipped feta. It was delicious and I'm not even a fan of olives. The latte was perfect not overly sweet or minty.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Mario Whyte: You will not be disappointed here! Good, friendly service, hot chocolate is real hot, seating is good and the location, location, location is spot on!Parking: Good parking, just plan ahead on really busy days because that front parking lot will get pretty crowded.
J B: Roasted bean quality, selection, and freshness are all lacking. For calling themselves a “roaster” I was unpleasantly surprised by how little roasting they do. They have a table packed with a large variety of roasted beans. When I visited, many of these bags were over a month old and should have been tossed long ago.The Largo Espresso is an utter disaster. It’s oily and severely over roasted. 20 grams of ground Largo producing 30 grams in 30 seconds yielded a sour and acidic shot. On a positive note if you’ve been avoiding a full breakdown and cleaning of your grinder running this trash through will force your hand. They do offer another espresso blend but I wasn’t brave enough to try it as it was dated July and I was there in September.
Kim Kleine: Our favorite coffee in Massachusetts. Skip the baked goods and get a freshly made breakfast sammy.
Will Adams (TheWAdams): Great coffee and a super pleasant environment for working. Their large size is definitely large! Good value for the dollar at modern cafe prices. Awesome spot in Worcester.
Lily Montagna: I love this cafe! It has very much of a local, sustainable vibe to it. The staff are all very friendly, and the food and drink are delicious. There is a large space with books lining the walls through a set of doors from the drinks bar where you can get a quiet spot to do work or read. This is my go to coffee shop to get work done or for a little self care time.
Mary Ellen Woodside: Great coffee and nice selection of vegan cookies and muffins.
Raegen Harrold: As someone who is a coffee fanatic I always look for some good cafes. I found the acoustic Java located near the college and ended up finding this one after my fiancé got her hair done which is located in the same building. The coffee is SO good. The customer service is 10/10. They know your name, they converse and are always so nice. The food is also really good. If I could give this place more stars I would cause it is the best coffee in Worcester perhaps even Massachusetts.
Viena Bien: I visited Acoustic Java on a Monday afternoon which may explain my terrible experience there. It was completely empty when I came and started to look at their extensive menu and atmosphere. A few regulars came in and while I waited in line…and waited because chitchatting with regulars seemed like a priority. Then I asked some standard questions for which I got some vague passive aggressive answers and when I asked about what’s in a sandwich the barista just pulled out a menu and turned around to chat with regulars. No explanation, no recommendations, no small talk, less than subpar customer service. Then another barista proceeded to take an order from a person behind me in line at which point I just felt like a burden and left. The book selection was one you’d find at second hand stores, the art seemed overpriced, and the tea was hidden in a corner where they tried to sell you more overpriced things like shirts and bags. The chairs are all hard top so you won’t be comfortable here. But the music was good though!
Stephen Sycks: As great as this is, buy a pound of local coffee...get a free any size coffee! So worth it.
Emma Martin: This place is so cute and always good. The coffee and pastries are delicious. The employees here are very nice too. I went recently and had the most exemplary customer service from an employee named Kiernan. I was there with three young children and he made sure to underheat their hot chocolate. He also held the door for me coming in and carried my drinks out to my car for me. Go here for great coffee, atmosphere, and service.
M R: Really good coffee and a nice place to chill. Will definitely return when going through the area again.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes …More
emma leahy: Very nice atmosphere very kind and friendly staff

Bean Counter Bakery Cafe: what do users think?
Meredith Moga: Love this spot! I got my wedding cake here and it was delish and Alice was great to work with!We come in now for the great coffee and yummy pastries. Super cute decor inside and the staff are all very nice and friendly.
Dylan Martin: A classy, clean, and fresh cafe and bakery. Great for getting some work done. Excellent pastries
Joe Rosado: Got the oreo and one of there famous vanilla cakes and omg it's to die for
Kathy Gervais: THE MOST AMAZING , DELICIOUS, Jumbo Cupcake 's , Brownies, Bars and Swedish Coffee bread EVER. 10000 STARS Everything Is Soooo Good there. Thank You Alice !!!!
Joe Mangiameli: Nice quiet spot with good deserts and coffee
Janel H: Best bakery in the area!
