PAUL ANDERSON: This morning my daughter's bus driver didn't let her on the bus because she had a tea cup in her hand when she returned to my car to give me the cup turns around to go back to the bus the driver turned of his crossing lights and started to drive off while my child was in the middle of the street then stopped to Argue with my child while as the parent is sitting there then looks at me and says now you drive her to school and drives off leaving her in the middle of the road I have tried to call the bus service and no one will answer the phone think I'll just go to the police to report the incident

Doreen Crisafi: Terrible!!! Buses were supposed to arrive at hotels for my daughter’s wedding and they NEVER showed up. My son in law spoke with them a couple nights before and all sounded good. When they didn’t show up the night if the wedding we left several messages wondering if they were coming! No one called us back!We all had to scramble and get into cars and we all missed some of the cocktail hour! I would NOT recommend this company for an event at all!!!Terrible business!!!

My understanding of the event was he was left at the stop, in the rain, trying to find his mask in his bag. Students on the bus were offing extra masks but driver would not allow it. I am a mask supporter but these are children trying to get to school. Masks are required but there will be times when they forget. Buses should carry spare masks just like many businesses do today. Why can't students on the bus offer extra masks to other students in this situation? Where is the business flexibility here? Why don't you answer your phones? Where is the common sense?

Dr. Dreama Sloan-Laney: The safety of the children is the last on the list of this company. Constant turn over. Buses are either 15 minutes early or 20 minutes late in the morning. In the evening I have had times where the bus was over 1.5 hours late. Why Worcester continues to contract with this company is beyond me. Our tax dollars should not be funding such a poorly run company that cares nothing about our children!

Outrageous for patents, grandparents and guardians to have to wait also this is a four corner st. Busy time of day very dangerous for kids to be exiting a bus...every day still bus is not on time ...never same bus number wich is not safe for parents . Inconsistency is no way to provide a bus service to ppl at a 4 corner bus stop in the elements. Quinsigamond needs to get another contract or parents need to call. This construction on the streets in Worcester is ridiculous, there is never and end and they started way to late this year !

Jose Figueroa Sr.: This is a ongoing issue with buses at this stop and many others. You have a Class A or B license with passenger endorsement this means you have to follow regular driving laws and then other precautions as well to ensure the safety of the kids you transport. Going around cars to get in front of them or stopping on the left side and between 2 other buses to drop off kids is not a safe thing to do. Never mind the part that you are blocking the opposite side of traffic while you do this. Then the bus company never answers their phone, picks it up and hangs up or it’s off the hook so it sounds busy. Yes off the hook because I have gone in to complain and that’s exactly what is going on with the phone in your offices.....

rockthatt: Very unsafe driving habits. Driver merged onto a 65 Mph Highway doing 35. Even though he had a long ramp he made no attempt to speed up to merge safely. 18 wheeler had to swerve out of the lane to avoid hitting him. Driver then continued to drive at 40 mph in a 65 mph zone while on the phone. Tried calling the office but they never answer their phone. No regard to public safety or the safety of the children on the bus. I would never want my child under their care on a roadway.

The bus first started coming a little late, now it’s getting later and later as the days go on! My poor kids are outside in the cold and rain waiting 30+ minutes for their bus and half of the time we end up driving them ourselves! Unacceptable.

Was then told by both customer care and a worker at the desk that their systems can’t keep up with how many tickets they sell and it tends to “oversell”. And they also go by a “first come, first serve” basis (as in whoever shows up first gets on the bus first) Due to their inconvenience the best thing they’ve offered me was an apology and a change of bus time (which I did not want for a specific reason). I was even denied a refund because of strict non-refundable policy. I will never be riding with Peter Pan again.

They left me STRANDED IN Worcester!They cancelled the 7:30 PM bus and NEVER contacted me. They requested a phone number while using the auto ticket machine in South Station, then NEVER contacted me to say, "You're the ONLY person on the schedule for that time so we CANCELED it"....It took FOREVER to get thru the customer service for info and THEN the customer service rep I dealt with WAS SO FN RUDE AND IGNORANT!!!Because they left me STRANDED, I had to pay $11.50 MORE to take the public MBTA purple line to Boston. And because it took so LONG to get thru to the customer service rep who LIED to me on the phone, I missed the 8:00 pm train to get me to Boston in time to get the last 11:00 pm Boston Express bus to NH.I got to Boston at 11:05 PM! I missed the Boston Express bus by FIVE MINUTES which then FORCED ME spend the night in the train station. The next Boston Express wasn't until the NEXT DAY at 6:00 AM!I filled out the REFUND FORM with a PP/GH employee once I got to South Station since I paid for a ROUND TRIP but ONLY GOT A ONE WAY ride.TO DATE, (2 1/2 yrs later)...I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!! I HAVE NEVER USED THIS PISS POOR BUS COMAPNY SINCE, AND I NEVER WILL!!! I ALWAYS ride the MBTA now to get from Boston to Worcester. It may take longer to get there and back, BUT THE MBTA IS RELIABLE unlike Peter Pan/Greyhound.... AND it's CHEAPER!

I had one foot in and out of the van he didnt even bother to ask all the passengers if they needed medical attention. He paid the driver of the other car less than $200, although there was substantial damages. Did not even call the police or report it. Rude and unprofessional customer service.

Multiple people have told me about the terrible customer service this company has and man where they right. I booked for a 9am trip to then be told that my name was never on the list resulting in me getting left stranded. The dispatchers there are disrespectful, theyll speak to you with an attitude. Id rather stand on a side of a highway pointing back towards the road in hope someone stops for me rather than use this company. Absolutely terrible

Espirito Domingo: I highly discourage doing business with this transportation company. They are very unprofessional and disorganized. I am basing this review not only on my personal experience with them but also other people who I know have taken them. On top of being disrespectful to their their customers, they are also discriminating to other people who are not of their demographic or ethnicity. Given that the company is run by Strictly Dominicans, they have very little tolerance for people of other races and treat you horribly if you are say, black or if you don’t speak Spanish. Was I to go into the details of their treatment to me, I would write an entire essay. However in short I can say that in my experience with them, they put money over human beings and customer satisfaction. Once when I registered with them for a trip, they were so disorganized that they failed to have me on the list and were full thus I was unable to travel. In addition to this one of their drivers disrespected me and di humanized by asking me if I would sit in the back of the truck where the packages are. This may sound exaggerated but it’s the truth and it’s my experience with this company. If you don’t believe me, take them and you will see for yourself.

After a no show no pick up on Friday March 6 2020, I sent a reasonable text to the owner and she responded with giving me my money back and saying that starting this week (tomorrow) I should contact another company to pick up my daughter.The school had told my husband when he picked up my daughter that this company is constantly late and that we should know considering we are paying all this money.On top of this when I first signed my daughter up the price that was negotiated and agreed upon. Then a couple weeks later it was changed and after that it was changed again in October.NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY..! Search for others.

I absolutely love the service— my drivers have always showed up early, gotten me to my destination on time, and have clean cars. They are all great people and the service is also the cheapest option for students hoping to get to Burlington. I would definitely recommend them as an awesome service.
