Chris Laporte: I have volunteered at Catholic Charities for a few years. The staff and volunteers in the Food Pantry work very hard to provide families and individuals with food and other necessities. They are respectful and pleasant to clients. At times they also must deal with clients who have unrealistic expectations of the assistance Catholic Charities can provide, or who rudely park in the Fire Lane, blocking access to the elementary school next door.Catholic Charities is truly caring for God's people.
Anfer Adames: Is a good food pantry, Maritza is the best person!!

Veterans Inc.: what do users think?
Anthony Rounsaville: I can only really speak of the Worcester location. The staff really care and work hard to help the vets here. It is a far better environment than any other shelters out there. They focus on getting the vets into their own places as they have a "housing first" policy. They did have an issue when I first arrived with staff not really helping people get back out on their own. They did address this by cleaning house on the staff side and it made a world of difference. Since that time, I have seen 2 or 3 people get back into their own homes every week.I am only knocking off a star because the food is absolutely horrible.
Robert Panczyk: I lived at. Vinc for 8 mouths its a great place to get your life in order loved it thete
J J Conlon: Heart and soul goes into serving veterans and the community at large.
GoofyApeGaming: So much help for veterans
Piss “P” Sah: I worked at Veterans Inc - lots of shady stuff going. #1 Lack of legit homeless vets. Where’s the money going?
Jose Munns: Called asked for help but they don’t offer help in “our” zip code so they gave me a Illinois medical center phone number(not sure why).
RL W: I called to volunteer for thanksgiving, because as a veteran, this is the first year I've been, because alone my daughter and granddaughter had to move to Florida for work.Unfortunately the person that answered the phone was as cold as ice. I had to ask him 3 times is this a recording, because his tone was so bland and robotic. I wasn't being sarcastic, I honestly couldn't tell if it was a real person.I've done a bunch of 5k races for Veterans Inc., but if this is how they actually help veterans; I've done my last race with them.
T. Wright: Give them a call and ask how many veterans they’re housing right now. About a week ago it was ten & now it’s zero. One of them is a Vietnam vet in the early stages of Alzheimer’s. They kicked them out on the streets with no warning. I can’t believe places like this receive donations. They only care about profit.
James Hale: I dont know why Vincent Perrone and Denis Leary decided to shift focus from actually caring about veterans to program expansion and profits. As a disabled Veteran with a medically required Service-dog(Marley-Doo) I never imagined being discriminated agianst due to a disability. Imagine the horror and trauma of being neglected and rejected from your veteran family when your biological family moved away or died ? Alone during the holidays and struggling not to become another statistic to suicide, crime and homelessness....shame on them.
JR Jorgenson: This place does not help all veterans they promote favoritism and most of the staff don't care and have no military background whatsoever! My laptop, clothes, shoes and meds were stolen. I caught the individual and he punched me for confronting him and I was kicked out for trying to get my things back and defending myyself.
Shirley Mullen: Very friendly and supportive group. Felt that closeness that I felt when I was in the Navy. Have alot of information I wasn't aware of
Khuong Nguyen: Beautiful place that veterans can call home!
Rodney Moore: Jess will help you
Michael Pavao: They have been there to help both myself and my wife who are both veterans. It is great organiation and they hold the standdown in June which coordinates volunteers and companies who support veterans into one of the greatest days of the year. We are both eternally grateful for their support.
Larry: Beautiful building down at the ground level. If you go upstairs to the dorms however it is a dump. The bathrooms were filthy, and the rooms were just filled with as many beds as they could possibly stuff into them. It was in the winter when I found myself homeless, it was cold outdoors, but I left the place and opted to live out of my car.
Chuck Fegan: Looks may be decieving don't be fooled by the name or the business. In life it's not what you do it's who you are and how you treat others.
Robert Davis (Bob): A life saving stay, when times were tough.
Colleen Chickering: I've spent hundreds of hours doing volunteer work and 2 family members have relied on the"services"
Scott Liptak: After a tour of duty at Soldier On (Leeds) and Court St. (Boston) I can say, with conviction, that Veterans Inc. is the cream of the crop. Ownership and staff are highly approachable with any concerns whether it be housing, addiction or a busted toilet seat. Be mindful that the Grove St. property has 90+ gentlemen with 90 personalities and all sorts of individual problems. Veterans Inc. has multiple properties throughout New England and two others in Worcester and Shrewsbury. These are quite drama-less and can afford you a more private setting.Best,Scott Liptak
Paula Cipriano: After relocating from Massachusetts here to Connecticut, my fiance ,who's a disabled Marine Veteran, was in need of assistance with a security deposit in order to move into a place of his own. With time running out and a real threat of homelessness facing Tom, I was directed to Veteran's Inc for potential help. This in turn put Tom and I in touch with a man named Matthew Colson. After too much time having to depend on",The system", we assumed we were in for a long drawn out procedure with potentially no results. Needless to say we were amazed when not only did Matthew keep in constant contact with us,but with time to spare he was able to provide the assistance Tom needed and, better yet, has since checked in on the situation to ensure that we were doing well and to see if there was anything else he,or Veteran's Inc, could do.Never have either one of us had such a painless, drama free experience such as this. So, thank you Veteran's Inc for your much needed assistance in preventing another veteran from homelessness. And, mostly, thank you, Matthew Colson for coordinating things easily for us.We are forever indebted to both!Sincerely,Thomas J. Corning & Paula
Mr & Mrs Sharp: Great place and amazing building. They are doing the best they can to help veterans with anything they may need!

