Open Sky Community Services: what do users think?
Anna Rogich: Staff is rude and conniving, even the house managers and director, right from the beginning. All the good staff leave. Upper management covers managers when they do something wrong. Willful ignorance. Nothing good to say about them. Demeaning.
Lainey Barry: Open Sky employs people who live one way by day and totally contrary by night. Employees having affairs with new hires, harassing and threatening members of society and when brought to the attention of Ms. Matiske she chose to ignore the employees behavior that continues to escalate.I think Mr Bates needs to be brought into the loop and be aware of such disgraceful behavior by staff.
Michael Giangrande: Open sky lost their grant for rental assistance but offer plenty of mental health assessment
Jen Guzman: Not good.
Mina Murray: My severely autistic son has been in the care of open sky residential services for over a year. He has shown growth in the last year beyond anything he made in 19 years at a very sophisticated private school for autism. OK, that's an exaggeration. But my son has shown tremendous progress with ADLs, non-verbal communication, and reduced aggression in the past year. His house manager is incredible. The dedicated staff are Amazing. We (parents) work as a team as much as possible with his residential team. I feel blessed every day for what they have done for my son. Having a team of grown men, who take their job seriously, is, I believe, the key for my son.
Jack Cipro: They have a terrible system for helping the individuals in this program. Not only is it super “woke” but it’s honestly the worst place for someone with problems to be. They practically let them do whatever they want (particularly at the alsada program). They let them get high, the workers are unprofessional and act like children. Worst place to ever work at. No one cares for the individuals they all merely pretend too. Might as well be called prison guards not counselors. Place is garbage.
Holly Longbottom: Don't bother with the one in Worcester go directly to twitter
Kaye-Lani Goodfield: If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve never been so disappointed in a system designed to better people’s mental health when I have plateaued so far in my recovery due to the shortcomings and negligence of Open Sky Community Services. They failed to protect me and I was subjected to far more trauma under their care than before I sought help from them. They knowingly moved my perpetrator, who I met in their group home, across the street from me. The system is flawed in their housing policies, if there even is one set in place. I now have to essentially start over in my recovery from PTSD since I am constantly exposed to my biggest trigger. I have been placed directly in harm’s way and if it wasn’t for my own determination and resilience, I would not be able to recover from this. Safety needs to be prioritized, especially when dealing with vulnerable people and I pray to God that they seriously reevaluate the way they handle such matters to prevent a crisis like this from happening again. I also need to reevaluate who I choose to trust because clearly I made a huge error in judgement. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and I hope serious changes are put in place following this mistake. I’m so physically and emotionally drained and enraged that I’m having to relive my trauma as a result of Open Sky’s disregard for my safety.
Marlyn Max: Great worker's and they help you get things you need done.
Kylie Crowley: Had a friend that lived here who is finally out (thank god). She called me multiple times saying that there wasn't any food for the clients to eat and that incontinent clients weren't being cared for proper. I brought her boxes of food whenever I could but with 8 hungry clients it went quick. Now that she's out they give her the run around with her meds and gave her the wrong food stamp card when she left. The proper food stamp card they refuse to give back. Multiple med errors as well. She was being bothered by one of the clients and they refused to intervene as well. She was told "staff won't help you in the real world"
Deborah Voisine: My dds worker has sent a referral to them it over a month they are very rude you leave phone messages nobody returns am done I won't use this agency in our area of fitchburg none of the agency donot care there excuse people are on vacation or we are short staff how sad ty debbie voisine
Madelene Rosario: OMG!!!They help me when I really needed I'm so thankful, God bless this place and there workers.
DeAnna D: So grateful to have found Open Sky, The Gentleman I was able to see, what Fantastic, He was quick, hard working, Took great care of my needs! So Blessed Thank you Open Sky!!
A: They Build you up a tall building, tall full of lies ,full of empty promises of services they have available for people struggling, and then they push you off that very tall building, into the Open Sky. So you can fall flat on your face and potentially , you know.Steer clear of these people. They are not here to help.and hurt more than they help. Only good reviews are from affiliates
Dylan Langlais: Never picks up patients for appointments
Andrew Soske: “The true miracle of modern medicine is diabolical. It consists in making not only individuals but whole populations survive on inhumanly low levels of personal health.” - Ivan Illich
person guy: Very rude staff working for this company would not recommend their services!
Kim Hyvarinen: Best place to work by far. No stress at any of their facilities. Hope to stay there until retirement. Wonderful staff, management. Human resources department is always there and willing go out of their way to help you when needed. - Kim Hyvarinen - Residential Counselor
MIGUEL Burgos: The service is here are so great everybody should take advantage of this

Sophie's Mommy: So happy to have a place to chat on weekends, the hardest, least-structured time for me!

