Nexus Property Management® - Worcester MA: what do users think?
Mike Aschettino: We have dealt with many property management companies over the years and Jesse and his team at Nexus stand leagues above the rest. They have the urgency and attention to detail that is required to bring an investment portfolio to the next level and make it possible for owners to truly step away from landlording. I can't recommend them enough.
Diego Rivera: Absolutely recommend Nexus Property Management they have team that goes above and beyond.
Brett Read: I don’t know any other property management company that I’d recommend more than Nexus. Reliable and trustworthy. They’ve been such a huge part of the success of my business. As a real estate broker I need a property manager to refer my clients to and it’s always nexus for me. Special thanks to Greg and his team!! I’d give 10 stars if it was an option especially after dealing with so many awful management companies.
Taylor Cacciola: The guys at Nexus are second to none. They bailed me out on short notice when no one else could help. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get out from under the responsibilities associated with managing your own investment properties. These guys truly care about the properties they manage and helping their clients achieve truly passive income. Thank you!
Rui Liu: I have been working with Jesse for one year and has been impressed by the performance of his team: response quickly, responsible, really think of the situation from the standing point of ownwe...... Highly recommend!!
Maurice Tate: It took almost two months for the new radiator to arrive. Once they got here, within 90 minutes, they were gone. There's not a mess and they cleaned after themselves. I am happy with their work
Deema Alswaimil: Jesse and the whole crew are awesome! I been working with Nexus for a year and I am happy with all the work they have done so far in managing my property. Jesse is fast in responding to the tenants if there is any problem and he will try to address the issue asap.We have all units rented which is great, Nick and Jesse took care of finding the right tenants and take care of all the paperwork. Highly recommended to hire Nexus to manage your property!

Max Stern: Positive:ProfessionalismJesse was great. Very responsive and attentive to my needs or when issues came up with the apartment. Highly recommend
Matthew Hershberg: Jesse has stepped up to a distressing situation with a tenant who didn’t want to leave. He gets back to me quickly and does so with great professionalism. I like his personality and the way he handles tenants. He has experience other managers don’t have because he owns rental properties himself. Go with him because it’s Worcester and a tough area that he can handle.
piyarat intachim-kaufman: Jesse and his team very professional. He made dream landlord come true. We were stressed and struggled with tenants and renovation for many months. But after Jesse and Jim took over, they taking care of everything for us. I trust Jesse and Jim to work. At the beginning we traveled half an hour to the property often, but after seeing his team working for awhile, we stopped doing that. His work proofed his professional. We never have to visit to check the property anymore and just see the cash in our account. Thanks Jesse and Jim.We get our life back to normal.

Property Management Inc , PMI Worcester: what do users think?
Mr Happy: Very professional and swift customer service
Elizabeth Toy: Our family was a tenant at a PMI managed property and I will say they are the best property management company we have worked with. As renters, we have had our fair share of shoddy landlords, and working with PMI was a delight. Our main contact person was Alex M., He was prompt, communicative, and helpful. We always felt he had our best interest in mind. The deposit/move in and out process was simple and straightforward, and we liked the ease of PMI's online portal. Any help with repairs was always expedient and professional. We have only good things to say about PMI Worcester, and were very happy renting from them!
Olivia L: I've been working with Mark and his team for the last year, and have been impressed with their professionalism and quick action. Within days of meeting Mark, his team(s) renovated a whole floor(removing carpet, installed new flooring, and painted), partnered with local cleaners, and listed the home... within weeks of our initial introduction, it was rented! I truly appreciate his knowledge and experience in this industry. Shoutout to Brian and Alex, great to work with!!
Chad Parker: They may be great for landlords, but horrible with tenants!
Chris Starr: PMI Worcester has been amazing. They started with us with an empty 36-unit apartment house and leased it up in record time. They are very professional and responsive. I highly recommend PMI Worcester!
Zoe Milsom: I've been looking for an apartment for months and PMI Worcester came through and set myself and my roommates up with a great place. Huge shout out to Brian Westgate, he was extremely helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody else looking for a rental property in Worcester.
