PAUL ANDERSON: This morning my daughter's bus driver didn't let her on the bus because she had a tea cup in her hand when she returned to my car to give me the cup turns around to go back to the bus the driver turned of his crossing lights and started to drive off while my child was in the middle of the street then stopped to Argue with my child while as the parent is sitting there then looks at me and says now you drive her to school and drives off leaving her in the middle of the road I have tried to call the bus service and no one will answer the phone think I'll just go to the police to report the incident

Doreen Crisafi: Terrible!!! Buses were supposed to arrive at hotels for my daughter’s wedding and they NEVER showed up. My son in law spoke with them a couple nights before and all sounded good. When they didn’t show up the night if the wedding we left several messages wondering if they were coming! No one called us back!We all had to scramble and get into cars and we all missed some of the cocktail hour! I would NOT recommend this company for an event at all!!!Terrible business!!!

Richard Cahill: My neighbor's 12 year old son was left at a bus stop this morning because he was not wearing a mask. My understanding of the event was he was left at the stop, in the rain, trying to find his mask in his bag. Students on the bus were offing extra masks but driver would not allow it. I am a mask supporter but these are children trying to get to school. Masks are required but there will be times when they forget. Buses should carry spare masks just like many businesses do today. Why can't students on the bus offer extra masks to other students in this situation? Where is the business flexibility here? Why don't you answer your phones? Where is the common sense?

Dr. Dreama Sloan-Laney: The safety of the children is the last on the list of this company. Constant turn over. Buses are either 15 minutes early or 20 minutes late in the morning. In the evening I have had times where the bus was over 1.5 hours late. Why Worcester continues to contract with this company is beyond me. Our tax dollars should not be funding such a poorly run company that cares nothing about our children!

Outrageous for patents, grandparents and guardians to have to wait also this is a four corner st. Busy time of day very dangerous for kids to be exiting a bus...every day still bus is not on time ...never same bus number wich is not safe for parents . Inconsistency is no way to provide a bus service to ppl at a 4 corner bus stop in the elements. Quinsigamond needs to get another contract or parents need to call. This construction on the streets in Worcester is ridiculous, there is never and end and they started way to late this year !

Jose Figueroa Sr.: This is a ongoing issue with buses at this stop and many others. You have a Class A or B license with passenger endorsement this means you have to follow regular driving laws and then other precautions as well to ensure the safety of the kids you transport. Going around cars to get in front of them or stopping on the left side and between 2 other buses to drop off kids is not a safe thing to do. Never mind the part that you are blocking the opposite side of traffic while you do this. Then the bus company never answers their phone, picks it up and hangs up or it’s off the hook so it sounds busy. Yes off the hook because I have gone in to complain and that’s exactly what is going on with the phone in your offices.....

rockthatt: Very unsafe driving habits. Driver merged onto a 65 Mph Highway doing 35. Even though he had a long ramp he made no attempt to speed up to merge safely. 18 wheeler had to swerve out of the lane to avoid hitting him. Driver then continued to drive at 40 mph in a 65 mph zone while on the phone. Tried calling the office but they never answer their phone. No regard to public safety or the safety of the children on the bus. I would never want my child under their care on a roadway.

The bus first started coming a little late, now it’s getting later and later as the days go on! My poor kids are outside in the cold and rain waiting 30+ minutes for their bus and half of the time we end up driving them ourselves! Unacceptable.

Jane Duggan: Reuben was late. He went to the wrong address which made us 1/2 hour late for appointment. Thankfully dr’s office still took my dad for the appointment. He called nursing home and said he didn’t get paid so he was going to leave us there.( He had asked me about the check and I told him my husband had the check in his wallet. My husband had gone inside.)Which caused the nursing home to contact another family member which caused undo stress on us. And then he only drove in the passing lane on the pike and almost got hit because he slowed way down and then tried to cut in front of a tractor trailer at the last minute for the exit. And he used his phone while driving. Wouldn’t use him again.
