Always on time, courteous, and so helpful! The drivers we have had are so considerate and the staff we have dealt with on the phone are so accommodating. It can be stressful to arrange transportation for a loved one and have to trust that they are being treated with care but we have always felt comfortable using Your Ride. Julie S: I've used Your Ride on multiple occasions in the past to get my Dad to and from medical appointments. The service they provide is consistently prompt, courteous, professional, and pleasant. Their drivers are safe and capable, and the price is reasonable, unlike some other services we tried in the past where we were overcharged.I was reminded yesterday of just how great Your Ride is, when we had to wait an hour for pickup after a doctor's appointment, using a different wheelchair van service which was arranged by the nursing home where my dad is a resident currently. We never had to wait around that long with Your Ride, and I emailed the care coordinator at the nursing home this morning to request that they use Your Ride for all Dad's appointments, going forward, rather than using that other company again.
Karen D: This company is amazing! Twice now they have come through for my family in a very big way. Mom is in a nursing home and they typically arrange transport when she needs a wheelchair van. Yesterday she had a very important early treatment at the hospital. Unfortunately no one had arranged transport so I called Your Ride - at 6:00AM - and they picked up Mom by 6:45! Their vans are very clean and comfortable, their drivers are incredibly kind and professional, and their office schedulers are also very kind and so helpful. They picked her up right on time 6 hours later and I couldn’t thank them enough.Last year they came through for a family party when a different van service (arranged through her insurance) didn’t show up to bring Mom to my house. Again, I had called last minute, on a Sunday, and Your Ride responded immediately! They were at my house with Mom in under an hour from when I placed the call :) I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will use Your Ride from now on!

They are prompt, courteous, and always respectful of my Mom's needs and physical limitations.They've gone the extra mile when we need special requests (i.e., going to two different locations on one outing).The time we weren't sure which Blood Draw/Lab Location we needed to visit at St. V's (I guess there are 4 Labs there), they were patient and polite while we figured it out.We couldn't manage transporting her by ourselves, so we are extremely grateful that we can use this service for our Mom. They have been on time and extremely professional. One of the drivers (Sadique) took my mom to her 90th birthday party and waited around a little longer since she was the guest of honor. Mildred Associates: If you are assigned this company CANCEL. Unless you like being disrespected by rude drivers when they arrive 50 minutes late! I only wish a zero stars rating was possible for this totally unprofessional outfit.
K Fund: Without a doubt THE most unprofessional and unreliable outfit I have encountered in quite some time. It was no fluke either as have used them twice and both times caused appointment to be canceled since they were more than 45 minutes late in both instances. Even called ahead of time to confirm driver was on time and they said yes and he shows up 50 minutes after that

Irish Jake: Extremely aggressive female driver. She doesn't speak English well (she yelled some kind of indecipherable profanity out her window). Judging by her total disregard for motor vehicle laws, I'd assume she can't read or comprehend roadway signs. She doesn't obey speed limits. She doesn't know how to approach or properly negotiate a rotary. She was all over the road as if distracted by her cellphone. Hopefully the only person she kills out there, is herself.