Aswira Siraj Pasha: Alex and Brian are so wonderful! They understood my needs for the house and have been very patient and communicative. We are happy with our new apartment thanks to Brian! When we have any issues that pop up, they help us sort it out very quickly.
Michael Schiappa: Our property manager, Brian Westgate has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout my whole move in process to my new apartment.
Joe Igoe: High quality service. Can’t go wrong with PMI
Naik Shounak Sheshadri: Brian from PMI Worcester was very helpful during our search for an apartment. He is always prompt in his responses and is super helpful. He gave us a very good apartment at a very good rate and we would highly recommend anyone looking for apartments in Worcester to go to PMI for their search.
Swapneel Wagholikar: I got in touch with Brian from PMI Worcester. Received a great service and hastle free experience.
Rumman Ul Ahsan: I wanted to share my positive experience with PMI Worcester as a tenant. I moved to Worcester from out of state and went through the whole process either online or over the phone. Big shout out to Brian Westgate. He was so considering in addressing all my concerns and probably went a few extra miles! The whole move in went smoothly. Even after moving in, Brian and Alex have been very much accommodating in helping me out to settle down in the new place. They have my five stars and a whole hearted thank you.
Tyler Hogan: As a renter, working with Alex has been straightforward and simple. He made the move in process super easy and he was quick to reply if I had any questions. After living here for the past few months, I can most definitely say PMI is far better than my previous landlord. These people care about you as a tenant.
Karynsue Marchione: Mark Ceppi is the best property manager in the State. Highly recommended
Mi Mi: Mark and his team are always professional and responsive, understanding all my concerns as a landlord. They managed to renovate my house with a reasonable price , and found a great tenant within days. I'm really glad that I made a right decision to let PMI Worcester take care of my rental property.
Jessica Rodriguez: Best place to find an apt great, reliable and very professional!Great on maintenance issues and always up to date .
S L: I’ve been working with Mark Ceppi and his team for two years and the service has steadily improved over the years. Initially PMI was used as on call maintenance for my two rental properties. The improvements in service made PMI my first choice to manage my 13 units full-time. This winter has been exceptionally cold and created a lot of maintenance issues, which PMI competently handled. One maintenance issue caused significant damage. Mark and his team were able to assist with my insurance provider and get everything on track. As a long distance landlord, the handling of the significant damage would have been extremely difficult and let me know that using PMI for ALL of my property needs was the right choice.
Ollie Ambrosino: PMI Worcester really helped us out as tenants. They were flexible and understanding, and their maintenance service is great. Highly recommend to first time renters in Worcester.
Alex Erwin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness
Riley S: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Abigail Averbach: Mark and the PMI team did a great job managing the rental of my home. They were always very responsive and professional. They helped me navigate the process and answered my questions promptly. Their online portal works great so I always had access to information about my property and the flow of rent and expenses. I would highly recommend PMI to anyone looking for property management in Worcester.

Micozzi Management Inc: what do users think?
Babs Davenport: I been living in a Micozzi property for almost 4 years and not a single complaint. The staff have always been very accommodating and helpful. The few times I've had to call maintenance they came right away to take care of what I needed. The property is kept up and the snow removal is amazing. Will continue to happily rent with Micozzi Management
Alexander Abraham: I lived at a beautiful Micozzi property for over 10 years in Worcester. They always took care of the place and were fair in their dealings!
Blurpy Bunker (Blurpybunker): They will raise your rent when you have never missed a rent payment in 2 years, never even called maintenance once in 2 years. They will raise your rent for being a loyal and trustworthy tenant.
ludy burunova: We lived in our apartment for over 10 years and it’s been a great experience. Our requests for maintenance have been taken care fairly quickly. Free heat and hot water were definitely a plus. Landscapers seen multiple times through the season to take care of the property. Micozzi uses many vendors to take care of the property. We will miss this place as we bought our new home since our family has grown.
Abhinav Singh: I had a nice experience living in their Westfield apartment for five years. Maintenance was always on time, the next day. Email responses from management were also very quick and timely.
Himan Namdari: I spoke to going off the engine and share my contact he never got back to me although we make sure that we went there in a person and they never get back to us I don’t know that upstairs name but it was not a pleasant way of taking care of the customers
Erik M: We have lived in a Micozzi building for the past 4 years and could not be happier. The property is well maintained and emaculately kept. The management office is extremely responsive and resolves issues in a timely manner. Could not be any happier with our apartment!
