Cody Towner: Amazing selection, the quality of fish is astounding. Since I've started stocking their fish in my store, my small business has boomed. Not sure why they have bad reviews from people who don't understand what a wholesaler is, but that's the world these days.Place is run by some insanely smart people, and the fish are all treated and healthy. killer magikarp: Out of the few years I've been in the hobby of fish and the care of them this is by far the best store the store was the cleanest I've ever seen the workes take so much good care of the fish and know alot of about the fish and they don't know they find someone that does or they help u look it up and find out best prices and best care I've ever seen between treating the water and making sure the fish aren't stressed im in lovw with the store
Nghia Nguyen: Lucky's aquarium has a lot of rare breeds that are not available in most chain stores. Of course, rare breeds will be a little higher in prices than most fish. But their general prices are very good. Prices have increased a bit due to COVID-19, but that's expected everywhere. My photos don't do any justice for Lucky's Aquarium. I had to create them from videos that I took, so they're not very clear. But at least there's something to show everyone. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

brandon faubert: What to say about Luckys Aquarium. First off, if you want to get fish for an aquarium and want to learn about the aquatic animals then check out Luckys. Hands down one of my favorite stores to visit. All the employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have in the store. The owner is one of the nicest kind individuals you will ever meet. They have a very wide variety of aquatic life. From local breeds of fish to some crazy tropical animals. They have a great section of live plants as well. It's also great to know that if there is something specific that I want or need for our tanks they will either have it or make a special order to get it. I love this shop. My wife and I go on our lunch break all the time and afterwards with my son. If you're interested in stopping by then do it. You won't regret it either. They are on the backside of the old red brick building on the first floor. Look for the bay door and you will see a sign for it. Enjoy one of my favorite stores to go to.

tabetha chase: I don't usually leave reviews but I feel I need to for this place as it exceeded my expectation. It is much smaller than I thought and the amount of fish is limited but I did go for the female betta and I was not disappointed. They have a great assortment of healthy and uncommon ones, Dylan was awesome and I took the 55 minute ride 2 weekends in a row just to get fish.

Westley DaMan: Great selection of fish and plants. Even had a assortment of stingrays which not many places carry. There were a few other fish also that I wasn't familiar with. There also were the more common fish as well which were priced well. Would definitely shop there again and can easily recommend them to other fish lovers. Unfortunately I held back a star because the place was extremely noisy. Not the subtle sound of lots of filters but some strange screetchy sound. It was quite loud in certain places. Not sure what it was but I have never heard such a racket at any fish store ever. It actually was bothering my ears at times. Other than that it was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The apistos are dead an the ram Dying, I have fish of the same Species I bought at another store and are doing fine. Thats alot of money for fish to die from one shop and others to live from a different shop. ( SAME FISH DIFFERENT STORES ). Look at the tail same thing happened to all 3 fish, Kind of disappointed. Update the ram is now dead all 3 fish from this store dead all others from a different store still alive an well.

Jeff H (houbs): went there and apparently saying hello isn't the way they want you to get their attention. I was 3-feet away from the young rude girl when I said hello twice and she either didn't hear me or was ignoring me (and I was the only customer in the fish department at that time, and she was probably on the phone but not sure) so the third time I said hello loud enough to be heard. After she helped me, she started telling me that's not the way to get someone's attention and said I was yelling at her, so that was my last time going there.

Zachary John: Great prices on everything. Picked up some aquarium supplies for my first reef tank and he gave me solid advice on cycling a marine aquarium. I came back and got a fist-sized wet live rock with pulsing zenia, mushroom, and Kenya's for almost nothing.He's got some solid freshwater and marine fish as well, all in great shape. I highly recommend this store for all things aquarium and will definitely be returning!Edit/Follow up:It's been 10 months and I've been able to ask him troubleshooting questions, ask for advice, and get trustworthy answers. If he doesn't have what I need, he either gets it or tells me where to find it. My dealings with him have been honest, friendly, and advised by years of successful reef keeping.

Vetco is AMAZING. unfortunately they're located in this location otherwise we wouldn't return.

Sean Raleigh (whatsfordinner62): Shopped for a Betta fish. Very soothing area of the store with the waterfall sounds and easy and quick to find what you came for.
Basel Ghannoum: very unprofessional and understaffed. was trying to get a question answered in the aquatics department but the associate was helping someone else for 25 minutes and wouldn’t help the other customers. told the boy working the cashier and he gave a snarky response saying there’s nothing he can do about staffing issues and that the managers can’t do anything.. hopefully corporate sees this and improves employee staffing or asks their employees to not help one person for 25 minutes.

Cenia Otero: I've experienced racism and discrimination at this location. I try to go to the Northborough location now although it's 20 minutes away from where I live in Millbury. The customer service is top notch there.

jd88gtr 1: When i picked up my dog, they were yelling at another dog to be quiet....very lucky i have no proof that they were yelling at my dog prior, but what i do know is she was bleeding a bit during grooming which makes me infuriated and suspicious...Not happy. Not going back, and you should consider not going at all. North smithfield location never had that happen.