Mama Jama: Poor customer service!I had been wanting to check this place out for some time and yesterday my dad asked me to go in and check it out. Everything looked amazing. Pricey, but everything looked good. I'm all about trying to support small business so I was willing to try it. My daughter ordered an oreo cupcake which was $7.50, a tad bit crazy but it was pretty good and i could see it required quite some time to make so i guess i understand, my dad ordered an eclair, he said he liked it but he didn't think it was worth the $7.50 price tag, I got the chocolate chip cookie dough something... lol, i thought it was pretty good, but then again, mine was only $4.My issue was when I ordered the raspberry elephant ear and the lady gave me the wrong item and then tried to tell me I didn't ask for what I asked for and then wasn't trying to give me the correct item. The elephant ear was put Into a paper bag, so I couldn't see what i was given, I only took it out a little bit, just enough to bite it because it's sugary and flaky and I was trying to avoid making a mess. I took one bite and then asked my daughter if she wanted a bite, she wanted to see it so I went to take it out the bag and that was when I noticed the lady gave me the wrong item, we were still standing in the restaurant at this time. Immediately I told the lady that she gave me the wrong item and she tried to tell me that I didn't order what I ordered and said she wouldn't give me the correct item because I had taken a bite out of it. I'm not one who likes to have someone try to talk to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I know what I ordered. Luckily there was another lady there, although she wasn't trying to fix the situation or happy about it, she did Eventually. If the customer service was better I would have given a 5 star review even though we weren't wowed for the prices. I would have given a 1 star if they didn't fix the situation. We probably won't be back, Especially not with the workers that were there yesterday.
Relaxedsoul: Clean store , I bought pastry and honestly wasn't the best I've had.
Dawn Morin (Auntie-Dodo): I ordered my daughter's 19th birthday cake from here, and we were all thrilled with the choice!I chose the White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse cake from their cake menu on the website. It was one of the best cakes we've ever had, and the raspberry mousse filling was sublime! The cake itself had delicious flavor and was moist. We didn't sit and stay in the cafe when we picked up the cake, but we would definitely go back to hang out there. It was spacious and clean.I also got an eclair for my husband when I picked up the cake. He said it was delicious!I would 100% get a cake from Bean Counter in the future.
Stephanie F.: The staff here aren't overly friendly and often have no idea what flavor or ingredients are in the items. Also, $5 for a Cake pop that was way undercooked. I used to love it here but, sadly I don't think I'll be back.
Robert Hill: Simply the best baked goods
Becca Corwin: Alice was so great to work with. The cupcakes we ordered came out perfectly.
Stephen Sycks: Love their 6 inch cakes...just the right size for a small family celebration
Jessica Auger: We had a Pumpkin and Vanilla cake from Bean Counter Bakery for our wedding and it was delicious! So many guests came up to us during and after the wedding to say it was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding before - and I have to agree! Highly recommend Bean Counter Bakery for any big events or to simply treat yourself!
Jackie S: I ordered the vegan Snowflake cake and was not satisfied at all. It was a waste of $91. As I was cutting the cake, the pieces flopped. The cake itself tasted like Duncan Hines artificial cake. Another thing, when I went to the Grove Street location to pick up the cake, the employee Angelica was absolutely wonderful. I felt badly for her that she was working by herself at the front counter while the boss and others were walking back and forth, not even trying to give her a hand.I also asked about the ingredients in a particular vegan dessert, asking about the cream, and was told by the boss that it is vegan based. Ingredients should be listed on the labels of the wrapped desserts. Telling me it was a vegan based cream is not the correct response. I will not go back again.
Bev Peña: We love all the baked goods we have tried. We're fairly new to Worcester and we consider ourselves food/bakery connoisseurs. We were so happy to find the local The Bean Counter. I have dropped in several times in the morning or later in the day to grab dessert for after dinner. BUT, this morning was my last attempt. I walk in, it's not busy in the morning which is a plus. The employees see me and then ignore me for almost 10 minutes each time. Nobody in front of me, or maybe 1 person ahead of me. There's always 2 people working, one will be preparing a beverage. This has happened 2 other times. Last evening, we decided to get dessert from Bean Counter, we checked the hours and saw that they close at 6pm on Sundays. We got there at 5pm, 2 other customers there as well. It was dark and door locked. There was a girl behind the counter mouthed "sorry". I am so disappointed. Acknowledge customers, if there are 2 or 3 in line, take orders and then go do your thing. Time to find a new place
Adam Ross: Fast and friendly service in a bright clean café setting. The sandwiches are great; fresh quality ingredients. The coffee is good but their flavored lattes make for a wonderful morning treat. A great place for a sit down chat in-between errands.