Miguel Santiago: One of the most beautiful and professional apartments I have lived in. The courtyards, lovely landscaping, and overall historical preservation of the building are beyond comparison. The management was very responsive to any request I had and were always friendly. The residents are very friendly and very welcoming!
Jeffrey Beauregard: I lived in apts through them, then I called left message and never a call back.
Brian Humphrey: If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Overpriced, vermint problem, loud and dirty. Non responsive and disrespectful management
Jessie Jones: I am genuinely concerned about Micozzi management. My friend has lived in one of their buildings for almost 5 years but I have NEVER needed a key to enter the building when I visit. I could always pull open the back door without a key. I could ALSO open the front door without a key. It was actually pretty convenient! I did NOT feel safe in the apartment.ANOTHER reason I didn’t feel safe visiting: the bottom of their fire escape was covered in bushes! I am scared for my friend because if there is a fire because they can’t to get out!!!!
Luis Roldan: Agent Ryan is super lazy and doesn't want to help people.
John Riezinger: The elevator at 53 Elm St. smells like something died in it and it’s been weeks with no one coming to check it out.
whitesand: Multiple packages lost/stolen. After multiple requests and even a petition signed by over 20 tenants, Micozzi refused to install a security camera and did nothing to help. The management office sent emails saying tenants should have mails and packages delivered to their work and not the apartment. Are you kidding me? I paid rent to live there and that should give me the right to have my mails delivered to this address. Office staff always rude and dismissive
Chris Daley: I recently moved out of a Micozzi apartment after three years, and when all is said and done, it was a great experience. Maintenance and staff were always very responsive and professional, and we had very few problems with the unit and building. Rent was very reasonable for the area, as well, especially with Worcester being so up-and-coming. Highly recommended!
Samantha Elliott: First working w Agent Ryan Haney, I was elated at his professionalism.. One year later and I’ve already moved out of 77 Elm St never ever to return to Micozzi! When I contacted Ryan again hoping to move but stay w Micozzi, he sent me 1 video showing over multiple months of communication, never followed up w more, and then dropped off the face of the earth. It feels like they want to attract new tenants but don’t care about keeping them? There will always be student demand who will pay anything for location. My biggest beef w Micozzi is perhaps truly with their other tenants. I and many others had multiple packages stolen from the building. After petitions and requests, they refused to put up security cameras and basically said “your fault.” Too expensive for the value and you can’t even receive mail to your own home. No recycling, overflowing dumpster, and $7 for one load of laundry which always requires 2 cycles in the dryer. Steer clear!
Daisy DelGado: Critical:ResponsivenessI have contacted one of their reps multiple times with no answer or call back. Emailed the company and left voicemails and no one returns your call. Not even a client of theirs currently.
Micah Klayman: I have lived at the Residence at the Falls for about two-years and have had a great experience. Our needs, if any, have always been taken care of promptly and furthermore, the Management team is very nice. The prices are affordable, consistent and finally, the building is very quiet. A great place for any person looking for a place in the metro-west area.
His Will: Definitely a rude bunch if you know anyone attempting to rent a property from these people tell them the ratings of 2.1 is for a reason. We have had every type of problem you could have where we live from lack of cleanliness to major maintenance issues. They have you sign a 44 page lease what a joke. If you see their name anywhere walk away!!
aimee thorsen: Leaving the Burncoat Worcester apartments next month and I didn’t have any issues with this property management! Everything is done electronic from rent to maintenance requests, which make it very easy to communicate. If I submitted for a maintenance request, the issue was fixed within 24 hours. They did a great job maintaining lot/land during snow and trash removal was regular 👍🏻 My rent did unexpectedly increase after one year even though nothing changed, but I didn’t mind too much. The location is great and everyone who lives in the apartment complex is quiet and respectful. The only reason I’m leaving is to move into a bigger home, other than that, I would have gladly stayed another year. The unit that I had was very clean and well kept when I moved in. And the lot is pretty big for the amount of units. I never had to speak to anyone on the phone, so I can’t speak to that but all employees were attentive to my emails and always got back to me if I had a question!
