Sara Johnson: This is a great store. The owners are super nice and they have a lot of great products, from basic backyard bird needs to all the fun stuff. We got a metal heron for the backyard there and it's really good quality. Love it. They are apparently wildlife rehabbers also, so sometimes have squirrels about. It's a really great store to just browse at, but again, they have so many choices for backyard bird supplies.
Douglas Baldwin: Do you need bird-related goods? They probably have it here. We actually just came to watch the giant cuckoo clock. While waiting for it to sound, we looked around and enjoyed seeing all the items for sale. If I lived locally, I would be using this store to supply many of my outdoor bird feeding / watching needs. Staff was friendly.

Tony Jodice: This place is amazing. If you need a good pole for your bird feeders. They have the most sturdy poles I’ve ever seen. A great selector feeders as well. Their bird seed is also a great deal. May different kinds of bird seed for amazing prices.

John Drolet: We go here for our pet needs and never had a problem getting what we needed.
Sean Raleigh (whatsfordinner62): Shopped for a Betta fish. Very soothing area of the store with the waterfall sounds and easy and quick to find what you came for.
Basel Ghannoum: very unprofessional and understaffed. was trying to get a question answered in the aquatics department but the associate was helping someone else for 25 minutes and wouldn’t help the other customers. told the boy working the cashier and he gave a snarky response saying there’s nothing he can do about staffing issues and that the managers can’t do anything.. hopefully corporate sees this and improves employee staffing or asks their employees to not help one person for 25 minutes.

Stephen “Zeystev Vladimirovich” Smola: I thought it was very spacious until I realized it had multiple rooms for Grooming, adopting/rescue, and backroom. So with the small animals they were well taken care of. Fish had a variety to choose from. I recommend to check it out if you have any animal needs.
Cenia Otero: I've experienced racism and discrimination at this location. I try to go to the Northborough location now although it's 20 minutes away from where I live in Millbury. The customer service is top notch there.
Ethan Cole: When I go to buy new fish, I've done my research and know what I'm getting into. There's nothing I hate more than being interrogated by a teenage girl about my tank size and tank mates. Just sell me the fish.
jd88gtr 1: When i picked up my dog, they were yelling at another dog to be quiet....very lucky i have no proof that they were yelling at my dog prior, but what i do know is she was bleeding a bit during grooming which makes me infuriated and suspicious...Not happy. Not going back, and you should consider not going at all. North smithfield location never had that happen.

Christopher Agosti: Don’t go if you’re trying to use the self grooming. It “doesn’t have plumbing” but they will groom your dog for double the price? When I said no worker was very rude.

Sarah tavarez: Staff never wants to help customers, they are short tempered and no one seems to be on the same page about how things work. I have had to find my own products when asking for help locating things because no one wanted to walk us to the right area and help us. Between the grooming staff and the store staff, there's no quality customer service from what we have experienced, now multiple times. Vetco is AMAZING. unfortunately they're located in this location otherwise we wouldn't return.

Jeff H (houbs): went there and apparently saying hello isn't the way they want you to get their attention. I was 3-feet away from the young rude girl when I said hello twice and she either didn't hear me or was ignoring me (and I was the only customer in the fish department at that time, and she was probably on the phone but not sure) so the third time I said hello loud enough to be heard. After she helped me, she started telling me that's not the way to get someone's attention and said I was yelling at her, so that was my last time going there.