Pathways for Change, Inc.: what do users think?
Kristina Lynn: I had gone through a trauma and signed up for counseling. My counselor would rarely remember our sessions and randomly call me. Being prepared for a session, then it not happening added to my trauma. It took me a lot to mentally prepare. I was empathetic and understanding that grad school, internships, and jobs can be tough to juggle. However, after it happening so much I couldn’t take mentally preparing for counseling just for it to not happen again. Even the resources, (list of clinicians, psychiatrist, and such) were never sent.
Sarah Taylor: Great place great people.
L. Poper: I simply don't have one negative thing to say about Pathways. From support groups to counseling to support with legal questions, I have always received the help I've asked for and needed. I know I can count on them. The support and education offered is wide ranging and if they don't have what you need they'll help you find it. You don't have to feel alone. The hotline is always open and staff response is fast and compassionate. I definitely recommend the resources and especially the people at Pathways to any survivor. 💜💜💜💜💜
Kayleen Bishko: Pathways for Change changed my life. I recieved free rape and sexual assault conselijg services from them for six months. I did not have to provide any income verification, insurance infor, etc. Also, they remburse you for parking as well. They worked with my schedule and at my pace. Fantastic place to go to get services, fo volunteer work, or be employed. Amazing resource! I can't say enough good things about this place!
Barbara Gray: The people there are awesome

You Inc: what do users think?
Many Mm: If you want to get your HIPPA rights violated then yea take your child here if you want to get socially profiled then yes by all means bring your child here and if you also don’t want to be informed when something goes wrong with your child then yes also take your child here and if you want a rude personnel especially overnight shift supervisor to hang up the phone and don’t want to answer again then yes by all means take your child to this place. To be having to be worried all day sick thinking when is the next crisis happening
river sally: i absolutely hated that place👍
Molly Harris: it wasnt the best place to stay though it wasnt the worst, some staff were good some not so much. i went almost a year ago and im back in my position i was last year. this place did not help, they would force us to eat and id we didnt they would tell us they would send us to a ed unit. one night i was accused of using sign language and got screamed at and investigated, which led me to have a panic attack which then they put my in the quiet room and told me to calm down within 10 minutes because im disturbing the others sleeping.
Janice Santiago: People are great there They have a great team of dedicated workers
just dust: I’m 27 years old now but I was here when I was about 11 growing up I had a lot of behavioral issues at school and when they sent me to get evaluated at emh I lied and said I wanted to hurt myself just to get away from home and get attention this is by far the most traumatizing place I have been too the way you are locked down and forced to stay quiet for basically the whole day should be illegal not to mention they love restraining you I will never forget when Andrew brought me to the blue room and I was screaming because they were putting so much pressure on my back and all he said was I’m going to keep putting pressure until you calm down screaming at me and now that I’m a little older I realize he was just angry and using me as a punching bag I don’t think I ever got over my experiences here I used to beg not to get sent to wetzel till this day 16 years later I’m still haunted by it there’s so much more that happens at that place,, I can not fit in this review I just know I’m not the only one that still thinks about this place and gets nightmares, I grew up to be quiet not trust anyone and to never believe in clinical service wetzel center and Andrew I h@t*you with everything in me
Alex Mazzeo: tiana was actually one of the sweetest people there do not listen to these LIARS amber is the one you need to be cautious of she literally did not help me and only focused on my mom and not my actual problems. if u primarily wear shorts to bed DO NOT BRING THEM. they will not let u wear shorts to bed or out at all, buy pj pants instead i know it sucks. the beds r kind of uncomofrtable but like room 1 had the prettiest view ever even if it was lonely since it was a single room. tyrone if u see this ur awesome and i miss all the staff there so much
leave: Rude staff
Addison Christiansen: The staff were amazing, the clinician was really helpful, I suggest this placement over others like taravista, they truly do want you to get better only downside is there is so many rules/expectations but I get it, it was for structure. Overall this place was amazing.
Tahmi: My first hospital stay. Glad to say that was my last stay there. It is dirty, smells like mold, and full of unprofessional staff. Anytime I needed another inpatient stay, I specifically told my specialist to never bring me there again. Any parent looking for a place go to Taravista. Wetzel gets a negative rating for me, worst place ever.
ashlynn nickerson: went there twice, back was in so much pain from the beds you could feel the metal in them stabbing you. anyways i still have nightmares of going back there do not recommend lol
Finley: I don’t understand how this is supposed to help anyone.
vincent: i hate this place more than i hate myself
Patt Gonzalez: For parents trying to send your children here or anything relating to the "trouble teen" industry. Let me say, I was an individual that has gone to these facilities from age 6-18. Now, I am also a university student doing well for myself but as for my social skill.. drastically altered. I also hold great resentment towards my family now and cannot connect to them on an emotional level.Just be cautious knowing that you may lose any relationship you have with your child if you suggest these programs as a vital option.
elizabeth fryns: it was terrible. i was having a panic attack one night and the staff just stood there and watched me struggle to breathe. half of them were using the wrong pronouns for me and when i tried to correct them i was being “disrespectful.” i went there for suicidal thoughts and self harm and i feel worse than before i went there. highly do not recommend.
Imari Ward: I work there
Rat Bones: “Frog pp” is 100% correct. One of the staff members, Tiana, was awful. There was never a time where she was genuinely kind or caring towards me. Not only that, but she had purposefully misgendered me right after someone had corrected her for using the incorrect pronouns for me. Why work at a place with mentally ill patients if you can’t even figure out your own attitude and feelings. Tiana made me dread the staff shifts. Luckily, there was a staff in her shift that was actually kind to me. Alexis was extremely helpful to me and my mental health. Though the wetzel center as a whole didn’t do much for me at all. I had went for suicidal thoughts and self harm. Being let out after 2 weeks my feelings hadn’t changed much at all.
Olivia Belcastro: I was here for a week a while back and I thought it wasn’t bad tbh I remember it smelling like mold and was pretty dirty but other then that the staff were pretty nice except for one girl that was favoring kids and being rude to the rest overall I didn’t think it wasn’t that bad
Frog pp: Kind of helpful BUT TIANA WAS AWFUL- IMAGINE PICKING TO WORK AT A MENTAL HOSPITAL FOR KIDS IF YOU'RE JUST GONNA BE MEAN TO THEM SHE LITERALLY MADE ME CRY IF YOU'RE READING THIS TIANA I HOPE U QUIT UR JOB
christine Mcdonough: This place sucks. It didn't help me as a child or my son. He came home worse. The staff are rude and unprofessional.
Henry Anderson: Absolutely terrible. I went there for a week and only met with my clinician ONCE. I had an anxiety attack and the mfs there did nothing but say “this why your here” in a tone. Also I was supposed to be transferred to another facility and they sent me to a DCF quartine home (I’m not in DCF custody) my mom had to drive a 4 hour round trip at 1 am to pick me up from the DCF place as i wasn’t supposed to be there. I KNEW where I was going but they told my mom something else and when I found out they WOULDNT let me call her. I had to wait till I got to the Quarentine home to use the guys cell phone to contact my mom and tell her what had happened. When my mom called wetzel confronting them the overnight staff hung up. If I could give -10 stars I would. Don’t send your kid here.

Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates: what do users think?
LA LILLY: Horrible place to work at.Rude, nasty, gossip hire people with no degrees. Starting from the top to the very bottom. Don't come from Puerto Rico and think wow am getting 20 dollars here. You pay for vehicle, you pay room and board, they give you 500 gift card and charge you back for it.What gift!!! The leaders show no leadership. Open toes sandals and dressing like a bum and your a area manager, being nasty and rude no professionalism what so ever.Run for the hills don't bother to work here.
Magda Klimczyk: Horrible experience with these people and this company. I wish to talk to a manager or supervisor or whoever the big boss is about the issue and how unprofessional, unfair, uncalled for we were treated by some of the rude staff with attitude. Suppose to help people not hurt them and make their life more difficult. Never had a problem with the old company, wish they never switched. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every single 1 of us dealing with this new company had an issue so they need to get their stuff together. (I see alot of comments about bingo so I just want to separate, this is regarding the voucher people)

kalujano c: The customer service here is phenomenal! I want to especially thank Kimberly for making my experience on the phone so delightful. I have never been to counseling and i was nervous to make the first step and even call. Kimberly made the experience not so scary! and when i told her about my personal issues you could tell that Kimberly was very genuine and compassionate! she assured me that it might take some time (because i am on the waiting list) but at least i can say i now have some hope and confidence about going to counseling !
Nicole Lavallee: The mediators are excellent. The prices are in a sliding scale. They assist the local court with all types of disputes and settlements.

Chris Laporte: I have volunteered at Catholic Charities for a few years. The staff and volunteers in the Food Pantry work very hard to provide families and individuals with food and other necessities. They are respectful and pleasant to clients. At times they also must deal with clients who have unrealistic expectations of the assistance Catholic Charities can provide, or who rudely park in the Fire Lane, blocking access to the elementary school next door.Catholic Charities is truly caring for God's people.
Anfer Adames: Is a good food pantry, Maritza is the best person!!