Mony Labib: Sorry couldn’t rate them lower , shouldn’t be in business, shame on them all.

Grid Management - Worcester: what do users think?
M: Had photo proof that maintenance was in my apartment while I was not home. I have not put in a maintenance request since September 2022 and it was related to my kitchen sink. Left building a message looking for explanation, no response, put in a maintenance request advising only that I left a voicemail and inquired if someone could call me back. Woman in the office laughed when I brought up my concerns. Was told by an employee to email the “lead concierge” my concerns. Emailed her with photo proof and time stamps, no reply, sent follow up no reply. Confirmed by two employees that maintenance was in my apartment fixing my heat, which had absolutely nothing wrong with it. No maintenance request has been put in since September, no one called me or asked for permission to enter my apartment either way. “Management” is extremely unprofessional here.
Jaime S: Unprofessional staff. Buildings are not clean. Untreated mouse problem in my apartment for three months, getting their help is like pulling teeth.
Brie Marie: I lived at The Grid on 507 Main Street. With living in a major city there is going to be some chaos however I am not sure why other people’s problems were not solved. My parking spot was always taken and they would tow people for me immediately, a man tried to follow me and my dog into the building and the security guard escorted me to my building, even with all of the chaos outside I always felt safe as soon as I was home. With being able to walk to bars it saved my partner and I a lot of money when they would come visit on parking and such. Overall the only things that were annoying was the noise, the parking lot always being a bit chaotic even though I paid for it and my lack of an oven. Overall a great place to live and be young and living on your own!
Cyn: loved everything about my apartment! My move in process went so smoothly and the people in the office were so helpful. I love that theres so many restaurant and bar options walking distance from my apartment. Would recommend to everyone i know
Keith Nicholas: Poor property management. The Worcester Housing Authority has a better rating than this "community", look for yourself. Tons of reviews on how they don't fix anything or take a long time to get anyone to fix it. Sure it's a convenient location and looks good with a fresh coat of paint, but if something breaks.... good luck.
Heather: Slum. Laundry room is garbage. Property manager ignores calls to fix literally anything. My light has been out for weeks, and my outlets have been out since a pipe burst months ago (PM actually came by after to tell me that the kitchen is "designed to be filled with water" and encouraged me to consume whatever leaks from the water boiler in the apartment above me) and my kitchen isn't suitable to store food. My rent was raised in the midst of this. The office staff are useless/absent
Niko Kittredge: Non-responsive. Never sent me my lease for move-in and then put the unit back on the market and took my deposit. Horrible management.
Ada Cook: We’re fed up with this place. It’s hard enough trying to find an apartment in this economy, but when a potential place cancels on you for no reason, that’s just rude. The Grid owns multiple apartment buildings in multiple towns, so you’d expect them to be professional and deferential to potential renters. Nope. Both me and my S.O. have been cancelled on MULTIPLE times by their admin or leasing agent. They literally just messaged us to confirm two appointments to see places, then not even 5 mins later they cancelled with no explanation or apology. I’m honestly baffled that they’re so successful and in business if they cancel potential renters this often. We were really hopeful and this is just one time too many. Don’t contact them, it’s a waste of your time and patience.
Kaitlync828: 507 main street apartment complex is the worst place to live. the elevators are frequently down and if they are working only one of them works. the fire alarm also goes off randomly at the middle of the nights or early in the mornings. can never sleep and always go off for more than 30 minutes. the only perk to living here is that it’s location is in downtown. i would never recommend this place to anyone. the rent is way too high for a place like this.
Jenny Herman: Unable to talk to anyone via phone, I received a text that they only offer virtual visits. It is May 2022 and in person visits should be offered. I will not rent sight unseen and should not be expected to do so. Now they say I can visit in person but not on Fri, Sat or Sun and must be before 3:30pm on M - Th and need to complete full application before an appt is granted. I am ok to provide basic info in advance, maybe you need to see my 800+ credit score but full application is a bit much. I see there are many units available. Perhaps the process should be easier...
Adam Stern: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueElevators never work, employees are rude and dismissive... all services and hospitality employees need major updates.
