Viaxe Society: I have recently been purchasing worms from this store for my bearded dragon. Each time i bought worms from here, i noticed i was going through the worms more quickly than i should have been, and i wasn’t feeding my bearded dragon any more than usual. the last time i bought worms, i decided to count them when i got home. I bought two containers, and each container was supposed to have 25 worms in it. one container had 11, and the other only had 8. how is that acceptable? There is no need for such dishonesty in this world

Julianne Abbascia: Best dog daycare in worcester area. JL and his staff do a phenomenal job of getting to know the dogs and making sure they have a fun and safe day. Everyone is kind and down to earth and my dog absolutely loves going there. We would recommend fuzzy pants 10 times over to anyone who needs daycare for their pups. Their hours are also great and you don’t have to sign up before you drop your pup off. 12/10 all day.

Tina Tran: I have been going to Fuzzy Pants for a total of 6-7 years and never have I ever been disappointed until now. This is my second Pomeranian I started taking there I’ve recommended this place to so many friends too. Upon talking to the groomer, Jess, we agreed cutting too much of her hair could ruin her fur so we explicitly stated we didn’t want to “buzz-cut” her down and to only trim an inch off but to cut her bottom short. My boyfriend brought my dog in for me but I was on the phone when he got there to give instructions. Misu (my dog) had thick long hair before her appointment as you can see. FURIOUS is an understatement for how I felt when she was done with her grooming. Not only did she shave her down, doing exactly what we said not to do, it was uneven and awakened all over.I called the shop and spoke to the groomer to ask what happened. Jess at first said she tried to take only an inch off but her fur was so thick it was hard to make even. I asked why she didn’t call to consult me before doing the one thing we asked not to do. Jess stated that my BF said to shave her down, which was untrue since I was on the phone as well. Jess, if my bf only told you to shave it down, then why were you trying to take only an inch off? How did you know to do that if we apparently didn’t say it? The appointment also took nearly THREE HOURS when it’s normally less than 2. My poor puppy was so stressed when she got home, she was vomiting and exhausted for the remainder of the day. Jess was unprofessional and was not apologetic or taking responsibility for what she did. She then cut me off on the phone and passed the phone to the manager who apologized and refunded me. The money wasn’t what we cared about, I didn’t even ask for the refund. It’s the integrity of how the business was conducted.Seriously, just look at that before and after photo. How did you let that happen.

Daycare is a great value too, and dogs aren’t kenneled at any point during the day (unlike many other dog daycares.) Since the beginning, all of the staff have been incredibly kind and work really hard to take care of the pups. The staff have worked there for years and truly care about the well-being of the doggos. But I'm really writing this review because of Brianna. I absolutely adore her and so does my dog, Dalí! It's because Brianna treats and loves Dalí like her own and Brianna is more than compassionate. Dalí and I would go back just to visit her! I would highly recommend this sweet place :)

If you do decide to come here anyways document changes in your dog, and wash their paws as much as possible. I don’t know how In the world this place has any good reviews but a couple of questions around the dog community and you’ll find out for yourself this place is awful.

So with the small animals they were well taken care of. Fish had a variety to choose from. I recommend to check it out if you have any animal needs.

Cenia Otero: I've experienced racism and discrimination at this location. I try to go to the Northborough location now although it's 20 minutes away from where I live in Millbury. The customer service is top notch there.

jd88gtr 1: When i picked up my dog, they were yelling at another dog to be quiet....very lucky i have no proof that they were yelling at my dog prior, but what i do know is she was bleeding a bit during grooming which makes me infuriated and suspicious...Not happy. Not going back, and you should consider not going at all. North smithfield location never had that happen.

Corinne Winston: Poisoned my kitten with their "all life stages cat food" an associate assured me was safe for kittens. Lead to my kitten vomiting and having diarrhea, needing to go the the ER, and a $500 bill with the vet confirming that food was not safe for kittens, and most "all life stage" food is not kitten friendly. Went to return the food, asked to speak to manager to let him know what just happened, he was extremely dismissive and said it was probably just something wrong with my kitten. Got a mostly sarcastic toned "sorry that happened," that's it. My poor baby is shaking, spent the day in the ER needing to be hooked up to an IV for fluids and getting blood drawn because of your food, and now won't even be able to eat for the next day and then has to be on a plain diet for the next 3-5 days with antibiotics, and THAT'S your response? Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
