Caleb definitely hooked me up with 2 free shirts a box of ammo for each gun purchased, a nice sling for a pre ban rifle. I’d recommend shopping there again. Amazing inventory!
jared smith: Well, here's another 1 star review to add to the hundreds that already exist, I tried to sell them a used pistol, they offered me very little money for it, and they claimed that they can't give me much because it's not mass compliant, so when I called them out on the fact that they sell non-compliant guns routinely, the reason for the low offer became the fact that it's a more common pistol, therefore worth less. Which is it? They really lived up to their reputation on this one!
JPIC: Cool place nice inventory new / used and the indoor range is convenient. Definitely not saving money buying here ( most guns overpriced) but it is close to home and I enjoy the indoor range.

I think range prices are a bit steep but very convenient if you live close by. They have rentals for the range .....that alone can be worth the trip. Pretty good to deal with

Cathy Gallery: I love The Gun Parlor! The staff is very professional and quick to react. A customer had brought in a firearm he needed repair on. As he went to open the case, an employee asked him if it was loaded. It was. They quickly stopped him from removing the firearm and took it to the range to discharge. They were professional in how they handled the situation and told the young man that if something like that happened again to call them to remove the firearm from his vehicle for safety reasons. This did interrupt my sale but was 100% necessary. My sale continued after the (not an incident due to quick thinking by staff) issue and was finalized in just a few minutes. The guys there are friendly, informative and helpful. I am a returning customer and will continue to purchase from them. I always refer people to The Gun Parlor because of their exceptional service. As a side note: As a woman it is very important that you have a correct sized firearm. They helped me to choose and were very nice about how they presented all firearms they showed me. I didn't know much about guns but, I do now!

Terrill Filmore: Amazing service! Their staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient. Even upon entrance and exiting everyone welcomed me and wished a farewell. The atmosphere is great and lively as well as their collection of firearms which range far and wide. I was lucky enough to be helped by Anthony who made sure I was understanding and satisfied with my purchase after walking in and not really knowing exactly what I wanted as my next firearm. He gave me a variety of options and broke down the specialties of each. Definitely recommend going here if you're a new gun owner or even looking for somewhere solid to stick to if you don't like switching between places.

M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.

We found a great selection of north face hooded sweatshirts and bought two. At the register Michael handled our transaction. Being a scorecard member that doesn’t come in too often, I asked if there were any coupons available that I should search my inbox for. He was extremely helpful and patient as I looked. It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. Byron: "F" in customer service!! I left my gun needing work and was told "it will take a while", but I was ok with that. I let a month go by, then called and left a message asking for status. No response. Left another 3 days later. NO RESPONSE. Then I called and got him, he was angry and said "If he gave status I would be on the phone all day!" There is more, but this guy said "I am actually retired", so I DON"T RECOMMEND him, and think twice before using them!

William Amundsen: Excellent 1911 smith. I brought Mike my Kimber with an Ed Brown match barrel and bushing which needed to be fitted. The bushing was too loose in the slide grooves so he replaced it with a Kart bushing and test-fired it. Turned the job around within one week. The gun is more accurate than it was before. Cannot speak to his experience with other platforms but I would not hesitate to recommend him for tuning the 1911.

Michael Holmes: I look forward to visiting each and every time. Whether it's just to poke around his inventory of collectibles and range beauties or to inspect and recondition new purchases of used firearms, Mike larocca has been a friendly and knowledgeable host and professional. Reliably excellent work for simple parts replacements or more complex jobs, he has a great understanding and working knowledge of a wide range of firearms from antique to current. Prices are fair - not great - but he stands behind every piece of work and sales.
Gary Pelletier: Mike LaRocca is one of the best gunsmiths around. He is the only gunsmith I will let work on my carry guns and that in itself means a lot. The prices he charges aren't outrageous considering the top notch professional work he does and he never tries to sell you something or do work on a gun that you don't need, in fact he often tries to save you from doing unessessary work.
DRBR 2020: Can't really recommend this guy. I guess some folks have had good results with him (hence two stars) but I found him rude and not very well-versed in state and federal law. Just be careful. Take what he says with a grain of salt. The man must have skill or he wouldn't still be in business... but in my view there are far better choices.
matt downing: I want to stand up for Mr La Rocca and say that he does fine work. I purchased my first firearm from him, and he had done a superior job on it. He also sold a rifle for me and gave me a very good return. Enough said.
Colin Warwick: Went to the shop with literally a few thousand dollars to burn. Stood in the shop alone at the counter waiting for him to get off the phone talking to a buddy about a hunting trip. After about a half an hour, I took my money elsewhere.

Dan Milligan: CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!I wish I had known about this place years ago. I recently used Fin and Feather for the 2nd time and the owner is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose and explain everything about my repair in detail. He even reached out to the manufacturer to help me with a warranty issue. So happy I found this place!

Jeff and the rest of the staff actually fish and hunt so they know what their talking about and when I have them reline a reel I don't have to worry about them screwing it up (unlike Cabela's). I love swapping fish stories when I stop in for tackle, minnows or worms!

I always felt like bow hunters were much more serious than everyone else so I was a little unsure about calling with no experience.I emailed Frank and said I wasn’t sure I would be buying but wanted to learn more. He suggested I come by the shop and he would fit me and see what he could do. He said if he didn’t have a great bow for me he would recommend something else.My first trip to the shop we spent about an hour measuring my draw and a lot of tips on how to shoot. I left with him telling me he had the perfect bow for me. He called me a week later and told me it would cost less than the price he Had originally quoted me. I don’t think I’ve ever felt better about a large purchase than I did with frank.Been to the shop 2 more times since then and he is so knowledgeable and happy to share it.I am trying to get 3 people I know to go see him and highly reccomend him. Frank is the kind of guy that expands the sport to people like me that may have not done it otherwise.A+

I’m new to the sport and Frank spent over 2 hours setting my bow up and teaching me the basics of archery. DRBR 2020: I think most people know John from his gun show appearances. He's a very pleasant guy to talk with and sometimes he just might have the particular used gun you are looking for. Only downside is some unfortunate history in regard to another Sutton dealer, otherwise five stars.