Labbe: Small place with good coffee but it gets very busy.
Force410: Bean Counter Bakery is our go-to for all delicious celebratory needs! Founder and owner Alice Lombardi takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the final products. We have never had a cake or cupcakes we did not thoroughly love and devour from her or her team at Bean Counter Bakery! Most recently, I ordered two custom cakes and cupcakes from them for my wife's surprise 30th birthday party. The goal was to have the sides of the cake look like my wife's childhood bedroom's wallpaper. Alice prioritized me with multiple phone calls to outline the pricing, review what is possible and what is not possible, and ensure our visions of what we wanted aligned. It was difficult because usually there is an in person consultation, but because of how far away I currently live (the party was being hosted in MA since my family lives there though), we could not do an in person consultation. Despite this, Alice worked with me (multiple times) by phone to ensure the cakes were exactly what I hoped for.And boy did she deliver! The sides of the cakes were immediately recognizable from my wife's old childhood bedroom, and the cake toppers were nicely done with printed photos of my wife as a newborn and on her actual 30th birthday pasted with white chocolate onto a mold of fondant for the topper. Unfortunately, the printer for printing the photos on the cake broke just the day before, so this was not possible, but Alice quickly called to inform me, and pivoted with the above idea at no additional charge! The cakes were spectacular, matching exactly what I had envisioned aside from the lack of printed photos on the cake (again, not within anyone's control as the printer broke just before the day of the party). The words written on the cake were delivered just as promised to celebrate my wife's big day, and the toppers were placed nicely to display her photos prominently. Alice even went the extra step to add clouds to the borders of the top of the cake at no extra charge since the printer broke! The sides of the cake were absolutely beautiful, and truly highlights the work that her and her team do at Bean Counter Bakery. Again, they matched the wallpaper from my wife's childhood bedroom, with ornate details including the phenomenal watercolor effect done with frosting, the fluffy buttercream clouds and swirls, and the beautiful faces of the sun and moon from the wallpaper! The faces were all done with buttercream too - no fondant! - and came out so accurately (not cartoonish at all in my opinion!).Plus, of course, the carrot and red velvet cakes were delicious!! The red velvet is uniquely its own creation at Bean Counter Bakery, and the carrot cake was nailed - two favorites of my wife's! Furthermore, all of this was done in a timely manner - all set and ready to go for pick up before the surprise birthday party.Everyone at the party, and most of all my wife, was impressed with the cakes. Even the staff at the venue were asking where the cake was from so they could take note and order from Bean Counter Bakery in the future. And I almost forgot to mention the cupcakes - WOW! To have such heaping gobs of edible cookie dough on top of these cupcakes was amazing. They should truly be a regular flavor offered at Bean Counter. Everyone was RAVING about the cupcakes thanks to that heap of edible cookie dough on top. We would definitely purchase these again should they be available.Overall, I would recommend Bean Counter Bakery every time asked about which bakery to go to for all cake/cupcake needs. The cost is reasonable (higher of course with custom orders and with more details and colors needed) given the quality of the products you receive.Alice and her team are outstanding, and please go check them out at their flagship site on Grove St in Worcester if you haven't already. They even have other baked goods and coffee there for a relaxing way to start your day. And trust me, you won't be leaving without a cake or cupcake! With warmest regards for Bean Counter Bakery,Javin
David M: Actually very good pricing.
Todd Church: Good treat, pastries, decent coffee . A little pricey for the coffee sizes . But I would recommend it .

Bean Counter Bakery Cafe: what do users think?
Lizzy: Delicious cupcakes and friendly staff
Tom Hul: Like someone else mentioned, they sell old baked items. Cupcake was awful.
John Finn: I like buying cupcakes and tarts here.
Herb Collins: I always enjoy my regular visits to the Bean Counter!
Tina Gorham: The cake was absolutely delicious and perfect! I ate a ton of it later that night and couldn't stop. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend
Kyle McFatter: Wonderful cozy little spot, a great way to start the day!I love this place! Plenty of fun tasty drinks, and nice breakfast options like bagel sandwiches or pastries. Also it's got a great atmosphere, nice for some quiet or a little chat with a friend. Great place!