Pawsitively 4 Pink: what do users think?
Linda Hicks: We cannot thank Pawsitively 4 Pink enough for all they did for my sister. We both had saved a Facebook post for a vendor fair at Brickstone Restaurant this summer and P4P was there. My sister went over and chatted for quite awhile, little did I know she had discussed her cancer journey and they ended up assisting her with market gift cards to start then continued to help her financially through the year. Unfortunately my sister passed away after Christmas and after and one hell of a battle. Pawsitively 4 Pink was a bright spot in the last few months and i cannot express my gratitude enoughLinda Hicks
stephanie wilga: There will never be enough words of thanks for all you did to help my mom. She fought a long hard fight and you were truly a bright light for her. Thank you
Nicole Heney: This organization went above and beyond for my mom Barbara Heney. She met them over the summer and it was the best chance meeting that could have happened. Through the last few months they’ve offered financial support, emotional support, they checked in, they made it a personal experience. There are a lot of organizations for breast cancer, and my mom battled for nearly 13 years, this organization was the only one that ever directly impacted her, the only one to really know her and help her directly. Our family is so thankful and I know my mom was too. She recently lost her long battle and the support from this organization has still been ongoing. I’m very thankful she found them in these last few months.
360 Fiesta Photobooth: We had the honor to be in one of the events in Pawsitively,Its mind blowing how much positively we saw in all the staff, we look forward to keep sharing more moments! They do great things and helps great people, they are a charity worth raising money for,
Kelly Ann McCarron: I have living with breast cancer since 2019, and brain cancer since 2021. It has been the most challenging event of my life. When Michelle and her team learned of my situation, they responded in a compassionate, dignified, and life-altering way. I needed assistence with maintaining the vehicle I use to get to appointments- because of Pawsitively 4 Pink I now have a safe vehicle. Michelle reached out to me personally to offer rental assistance so I could refocus my finances. This organization has been a godsend to me. I am humbled by and deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support I have received. They show on a personal and professional level personalized support in a truly safe and caring environment. I could tell Michell was genuinely concerned for my well-being. As a result of the assistance I've received, my stress level has been lowered, and I can focus on my health and recovery. Thank you and God bless you all for the magnificent work you do. I will forever keep you in my prayers.
Joseph Kupstas: Pawsitively4Pink is an amazing organization that truly and honestly helps women in need at a very stressful time in their life's My companies have been sponsors of many events and everyone that works with the organization is great. The founder of P4P is an amazing person and with a lot of organization out there you will not fine a more dedicated person
Paola Sacco: I had just completed breast radiation when I was introduced to Pawsitively 4 Pink. My anxiety was off the charts and speaking to Michelle was like talking to an old friend. I was not working during treatment and was pretty embarrassed because I have never been one to ask for help. Michelle went above and beyond what I expected. I always tell my children you can never have to many angels around you, thank you Michelle for being one of mine, I hope to one day pay forward the generosity you extended to me.
Christina Mossey: Pawsitively4pink has been such a beneficial source for me during my time of DMX surgery and now during chemo treatment. I truly do not know what I would have done without this help.Michelle is so sweet and responsive in communications together, and what she and this organization does for woman, is truly beyond what words can express!! A million thank you’s :)
TRICATERAL INDUSTRIES: What an amazing organization. This charity has helped countless women who have been struck down with breast cancer and are worried about having shelter and food while they go through their treatments. I can't say enough good things about P4P, they are true angels.
Wendy Blye: I found my experience very positive. Michelle was very understanding and compassionate. There is no judgement with whatever path you choose for your recovery
Anne S: I have been working with P4P on marketing, and working with Michelle is one of the best parts of my day! She is truly a bright soul and the support, love, and hope she offers the women she serves is unlike anything I have seen in other organizations. Michelle puts everything she has into this organization and makes sure that every single woman she helps feels seen, heard, and cared for like they are members of her own family. She is positive and joyful and my catch-up meetings with her always leave me in a great mood with a skip in my step. She is truly inspiring!
pauline gallant: Pawsitively 4 Pink is an “awesome” nonprofit organization that gives financial aid to underserved women who are fighting breast cancer. I have met some of these women and can attest to their gratefulness for the financial relief provided by P4P during a most difficult time in their lives. I personally am acquainted with the founder & president of this worthy organization and am in awe with the hard work & endless hours that they pour in nonstop to make it successful. Hopefully with the generous support of caring individuals & businesses through donations and attending fundraising events, it will continue to grow bigger & better in the future ♥️
melissa laprade: Pawsitively 4 Pink was an amazing blessing for me during my battle with breast cancer! Michelle Powers and P4P helped me tremendously through the dark time cancer brought to my life. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was facing surgery, radiation and chemotherapy treatment. You always think you can count on the people in your life for support and understanding but anyone that has gone through cancer knows thatsometimes you get a bit disappointed.I was sick and struggling to survive as I could not work and it is not as easy as people think to bounce right back into a "normal" life and routine but Pawsitively 4 Pink was there for me with support and understanding. By the Grace of God I found P4P and I am very, very grateful for this organization and I can not thank Michelle and Pawsitively 4 Pink enough for helping me until I could get back to life.Melissa L.
