Wyatt “TheRealMrSleeves” N: Absolute trash. We reserve a limosine to go to Elton John and they arrived with a regular suburban, NOT A LIMO. Driver started making excuses and reasons why it was okay, but not what we ordered at all. Driver was on time, but he was horrible. Couldn't drive smoothly to save his life, I'm surprised we didn't get pulled over on the way home with how much swerving he was doing, definitely couldn't see the road well at all. Additionally, when we called Joey about the limo, he immediately argued that we got what we ordered, even though it was NOT a limosine, no passenger divider, nothing. Just a normal Suburban. On their website they list the Suburban as "airport transportation" not a limo. Absolutely fraudulent representation of the services we ordered, and incredibly frustrating that the owner doubled down. Finally, the driver never gave us his number and we had to call the company at 1130pm to find out his cell number since we didn't know where he parked. Overall, incredible poor experience. Do not use these guys, the owner will go out of his way to cheap out.

I called for a quote for a wedding a few months ago the person I spoke was very snippy.I called back this week and they guy was super rude he said “ You called two times already I remember your voice” which is not true I did not call twice and if I had gotten a quote the first time I may have missed placed it with everything I am doing with planning a wedding. Still no need to be snippy or rude about anything. I’ve called a few places I’ve prob already called but they have not spoke to me like this person did.. NO thank you
Sandy Goldstein: We recently used Joey's service with a large party bus. The bus itself was great, very clean, new and had alot of storage, blue tooth, coolers, etc. However the service from the driver was awful. He showed up annoyed and rude and it did not get any better throughout the 8 hours of service. Unfortunately the lack of customer service put a damper on a great celebration. Back in January a elderly man driving a Joey's white van with elementary school students for passengers decided to squeeze the van where it didn't fit scratching my car while parked the elderly driver got out the van insulted me throwing a Joey's business card at my face . After months of no call backs from them now they decide to lie to the insurance company filing a claim against me stating i was driving on the wrong side of the street yeah oookkk the car wasn't even on thankfully there are countless witnesses both parents and teachers..

The bus picked us+bridal party up at the hotel, drove us to a couple off-site locations for pictures, and then dropped us off at the venue for the wedding. Wayne, our driver, was amazing. He was so professional, caring, easy-going, and kept everything on track for the day. He was early, prepared for everything, and made sure we safely got to all of our stops on time. Xavier Matthews: If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a cab out in Wellesley mass. After waiting 1 hour patiently after being told 12 mins. I called and asked hey where is my cab? And they told me he was there at main st in Worcester ma. I called back the company and asked what happened they were rude to me as it was my fault and just said well we don’t know what happened and hung up in my face. After I called back multiple times! Trying to get them to help me with sending another cab at least! they even wouldn’t answer me back. Worst cab service please reconsider. I beg of you. Literally trying to save you your peace time and energy these people are the lowest of the lowest. (The pic is me in an Uber which took 7 mins to come and actually did! They did not lie or make a mistake! Sticking with Uber from now on. (I hope I could save somebody’s day)

They charge all different prices for the same stops/dropoffs. They seem to charge according to what your community or home looks like! But the absolute worst was that he drove like a maniac! Going 55mph on regular streets! It was one of the scariest rides I've ever had. Then he had no idea what the fare was, so he just comes up with $20!!! Uber was only $12.50! Never ever again would I use this service or recommend them!

Chester St., you see these drivers like many other drivers see this roadway as a shortcut from Grove St. to Salisbury St. The thing is like many other neighborhoods W. Chester St. actually has children that live along it, and school bus stops, an occasional dog or cat that crosses it and a speed limit of ONLY 30 MPH!This is a residential street not the Indy 500 Race Track. Wish this area of town was actually patrolled and tickets written!!!!! There's my 2 cents worth.