Ed Gutierrez: Everyone is super friendly and any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. If i could buy my apartment, i would
Cassandra Tortorici: Been at The Grid for almost 3 years now in 2 different buildings. Have enjoyed it for the most part. Hoping the rent doesn't go up too much more due to everything going on in Worcester.
Joy: The concierge are very friendly and do excellently in relating with the people who live at the Grid, while the management are kind people who have helped me a lot. I used to be seriously annoyed at pet-owners not picking up after their dogs but the Grid or the city installed pet trash cans on each block and have street cleaners regularly cleaning the street, which has allowed me to resume fall street running around the residence without stress. Even when I discontinued running outside the spacious, highly equipped, and well-machined gym was what I resorted to, since it is open 24/7. They have ample Purell wipe dispensers in each section of the gym for cleaning machines, mats, and equipment. The size of some of the apartments are small but you're paying for a centralized location with bus access, as bonus. I prize living alone rather than with acquaintances, antagonistic roommate(s), or strangers above the stress of marginally more space with roomies. I don't regret my decision to stay. For those without a car, the Gala market and restaurants are walking distance, the bus is down the corner (5 min from the apartment building) and there are multiple stops everywhere around here. Cons include, too loud music and shouting can be heard occasionally, depending on the neighbor assigned, but it's quiet for a city. "Hemp" sometimes odorizes the hallway on a floor or more, but one can walk fast to avoid it. It doesn't enter any apartment if you don't want to smell it. Overall, first class for my highly restricted budget. Maintenance always got back within the week and adhered to my request not to enter except I answer the door. I had about 4-7 maintenance calls with everything resolved, timely response and updates. No problem. I also loved that there was no mold in my apt. and they had someone come through the floor to test all the apartments for mold etc. In final period, they rapidly produced my security deposit and also management was extremely considerate in making recommendations when I was moving in and out.
Laffie Taffie: Roof fell on my car in garage. Their response was “we’re sorry but we’re not going to fix it”.Upstairs neighbor flooded my roof and I told them I was afraid roof May fall if not two day maybe next time. Their response was “not sure which house it is but we will be back”. Not only did they not come back, they did not touch or fix anything.Broken windows and maintainance guy came and replied “oh you don’t want to fix this it will take corporate too long and they have to put wood in the mean time etc” and I said yes please I would like to. They never gotten back to me to this day.3 of my mails have gone missing despite amazon saying “signed by front concierge” but they refuse to investigate.Doors unlocked where public can enter. I’m afraid for my family’s safety. Gates break down all the time left unfixed. Cars broken into in gated garage.I would have given it 4 stars if not for the lack of responsibility on the management part to care for their tenants.
Eileen: The major pro is location and the interior is visually appealing although all of the materials are of poor quality. Buildings are not well kept up or cleaned frequently enough. The water damage pictured below has been left at 26 Portland for almost a month and the ceilings leak every time it rains. Maintenance requests are not addressed in a timeline manner and have to be made several times and the customer service is always mediocre. Other apartment buildings nearby in similar price range seem nicer.
Zeyu Zhang: Positive:ResponsivenessI really really enjoy living in this apartment. The apartment is clean and comfortable, I also like the decoration style of the apartment. In addition, the fitness center is free and open 24/7 so I can work out at any time.
Michael Miller: My car was broken into while renting a private parking garage space owned by the grid. Window smashed, personal possessions stolen only to have management revoke my spot because I complained about the garage door being stuck open for weeks on end and the “keypad locked” doors not closing fully. They didn’t do any repairs to any of the doors until my car was broken into and the worst part was they had the new parts ON HAND, meaning they could’ve resolved the problem beforehand. Told me I would have to cover the damages. On top of that, the building is so poorly maintained that there’s abundant black mold, terrible water pressure no matter the floor and leaks anytime there’s more than a drizzle outside. DO NOT RENT FROM THE GRID
Wendy Dunworth: Critical:QualityI was stuck in this elevator for over an hour
Jessie Chen: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Amir Young: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueIf you can move somewhere else I would go in-depth but it’s literally way too much to go through. You might rather live in a box than this place.