Leonel Genao: I give thanks to God for P4P- for the aid and grand support we have received from this organization. Thanks to Michelle for being there during this tough process that my family and I are going through. The help that P4P has provided has ensured that my family continues to have a roof over our heads. May God continue to bless every person involved with P4P- people who truly make a difference.
Bitadni Genao: In midst of my process I met Michelle- an angel that God put in my path. Her help has been so very important to my family. I don't have words to express my gratitude with P4P. My family and I have been through tough times- but with my faith and the unconditional aid from P4P we continue to fight on thanks to the efforts of P4P for helping people like myself. I urge everyone to make a difference and support this beautiful organization.
Lola Gnao: If someone in your life has been diagnosed with cancer, only you know how stressful it is for themselves and for everyone around them. I am eternally grateful for everyone that works for and with P4P. Thank you for working with my mom and with my family- we love you all so much and thank you for all of your efforts. Thank you Michelle for always checking in with my mom and for being an angel. I hope this organization grows so we can continue to help families like my own!
D Theo: Great nonprofit organization that you can get behind, whether as a donor or a recipient. It fills a gap that exists for low income, underserved women. The president is personally involved with all women, from the beginning to the end of services. I find this personal touch to be invaluable, as opposed to working with a large nonprofit where you can get lost in the system. What I also love about this nonprofit is that they acknowledge that there is no "one size fits all" to treatment and needs. They listen to your concerns and work with you to make sure their support addresses key aspects of recovery. Great people, great organization!
Don P: Not only does P4P have an amazing mission and vision, they are absolutely wonderful to work with. Their team is thoughtful, insightful, supportive, and passionate about letting women with breast cancer know that they are never alone. They generously provide funds for breast cancer related services, for underserved women, and the process to request funding is simple and efficient.I highly recommend this organization to anyone that is, or has, a loved one, coworker, or friend that is facing breast cancer that is in need of some assistance. Or if you are looking for an extremely worthy cause to donate to, this would be the one.
Sharyn Prescott: Pawsitively 4 Pink is an amazing organization that helps women suffering with breast cancer. It’s clear how much Michelle cares for these women and how committed she is to helping as many people as possible; she is dedicated and determined to make a difference.
Kathy Chapman: I have been involved with this Non Profit since the beginning. They are a wonderful organization that continues to assist low income women while going through breast cancer treatment. They really care about the women they help. P4P believes that it is a women's choice on how to be treated. Therefore, the women chose whether they want to be treated holistically or traditionally. This local Non Profit should be recognized for the stress relief their assistance offers their clients.
Lisa Colleton: I am so blessed to have found Michelle and Pawsitively 4 Pink. I can honestly say without her help, I don't know where my family would be right now. There's so much help out there for cancer patients in active treatment but what sets Pawsitively 4 Pink apart from the others is their willingness to help even after treatment ends. I'm unable to work and appealing my disability denial. Thanks to Michelle and Pawsitively 4 Pink, I've been able to keep a roof over our heads. I can never, ever fully express my gratitude.

Daveyfadess: It's a great place that's trying to help the community. It's sad to see negative comments from a few people who benefits off the programs, that's just trying too help.
Victoria Art: It was a terrible service in 36 Wall Street! I were frustrating. Some of the staffs are nice. Some of the others are not nice. They're very strict. Everyone come here for help. However, they will waste their time in there. The staffs seemed not willing to help. They have no instructions. They don't smile and are not happy to help people. They behave like you owned their something. I do Not want to go back there for sure!
D T: Friendly, helpful staff.Grateful to accept after school program supply donations I offered.
Brent Walton: Fantastic community development.
Josmelis Flores: Excelente, Dios los bendiga
Yerkenia Pichardo: Personal muy amable
Tiffany Scott: The friendly house housing unit on 70 james street is horrible. I was told by the director that because I'm poor and my family lives on income based housing that we deserve the bare minimum for an apartment. Apparently bare minimum means lead paint with children, hundreds of thousands of mice. no working toilet for 6 months. And black mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. They dont care about the families they are tasked with caring for. They contract out to slumlords who's buildings are condemnable
Madeline Lassen: I love Friendly House. There kindness, thoughtfulness, dedication and compassion toward our citizens is s amazing I highly recommend this agency.💕