Lisa Dobson: Tried the molten lava cake. I had to ask for it to be warmed. It was so good I have not photo to share! Next time lol.
Markos A: Is very good
Sheila Toro: I've been coming here for years. Never bad customer service A+ and always get the Al's Banana foster latte.... but today, it was cold when it was suppose to be a hot latte. Than the female with her acrylics on stayed biting her nails at the cash register , while I waited for my latte to be made by the guy. The guy noticed me waiting for my dessert that she forgot all about because she was distracted behind the counter doing maybe" texting"and nail biting.🤢Hope its better next time.
Kelsey Haggett: We used the Bean Counter Bakery for our GLUTEN FREE wedding cake! For the style, we wanted something classic and timeless, and they created exactly what we were hoping for. Alice was incredibly easy to work with and made the process simple for us. And then the best part - the cake was absolutely delicious. As someone with celiac disease, I wanted to be able to eat my own wedding cake, and the Bean Counter allowed me to do just that. When our guests saw me eating it, they couldn't believe it was GF, that's how good it was. I would highly recommend using them for a wedding cake! But I have also gone to the Bean Counter plenty for coffee and other GF treats, and it never disappoints.
Maliha Alma Marium: The frosting is too sweet. Not to mention, some of the frosting clearly shows that they are old pastry. Old frosting is sort of like playdoh, so you can understand that they do not take time to throw out old items. The coffee tastes horrible. When Starbucks tastes better than a coffee place, that coffee place is not worth going back to. Also, depending on who makes your hot chocolate the taste will vary drastically. Also, bad customer service and they do not follow instructions.
Izzy H: EDIT: I changed my rating due to management responding and policies being more clearly enforced. Since I reviewed this, the employees have immensely improved on allergy accommodations! they've also put a sign up about allergies which is appreciated.
Marilyn Perez: Excellent cake!! Delicious
Michael Lewis: Very good place for a great cup of coffee, way better than Starbucks.
Elizabeth Niejadlik Schauwecker: Favorite coffee shop and bakery in Worcester! Plus its allergy friendly! My friend with celiac disease can enjoy the gluten-free options. I'm lactose intolerant and love the dairy free options specifically the oatmeal whoppie pies. Anyways, in the area or not it's worth the stop in.
meghan tennant: Cute place to stop for breakfast or coffee
Gabriela Braga: The smoothies are fake powder and very sweet, but you get charged like you are getting the real fruit.
Sulena French: The food was outstanding I’ve ordered cakes tarts and luxury cupcakes everything was amazing great taste you can taste how fresh the fruit was it was the most healthiest delicious sugary thing I have ever ate
Wendy Cluff: It is totally worth a wait in line!!! Amazing coffee and pastry.
Tim Ryan: Pricey, but good quality
John Levasseur: Great coffee a d bake goods

W.B. Mason: what do users think?
Caroline Gaddy: I’m a 1st time buyer from this store.I paid 10 bucks for next day shipping. Very step given almost no one charges this fee anymore. 4 days later still not gotten my items. They were good enough to give me back my delivery cost but not really the point is it. Called customer service they said it was not even on the truck to be delivered even though it says will be delivered today.... IM STILL WAITING??? I called and canceled the order in the end fed up with the waiting. Would not recommend this company.
Christopher Dubeau: Fast and friendly. Everything a business could need.
David Stewart: 5 star very nice
Yaritza Beltran: Really nice and good costume services

Student Coffee & Vending: what do users think?
David Desrosiers: Only got two stars because A5 (party mix) at work is bussin’. Ended up buying my own at WB mason for $22 for a 40 pack. Anyway, they hardly ever come to my work to restock and the machines are always broke. Also they raised the prices because of gas prices 🙄Edit: down to 1 star just because they inconsistent
Dan Buendo: We have been working with Student Coffee & Vending for about 5 years now. They are great people to work with. Whenever we need something they are quick to respond!
Nicholas Seale: The Machine will just stop connecting to the network for credit cards, which is the most annoying thing about it. Sometimes it will throw a soda across the machine, but 95% of the time it will work without problems.
1995 Jaywil: Great variety but, your products in machines are overpriced. Also your machines at least 3/5 times drop my soda on outta the cup grabber thing or else you enter the coordinates I guess you could call them and the grabber moves to another spot and moves back to homing position rather than go to your selection and catch it and bring it.
